The annual sales tax weekend in Massachusetts was approved by the Legislature last week, but not without some more absurd rhetoric from the hackerama. The solons’ gripe is that not grabbing that extra $25 million from taxpayers to give to non-taxpayers is “throwing it out the window.”
Remember, this is the state that two years ago admitted to annually handing out at least $1.8 billion in welfare to illegal aliens. That of course is money well spent, because it’s for non-working, non-English-speaking non-citizens. What could possibly be fairer than that?

You may be a liberal if you oppose funding charter schools for inner-city kids even as you send your own children to private schools.

You may be a liberal if you want to ban Christmas trees from the public square as you simultaneously demand prayer rooms for the new Muslim “refugees” in public schools.

A 46-year-old man was charged with the fatal shooting of three students at a quiet condominium complex near theUniversity of North Carolina campus, the police said on Wednesday, in what may have been a lethal escalation of a neighborhood parking dispute.
The shooting, which left three Muslim students dead, occurred Tuesday around 5 p.m. and according to two 911 calls that came in just after the incident, five to 10 shots had been fired.
The three victims, one man and two women, were of Arab descent, and photos on Facebook show the two women wearing head scarves, leading to speculation on Twitter and Facebook, much of it with the hashtag#muslimlives matter, that the killings might have been a hate crime.

As I recall, I began calling you Mumbles shortly after you became mayor in 1993. You were in my radio studio, and even with the headphones on, I was having great difficulty understanding you.
I believe I was asking you about your last job in the Dreaded Private Sector — as a door-to-door life insurance salesman for MetLife. I seem to recall you saying you actually had to go around every week and collect the dime or quarter premium on the few policies you were able to peddle to the naive.
After you left, I was shaking my head. You needed a nickname. Mumbles was an old “Dick Tracy” villain. Chester Gould created a lot of great characters, but somehow Mumbles fit you better than, say, Pruneface, or B.O. Plenty.
In your book, you even admit, sort of, that it’s an appropriate handle: “I talked out of the side of my mouth, mumbling decades before I was called ‘Mumbles.’”

John Martorano, served 12 years for killing 20 people. Got $20,000 from taxpayers when released from  jail. $250,000 for film rights; another $250,000 if a film is made; $80,000 from a book about him, as partners with the author Howie Carr. In Massachusetts, crime pays very well. 

Cambridge native John Martorano testified at the Boston trial of James Bulger, who is charged with 19 homicides. Martorano, who admitted 20 murders for Bulger, said that Boston Special FBI Agent John Connolly, friend of US House Speaker John McCormack from Boston, was expected to write false reports about a homicide in Fort Lauderdale FL.

Civilians are expected to believe that when Bulger became a fugitive in 1995, all the gambling rings and drug dealers in Massachusetts disappeared. All of the police and FBI agents who took money and assisted Bulger's crime family became upstanding and honest law enforcement officers, and all is well in the Bay State. Ah-hem!

Most revealing from this prosecution of James Bulger is that we are expected to believe that only four guys, Bulger, Flemmi, Weeks and Martorano, made up the criminal population of Massachusetts. Only one FBI agent was corrupt. Hello?

No local police officers have been prosecuted. No state police officers. One state police officer killed himself after he stopped James Bulger trying to take $100,000 out of the country at Logan airport. The next day the trooper was transferred allegedly after James Bulger's brother Billy intervened to discipline him.

The entire faculties of five law schools in Boston, the entire faculties of government schools, political science departments, the Massachusetts state legislature, the governor, the city councils, city managers,  and mayors of the 351 cities and towns of Massachusetts are all clueless about this? Do you believe that? The Attorney General of Massachusetts focuses on bullying of high school students by other students. Universities and governments celebrate diversity and multiculturalism. But the Bulger-FBI operation over 25 years was partly an effort at ethnic cleansing. The FBI was working with the Irish-American crime family that controls Massachusetts, to eliminate the Italian-American families. It appears that diversity like tolerance is limited to selective groups only. The charming lesbian who works for Harvard University campus cops, stalks me, tampers with my computer, harasses me every day, and threatens me, "They will kill you."

Misguided Compassion

Jay Carney is the taxpayer funded attorney representing James Bulger in June 2013, in his criminal trial in U.S. District Court in Boston MA. Bulger is charged with 19 homicides. He reportedly earned millions selling drugs, extorting money from gambling rings, stealing legitimate businesses from civilians, while being protected by a corrupt FBI office in Boston as he allegedly worked as an informant. He also allegedly stole a winning state lottery ticket worth millions from the real winner.

Howie Carr is a Boston Herald columnist and radio talk show host on AM station WRKO in Boston. He wrote three books about Bulger and the crime family that he allegedly ran. On Wednesday June 12, 2013 he made a comment on his radio show that Jay Carney is actually advocating for his client, in spite of the overwhelming evidence of his crimes. Carr is attending the trial in court each morning before his show.

His comment reminded me of my experience in the Massachusetts state court system. In June 1990 I wrote four letters and hand delivered them to the Chiefs and Internal Affairs offices of the Cambridge MA (host city of Harvard University and MIT) and Somerville MA police departments. I complained about police harassment. I later learned it was a gambling ring protected by the police. It was the same ring of police criminals which tried to have me put in jail in 1970 and again in 1978. They were upset when I refused their invitation to work for them. After they harassed me for 18 months I learned who ordered the harassment and reported him to the state and US government for not paying taxes on his gambling winnings. For the next 33 years that group of police criminals remain one of several criminal organizations harassing me. The FBI knows what is going on having me under surveillance since 1968 when I was a student leader at Columbia University.




Ten days after I delivered my letters to the police the Cambridge police arrested me. It was a Somerville police employee who was harassing me. They held me in a mental hospital for 78 days contrary to law for a competency evaluation. I fired seven lawyers for not putting on any defense. One judge threatened me that if I testified about what happened to me, he would put me in a hospital. Another judge refused to appoint any more attorneys and forced me to represent myself. The seven lawyers were all paid to not put on any defense. But Bulger gets a vigorous defense. 



The FBI contributed relentless character assassination making it impossible for me to get free of the criminals. Some worked for the FBI. Communists employed by five states joined in with their own harassment and character assassination. These progressives, socialists and Communists embedded within universities and government agencies conducted heinous medical research projects on me without consent. When I complained about it they employed psychiatry to discredit me. This was after Harvard University psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days in 1973 without consent and without a court order. They thought I was a spy. One state Rep., a Harvard College graduate responded to my criticism of him by calling the Department of Homeland Security to conduct surveillance and harassment. He is now the President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Red Cross. 


In 2013, Harvard University employees try to force me to move from my home which is owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College. Since 1973 I was de facto disabled due to the druggings by Harvard University psychiatrists. It was not until 1983 that I was able to obtain a legal disability in order to get taxpayer funds to try to live a quasi normal life. All during that period police, Communists and crime families conducted a brutal campaign of harassment. In my impaired state of mind the FBI used me to fight organized crime in New York City and Boston. They did not compensate me. The harassment and exploitation did not stop when I was able to get assistance as a disabled person. It continues in 2013. For 30 years the FBI broadcast two elements of character assassination, "He's a  racist." and "He's a retired drug dealer." It served to stir up racial animosity and to scare others away. It also encouraged local police to treat me as if I was a criminal.  

What makes it obscene is the police say "He's mentally ill." among the many elements of character assassination. But it does not stop them from conducting brutal harassment and allowing crime families to attack me when they want to do so. Harvard University employees allow them access to my residence in order to harass me and to disturb my sleep every day. Sleep deprivation is a recognized form of torture. Limousine liberals at Harvard University condemn the U.S. military for using torture on enemy combatants. But they remain silent and allow torture on a law abiding U.S. citizen on Harvard property.

One of the highest priorities for local politicians, police, the MA Attorney General and education institutions is fighting bullying by high school students of other students. I attended a presentation where private school administrators boasted of the school's anti bullying protocol. I asked why this practice of anti bullying was limited to students bullying other students. I pointed out that teachers bully students. Police and parents bully children. Psychiatrists bully patients. And criminals bully civilians. I said students see adults bullying others. Why should they listen to teachers when they see others doing what they do, and being rewarded for bullying? Why isn't that an issue too?

When they learn about me being harassed by police and crime families they run as fast as they can and forget their campaigns to make students into upstanders not bystanders. It does not apply to them when they see a law abiding elder citizen with a legal disability being abused by criminal police and crime families.




At Harvard University, in Cambridge city government and MA state government liberals promote diversity and multiculturalism as the highest priority. They fight bias against black people, homosexuals, women, Muslims and illegal aliens. But they remain silent about a 40 year program of criminal abuse by police, FBI and crime families of a legally disabled white male over 70 years of age in Cambridge, on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College.



It is one thing for a majority of elected and appointed officials to be corrupt. It is another for the voters to condone corruption of the government. This is the situation in Cambridge and in Massachusetts. I noted that fact in a letter published by an outgoing editor of the local weakly. The executive assistant of a former Mayor responded with a personal attack in the same paper. The City Council chambers and the state courthouse is named for the family of that Mayor.

There is an establishment which controls the policies of the city. A large crime family controls the state government. The Massachusetts economy is dominated by education. Harvard University dominates education in Massachusetts. Is Harvard ever an issue in any election? They provide "consultants" for both candidates in every election. The Cambridge City Council candidates employ students at the Kennedy School of Government. Does Harvard University control the state government in MA and the city government in Cambridge? If those governments are corrupt what role does Harvard play in keeping it that way? Does that explain why the Harvard University campus police harass me every day and broadcast character assassination, and  arrest me when they feel like it and try to drive me from my home and the city?

This is an excerpt from Howie Carr's new book, the third about the crime family that runs Boston and the corrupt FBI that allowed them to abuse the power of the US government. Two thoughts remain unanswered. One is that according to news reports and books too, since Bulger became a fugitive in 1995,  are we supposed to believe that the gambling rings, drug dealers and the corrupt police and FBI who allowed them to operate by paying protection money just evaporated? And now all the police and the FBI special agents  are honest and no longer kill civilians?

Second question regards why these guys and their associates were not being watched by anyone. They were known criminals. About 60 murders are linked to three of them. Being free from surveillance has its advantages. Even when they were still free and conducting  their murderous reign in Boston local police, crime families, Communists and FBI informants kept me under 24/7/365 surveillance. That was bad. But they also broadcast relentless character assassination, threats, ridicule, harassment and humiliation. They disturbed my sleep every day. Now that the police are supposed to have been cleansed  of their pollution, the now clean police still conduct the same criminal abuses directed at me. Is it any wonder how these psychopaths were able to run amok and kill 60 people? Who sets public safety priorities? Toddlers?
