The Examiner goes on to describe an encounter where both parties were drunk and witnesses say the woman initiated sexual contact. But because the woman made the accusation first, the man was truly stuck. He tried to file a counter-claim of the woman not getting consent, but it was dismissed because he had already been accused!
There is no more "he said, she said." There is only "she said it, so it's true." How many young men's lives are going to be ruined by vengeful or mentally unstable women who accuse them of something they didn't do while making it impossible for them to defend themselves?

White House Promotes Globalism and Increased Business For Lawyers

White House is well aware of misguided rape policy it promotes. Administration moves to place all police under federal jurisdiction. No more state and local police departments is the goal. Part of the effort toward globalism, breaking down borders and nations. It is why so many Republicans support the secret trade deal. Globalists are in both parties. Immigration abuses are part of this also. Useful idiot journalists divert attention with fake race and rape statistics most of which are made up by PR flacks. What is shocking is the silence of police agencies and lawyers about this destruction of the legal system. Police, prosecutors and hospitals all have taxpayer funded specially trained investigators of rape. Colleges have none of these. But it does increase potential for more lawsuits by men falsely convicted without Due Process protections. The White House encourages the rule of lawyers replacing the constitution.

I have a problem with any organization judging what is clearly a criminal matter and being the judge and jury of someone's guilt or innocence. We are supposed to be a nation of laws, where anyone accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty. We have all seen, at some point, videos or pictures of someone clearly committing a crime. The MSM is always very careful to refer to the person committing the crime as the "alleged" criminal or perpetrator. Why should institutions of learning be an exception and be able to follow their own arbitrary rules or the rules of any administration in matters of sexual assault, or any other criminal matter? Why should the alleged perpetrator be considered guilty until proven innocent? If there were a shooting on a campus, wouldn't the police be called immediately and the matter be turned over to the judicial system?

After we rode around for a while, he said he had some records at his room we could listen to in order to kill time. Once we were in his room, he attacked me viciously. I fought and fought, and screamed to the point where I subsequently lost my voice for several days. It was to no avail, as he was considerably stronger than me. When I finally blacked out due to a pillow being pressed on my face, he raped me.
I won't go into all the details of the rape or how I got away, but get away I did, and I ran to my friends, who were waiting for me with the police. When I hadn't turned up at the appointed time, they knew something was wrong and started to search for me. When the police went to his motel room looking for him, they found pieces of the clothes he had ripped off me and chunks of my hair he had torn out.
I was then terrorized for days by phone calls made by him to the motel where I worked, to the point where my employer got someone else to take over my switchboard duties. I also had Ocean City police officers voluntarily driving me each day to work and then back to where I was staying. I was perfectly willing to press charges, but my rapist escaped and returned to his home in Canada, which didn't have extradition for rape.
Sandra Jones appears to be one of a growing number of young women trivializing true rape by crying rape when they get drunk and do something they later regret. By doing so, they ruin young men's lives. These young women should be educated about what sexual assault truly is. Maybe the Obama administration should be educated as well.

Have the taxpayers of St. Paul spent nearly $3 million over the past five years to bring chaos and danger to their schools and students?
Apparently so.
In 2010, the St. Paul school district began a contractual relationship with the Pacific Educational Group, a San Francisco-based organization that tries to help public schools deal with achievement and disciplinary issues involving black students.
PEG packages and sells the concept of victimization, for a very high price.
It claims that the American education system is built around white culture, tradition and social norms – aka “white privilege” – to the unfair detriment of black students.
PEG believes that black students will only achieve if school curricula are customized to meet their cultural specifications. It also rejects the concept of using suspensions or expulsions to discipline black students.

Student suspensions were replaced by “time outs,” and school officials starting forgiving or ignoring violence and other unacceptable behavior, according to various sources.

The result has been general chaos throughout the district, with far too many students out of control because they know there are no real consequences for their actions.

“Last spring, when she stepped into a fight between two basketball players, one grabbed her shoulder and head, throwing her aside,” the CityPages article explained. “The kid was only sent home for a couple of days.
“In March, when a student barged into her class, McQueen happened to be standing in the doorway and got crushed into a shelf. The following week, two boys came storming in, hit a girl in the head, then skipped back out. One of them had already been written up more than 30 times.
“Yet another student who repeatedly drops into her class has hit kids and cursed at an aide, once telling McQueen he would “fry” her ass. She tried to make a joke of it — ‘Ooh, I could use a little weight loss.’ Her students interjected: ‘No, that means he’s gonna kill you.'”

Consider: If a man and woman are both drunk at college, the onus is almost certainly on him to head off any possible sexual interaction between them.

CU-Boulder has essentially declared not only that the accused does not enjoy the presumption of innocence, but that defending the accused's innocence amounts to sexual harassment.  How exactly the accused can receive a fair hearing in such an environment remains a mystery.
At this point it should be pointed out that false rape claims are far more prevalent than people think.  Feminists like to claim that only a negligible number of rape allegations are false (2-8%), but the number of allegations recanted, along with the number of allegations not resulting in charges, indicates a much larger portion.

Whatever problems exist within the legal system, this case illustrates why schools have no business adjudicating sexual assault claims.  Had this case been tried in a court of law, we would be able to assess the charges in light of the evidence.  In the present situation, we have no idea what was alleged, what evidence was presented, or the exact nature of the statute. [. . .]  The effort to adjudicate sexual assault allegations in makeshift tribunals will not end happily.

The rapidly rising total poses challenges for the Obama administration as it seeks to lead a national campaign against sexual assault on college campuses. The students whose complaints sparked many of the cases are anxious for federal action, while colleges want to escape a list that puts an unflattering question mark next to their brand name.

Instead, OCR uses the financial threat as leverage to negotiate measures schools will take to improve their sexual violence policies whenever the agency finds shortcomings.

In April, Tufts University rebelled. The prestigious university in Massachusetts had reached an agreement for measures to resolve a long-running OCR investigation. Federal officials warned the standoff could lead to an unprecedented cutoff of funding for Tufts. A few weeks later, the university relented and gave renewed approval to the resolution. The episode offered a rare public glimpse of the brinkmanship behind these investigations.

The violence occurred after a recent homecoming concert. “Police on scene called for back up,” reported Gabrielle Enright of WHIO. “Using the code 99, meaning an officer was in trouble.”
Soon the campus was flooded with more than 60 cops from 28 nearby departments. But even this army of police could not contain the fighting, property destruction, mayhem, chaos, defiance, attacks on police, and gunfire from this large group of black people.

At Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, police say they kind of expect it there too:
In September, a group of 40 in a “black mob went door to door to the white frat houses trying to get into private parties,” said one member of local law enforcement. “They forced their way into the last house, dragged several into the street and beat them. Three white kids were hospitalized. The state’s attorney won’t charge mob action because the white kids tried to fight back.”

Local media’s account of the violence was curiously antiseptic, making it seem this was just some of the usual college hijinks that sometimes get out of hand.
It was not. Nine black people were arrested on various charges of assault.

At the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, local media reported a what seemed like mild encounter following an October football game. A reader of American Thinker filled in the blanks about these shootings at off campus housing in a neighborhood full of students of Notre Dame and Holy Cross College.
“A group of black teenagers (15 and 16 years old) attempted to push their way into the home of a group of students and when they were not allowed in one of the black teens shot one of the students in the head,” he said. “The bullet missed the student's brain by 1/4 inch and he has recovered. Fortunately, one of the students inside the house had a conceal carry permit and he returned fire, shattering the leg of one of the intruders. If he hadn't been carrying, the outcome would have been much worse.”

The local press will not voluntarily disclose what federal law forces the university to do: Release a full description of the predators. This description is from university records connected to the recent four attacks on five people. “In all the cases, the victims described the suspects as a group of black males. The number in the group ranged from 6 to 8.”
College campuses loath reporting the description of people involved in hurting their students. That is because on campuses around the country, the number of black people involved in the violence is astronomically out of proportion.
NIU tries to soften the blow by apologizing for complying with federal law: “Information about the race or ethnicity of alleged offenders is provided only to aid detailed descriptions that include physical stature, clothing or unusual characteristics. Racial descriptions do not, by themselves, offer a meaningful picture of an individual's appearance.”

In a copy of the racially charged email forwarded to The Crimson, its author claimed that he or she would come to Harvard on Saturday at “11 clock” and “shoot all of you” and “kill you individually.” The email’s time stamp indicates that it was sent at 4:44 p.m. Friday from a “hotmail.de” email address.
At least some Harvard students received a second email with the same text at 4:50 p.m. from a different Google Mail address.
Addressed to “All students at Harvard,” the text of both threatening emails included what appeared to be racist language. The emails referred to their intended recipients as “slit-eyes.” Many, but not all, of the emails’ intended recipients appear to have Asian surnames.
The emails were not anonymous. In the emails, the author or authors self-identified as Stephanie Nguyen and claimed to live in Boston. The address from which the first email was received, however, identified the sender as Eduardo Nguyen. The second identified the sender as Huy Dinh.

Duke Student Sues University For Deprivation of Rights Under Title IX Compliance Policy

Duke University’s Office of Student Conduct investigated the matter and found McLeod guilty. He was expelled shortly thereafter.
However, a Durham County Superior Court judge granted a preliminary injunction on Thursday; McLeod should not have been expelled, Judge Osmond III ruled, though the university is not required to immediately give McLeod his degree.
McLeod’s lawsuit states that the University executed a “sloppy investigation” and that the trial “violated Duke University’s own written standards for sexual misconduct and student disciplinary hearings, as well as all notions of fundamental fairness.”
Michael Schoenfeld, Vice President for Public Affairs and Government Relations at Duke University, told Campus Reform that “[t]he university engages an independent investigator, and permits both the accuser and accused student to present their views about what happened to an experienced conduct board…[w]hen the conduct board finds a student responsible for sexual misconduct, it determines whether expulsion or a lesser penalty would be the appropriate sanction, based on the specific facts of the individual case.”
Durham attorney Kerry Sutton stated that Duke overstepped its authority by investigating a case that should have been reserved solely by a law enforcement agency.

Here's what happens when you give guns and badges to half wits who are negligently trained and go wild with their power. It is why police need constant scrutiny. In Mass there is no scrutiny and the police are out of control. After many instances that I saw of Harvard University campus police exercising power contrary to state law, having been negligently trained, I wrote about them and have been relentlessly harassed and provoked and slandered for many years. It shows that my criticism is accurate. If they were trained properly they would not retaliate for criticism and they would recognize their role in this formerly free society. LIke many Harvard University campus cops who abuse their power, this Texas campus cop was not on university property when he took the life of the student. Harvard campus oops share this misguided belief about their limited power. Harvard University egoistic police share this man's misguided belief that they have power everywhere. It comes with the guns and the badges. Problem is that faculty enjoy favors, e.g., having their critics arrested by the Harvard campus cops, from their abusive police, students newspapers print the misguided police propaganda about their powers, and the students blindly follow and obey them.

Ignorant Hate Speech At Harvard University

HUPD (Harvard University Police Department) is out of control. They have little or no oversight. Thugs with guns and badges. If you criticize them they appear at your door with threats and harassment. When I posted comments on the Harvard University student newspaper, The Crimson, web pages under a story about police action responding to noise and misconduct, open container laws and nuisance violations, two of the "readers" attacked me personally calling me names.

I say that when people begin using personal attacks it shows they have no rational arguments, which is the same thing but without the psychological research and mumbo jumbo in the article.

There is another element of when personal attacks appear. It is the first rule of propaganda, which demands discrediting people by using character assassination, another term for personal attacks. It is what was done to Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, US Senator Joseph McCarthy, President George W. Bush, Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and me among many others. If you read journalism as much as I do you may notice the absence of character assassination of the current president and his misguided appointees. Journalists now use character assassination when they have no rational arguments. The main problem is that few ordinary Americans have experience noticing, and lack the means to understand how to respond to propaganda. I was lucky. When I was 18 or 19 I was very upset with what I read in the papers and went to my college dean and complained about "propaganda" as if there was something he could do about it.



One of the Crimson readers, used "wacko" as his great contribution of hate speech of the day. Another said of me "He's all over the place." with no explanation of what that means. A third said that "He won't respond to the question" about why I thought HUPD was negligently trained. They demanded I teach them in the comments section of a college newspaper. On previous occasions HUPD stopped me after I was taking pictures, in the rear of a Harvard University residential building, of trash, which attracts rodents. It is an ongoing issue discussed for many hours at Cambridge (MA) City Council meetings and committee meetings. The only way to prevent attracting rodents in cities is to keep trash off the streets. Because there are so many visitors to Cambridge there is a lot of food left in the streets. That is what attracts rodents. But also the sloppiness of residents who fail to place trash in containers for collection. In Harvard University residential buildings there are many students who have never lived alone and had to be responsible for their household trash. They leave it in the basement, alongside the receptacles and in general fail to keep the area clean.

I used to take pictures and send them to the building managers at Harvard and to the City inspectional services department. One night two HUPD officers stopped me and a third joined them. They asked me if I was taking pictures behind the buildings. I said I was. They asked why. I explained. They asked me why I did not call them. I explained that it is not a police matter. And even if it was the HUPD did not have jurisdiction. They told me they did have jurisdiction. I told them they were negligently trained, that they did not have the legal authority to enforce city ordinances which is what the inspectional services department does. They were arrogant wise asses as most cops are and said to me "Are you going to teach us?" I said "The University is not paying me to teach you." Same with the response of the readers in October 2013 asking why HUPD is negligently trained still many years after the above incident.

That should have been the end of it. But I declined the opportunity to explain the details in the comments section of the student newspaper. I suggested that the readers who expressed hate speech look up the state statutes which gave HUPD their police powers. That they learn where the property lines are of Harvard University, and then they should apply thought to the information. Well that was apparently a direct threat to the mindless manhood of at least one if not all of the hate-speech-uttering readers one of whom may be a City police employee.

That night as I slept one of the HUPD officers, the worst kind of officer who abuses his authority, arrived at my building which is owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, the legal name of the Harvard University corporation. He attacked me severely trying to cause me to have a heart attack or stroke, with electrical weapons possession of which is a felony in Massachusetts. Attempted murder is a felony too. That also is one of many laws which the police refuse to enforce claiming they do not know how. That is another example of negligent training, for another time, in the host city of Harvard University, Lesley University and MIT.



Retaliation for free speech, protected speech under the First Amendment is another felony. Intimidating a person in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right is a felony in Massachusetts under state law whether or not the offender is a public official. But that law too is ignored in Cambridge and at Harvard University where the campus cops are negligently trained and where laws are optional. Does that explain the relaxed rectitude of Harvard University groomed and educated Governor of Massachusetts and the President of the United States?





Earlier and every day another HUPD employee causes my computer to crash trying to stop my free expression online. That is a federal felony. Each day for the past 17 years while I lived on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College the same criminals committed 4 to 40 felonies a day. My complaints to city, to state and to US officials were consistently ignored. The reason is two-fold. First Harvard University officials are not held accountable for their violations of law. In addition they use character assassination (see above minor hate expression in the comments of The Crimson) to discredit me which allows the public officials to ignore me because they believe character assassination. That includes but is not limited to 43 years of "He's crazy." "He's a retired drug dealer." etc., etc., etc.

Upon reflection, I think the celebrity signing autographs on Quincy Street was Matt Damon. From the photos in the Crimson it looks like the person who was the subject of HUPD overreaching.

Six days after MIT Police Officer Sean Collier was shot and killed in Cambridge MA, local police remain on edge. On Thursday April 25, 2013 I was walking along Quincy Street between Broadway and Harvard Street. A black SUV with Livery license plates stopped to drop off a group of five people. They walked along the narrow sidewalk at about 5:30 PM. One was a Harvard University campus cop.

A white SUV with New Hampshire plates stopped on the left side of the street near the Carpenter Center, where parking and stopping is prohibited. There is construction on Quincy Street for the Fogg Museum. Jersey barriers remain in place along part of Quincy Street, restricting traffic flow. Metered parking is allowed on the right side of the one-way street.  

A caucasian man carrying paper was walking toward the group of five. One man in the group was signing autographs for his fans. It may have been Matt Damon who was on campus for an award ceremony. I did not recognize the celebrity. Harvard celebrates the Arts First Festival from Thursday to Sunday April 25-28. The group was on its way to Loeb House at 17 Quincy Street, the former residence of the President of Harvard University. Now it is used for high profile receptions and other gatherings.

The HUPD officer accompanying the celebrity was talking with the man who drove the white SUV parked illegally. Another car with New Hampshire plates was right behind the white SUV. The white SUV driver was trying to get the autograph of the celebrity. The officer wanted the man to move his illegally parked SUV. I heard the HUPD officer say loudly, "Now." I guessed that the two drivers were paparazzi chasing Damon or other celebrities.

Realizing what was happening, I passed into the group within a foot of the celebrity who was carrying a vinyl record album. They were moving slowly to allow the celebrity to sign autographs as he walked toward Loeb House. The driver of the white SUV got into his vehicle and parked it in a legal space. I told him that was a Harvard campus officer, who only had jurisdiction on Harvard property not on the streets. He said he did not notice it was a Harvard cop.

The car with New Hampshire plates sped by almost hitting me. I wondered why I got involved in this, almost getting myself hit by a car. About five minutes later I saw a car pass by with Massachusetts license plates "News Photographer." I began wondering if I was in a movie again. I saw the news photographer about ten minutes later again. I also saw the car with New Hampshire plates again following closely a black SUV with Livery plates. Maybe he was following Damon to get photos for his business. I realized I got caught up in a paparazzi frenzy, the kind seen on TMZ. It was what allegedly caused the death of Princess Diana. Her driver was trying to lose some of the paparazzi who were following her in Paris one day.

I realized Harvard's campus police remain negligently trained, after 15 years of my petitioning the university administration, the city government and the state office of public safety. So much for citizen initiative in Massachusetts. The above images were captured at about 5:45 PM Thursday April 25, 2013 shortly after the events described herein.
