A young woman screamed helplessly as she was set upon by a violent gang in the centre of tourist Paris today.
She was repeatedly punched and kicked in the head and upper body as around 15 mainly men surrounded her, knocking her to the ground.
The terrifying attack, which was captured on video, took place within sight of Notre Dame Cathedral, and less than half-a-mile from the Louvre museum.
Police were nowhere to be seen, as the savagery continued until the early hours of this morning, with others reporting muggings and gratuitous assaults.
Another video obtained by Mail Online shows a man who was knocked unconscious by another gang staggering away from the scene of the crime with a head wound.[. . .]
‘Gangs of youths had the freedom of the streets to attack and steal from anyone they wanted. Paris is no longer a safe tourist city – it’s like a warzone.’
It all took place during the 35th annual ‘Fete de la Musique’ (Music Party), an event that is meant to be celebration of the arts, with hundreds of thousands taking to the street.
Anne Hidalgo, the Socialist mayor of Paris, and President Francois Hollande are among those who regularly show off the event as a ‘celebration of Paris life’.
Manuel Valls, the Prime Minister, even said this year’s Party was ‘the best response to terrorism’, arguing that people should go out and enjoy themselves, in defiance of threats of violence.
But the attack on the woman – who has not been identified – paints a very different picture.
She was with a group of friends who attended a rap gig on a street close to Rue de Rivoli, the equivalent of London’s Oxford Street in Paris.


A gang of Marseille youths launched an unprovoked attack on England supporters earlier this month. A chair was thrown through the air as violence overshadow England's opening match of the Euro 2016 tournament.

A crowd of some 1,000 people congregated outside a Caribbean restaurant, where giant speakers and a small stage were set up.
But trouble started almost immediately, when a man was set upon by a gang early in the evening, and knocked unconscious.
Video shows him being helped up by other members of the crowd, before he staggers away with a head wound.
The ugly atmosphere grew, as revelers openly smoked cannabis, and drank bottles of beer from nearby supermarkets.
There is a police station close next to Les Halles shopping centre, next door to where the attacks happened, but not a single officer appeared to deal with the trouble.[. . .]
Police at the Les Halles station today said they ‘knew absolutely nothing’ about the gang attack, and urged ‘witnesses to come forward’.
The mob violence is particularly embarrassing for Mr Hollande and Ms Hidalgo, who have pledged to make Paris a safe city again, following the attack by Islamic State suicide bombers brandishing Kalashnikovs.
Many of their attacks took place in exactly the same kind of streets as where the violence happened last night and this morning.

Muslims Attack Listening Party With Pipes in Istanbul, For Serving Alcohol

A group of radical Islamists attacked a listening party in Istanbul where Radiohead was holding a listening party for fans in support of their new album.
The men reportedly stormed the record store, Velvet Indieground, in Istanbul, Turkey, and used pipes to violently beat fans running away from the venue for drinking alcohol during the holy month of Ramadan.
“Our hearts go out to those attacked tonight at Velvet IndieGround in Istanbul,” Radiohead said in a statement. “We hope that someday we will be able to look back on such acts of violent intolerance as things of the ancient past. For now, we can only offer our fans in Istanbul our love and support.”
It’s unknown how many people were injured in the uproar or the severity of their injuries.

They were determined to kill us. We were beaten by more than 20 men with pipes in their hands, beer bottles were broken on our heads. I don’t even know how we made it out. I will share the details later guys, just hoping that no one will die.”
The event was part of a global listening party in support of Radiohead’s new album, “A Moon Shaped Pool,” and included specially curated playlists, games, and limited-edition vinyls.

Shocking: A shocking video has emerged on social media of a woman in Philadelphia being beaten on a city street in broad daylight by a man as a crowd of people just stand by and watch.

An alarming video of a woman being beaten on a city street while a crowd of people watches came to us by a Fresco News user. We immediately called police and tried to identify the victim and get answers about what happened.
It was a disturbing scene Thursday morning in 200 block of Ontario Street in the city's Kensington neighborhood. The man who shot the video of a brutal beating on the sidewalk does not want his face shown but did talk to us.
"The guy was actually on top of the girl-- just beating on her," the witness told FOX 29.
The woman is on the ground and you can see the man repeatedly slapping and punching the victim.
"I did hear a commotion earlier. I didn't pay no mind and then I came out and the guy was on top of the girl," the witness explained.
The witness who shot the video says the beating went on for sometime. He says maybe 20 to 30 minutes.
"Did anyone try to help the woman?," FOX 29 asked, "No one, just bystanders, smiling laughing. Just standing around like a normal day, like nothing was even happening," the witness said.
You can see from the video that no one tries to intervene or help the woman. People are on their cell phones and just watching her being beaten. We don't know if they were possibly afraid for their own safety. We do know someone on the block did call police.
"I didn't want to jump in and be a hero and just get hurt you know. I's bad out here," the man said.

One of the people who recorded the horrific incident did not want to be identified by the television station on camera.
'The guy was actually on top of the girl-- just beating on her,' he told Fox 29.
The disturbing video shows an unidentified man repeatedly hitting, slapping and punching an unidentified woman, who is on the ground as several people stand nearby and just watch and record the incident on their cell phones.
At one point, a man can be seen standing just a few feet away from the man as he continuously hits the woman on the ground before he walks across the street to continue watching.
In addition, at least two cars drove right by the assault as it was happening and did not appear to stop to help.

When asked if anyone standing nearby tried to help the woman, the witness told the television station no.

According to the man, the beating occurred for at least 20 minutes until police arrived to help.
Police have apprehended the man in the video and say he will face charges, Fox 29 reported.
The woman is being treated for her injuries at a local hospital. It's unclear what her condition is.

Black Jacksonville, Florida Officer Fired After Beating Handcuffed White Woman

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—An officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was fired and arrested Thursday after a Wednesday incident after he reportedly punched a female inmate multiple times while at the Duval County jail.
Akinyemi Borisade, 26, worked for JSO from March of 2015 until Thursday and was still on a probationary status with the organization. He is charged with simple battery.
Borisade was caught on the jail's camera pushing the woman, 31-year-old Mayra Alejandra Martinez, up against a wall and then punching her several times after she kicked him.
The Florida Times-Union also obtained dashcam video of the arrest at a gentleman's club on University Boulevard. The video shows Borisade and another officer on top of a woman who is believed to be Martinez, repeatedly striking her.
Martinez was drinking at the club Wednesday afternoon and had reportedly become belligerent, an arrest report said. She was harassing patrons, according to the report. When officers told her she was being arrested, she started swinging.
That's when Borisade allegedly took her to the ground and struck her in the back multiple times, the report said. In the dashcam video, you can see Borisade shove the woman's face repeatedly into the concrete.

Borisade is charged with simple battery, a misdemeanor. Martinez has since been released from jail.
Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams spoke in a press conference on Friday, about the open investigation concerning the incident.
Williams said that both videos were troubling and a cause for concern. "We don't tolerate that type of activity. We have set that bar for professionalism, we're working hard to make sure that we all maintain that," he said.
There is a duty to report a crime that is seen, said Williams, and JSO is working to find out who are the officers who can be seen standing around in the jail video, seemingly not stopping the officer as he repeatedly strikes Martinez.
The investigation could take a couple of weeks to a month, according to Williams, but JSO is working to find out who the officers in the video work for, and will take disciplinary measures in accordance with policy.
However, the standard is that if a crime is happening, it should be reported and there is a duty of officers to step in.
The investigation continues as JSO looks to see if the right paperwork was filed in a timely manner and if the accounts of the attack corroborate each other. Williams also called for body cameras for officers, saying it would show officers doing good works 99 percent of the time, but help the investigation when things like this incident happen.
Borisade has had previous run-ins with the Sheriff's Office. In 2008, he was arrested for petit theft after trying to steal from a Belk on the Arlington Expressway.
In 2011, an incident report from JSO asserts that he busted out a woman's rear window on her car. Police said that they did not witness the incident and provided the victim with a state attorney's card, which is standard protocol.
Both incidents were misdemeanors, and neither would preclude him from being an officer when he was hired four years later.
Martinez said she is embarrassed at what happened and suffered from a broken wrist. She is now out of the hospital and has hired an attorney.

A state trooper was held pending a dangerousness hearing on Wednesday after he was accused of beating his girlfriend, who is also a state trooper, dragging her by the hair and choking her until she almost lost consciousness.
At a hearing today in Ayer District Court, Judge J. Elizabeth Cremens ordered Robert Sundberg, 45, to stay away from the alleged victim for one year. He had abused her for years, a prosecutor said.
Assistant District Attorney Brian Doxtader said Sundberg was intoxicated when he awoke the victim early Saturday at their Boxboro apartment, choking her until she managed to break loose and lock herself in the bathroom.
The defendant forced his way into the bathroom, held her down and choked her until she became dizzy and thought she would lose consciousness, Doxtader said.
She bit him, the prosecutor said, and he threw her into a closet, picked her up by the hair and forced her back into the bedroom, where he later demanded they have sex.

He began abusing the alleged victim, an 11-year veteran of the state police, about two years into their six-year relationship, Doxtader said.
Defense attorney Richard Rafferty said that the allegations were false and that she was angry because the couple was going to buy a house but Sundberg wanted to end the relationship.
“He’s sitting in jail on a false allegation,” he said.
Rafferty claimed that the victim pushed his client, and he fell into a closet.
They both went to work on Saturday, he said, and she went to a party that night.
There was no bite mark found on Sundberg, Rafferty said, and no sign of a struggle was found in the bathroom.
When she asked Cremens for a restraining order today, the alleged victim said Sundberg has a history of abuse that got progressively worse over time.
“Every time I confronted him, he said he didn’t remember anything,” she told the judge.

James Crawford was speaking with a witness in the courthouse Wednesday morning when an investigator asked him who he was and called defense lawyers sleazy, said Jerry Steering, Crawford’s attorney.
The men traded insults and the investigator threw a metal document clip at Crawford, which he threw back, Steering said. The investigator then grabbed Crawford, slammed his head into a bench and began punching him, Steering said Crawford did not strike back.

“It is an affront to the criminal justice system and to the citizens of Orange County that this DA would allow this to happen on his watch and stay completely silent,” Jacqueline Goodman, an executive committee member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, said in a statement.
The fight comes amid a simmering scandal in the county over the Orange County district attorney’s use of jailhouse informants and handling of related evidence.
Crawford recently won a new trial for a suspect in the 1998 murder of a pregnant woman over the allegations.
The Justice Department is reviewing requests for a federal investigation into the county’s justice system, Dena Iverson, a spokeswoman for US Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch, told the newspaper.
The Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriffs, which represents district attorney’s investigators, said there were many witnesses to the courthouse fight.

After the victim of an alleged gang rape and her boyfriend said they would not testify, a Framingham District Court judge at the prosecutor's urging dismissed rape and kidnapping charges against four men.
Without the testimony of the woman and her boyfriend, prosecutor Joseph Gentile said he could not go forward with the case against Ariel Diaz, 24, Adan Diaz, 32, and Elmer Diaz, 19, as well as Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe, 27.
“The commonwealth has insufficient evidence upon which to proceed ... (and) moves to dismiss all charges," Gentile said.

However, before the hearing started, the woman and her boyfriend were assigned lawyers to determine if their testimony might prompt any problems with their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination Gentile said both lawyers said the pair would have Fifth Amendment issues. Even after explaining to them that the case could not proceed without their testimony, both said they would invoke their constitutional rights and would not testify, Gentile said.
After the dismissal, Adan Diaz’s lawyer, John Daly Jr., said the case appeared to have problems.
“The prosecution saw a problem with the witnesses’ stories, and brought it to our attention, as is their duty and we all agreed there was a problem with the evidence,” said Daly. “There may be a reason that the version of events by the alleged victims was not true or problems with it.”

Although all charges related to alleged attack were dismissed, the men will not be released. Daly said the four men - Guatemalan nationals - are being held by the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement for being in the country illegally.
“They all have immigration issues,” said Daly. “What’s going to happen, I’m not sure. They’ll be held and ICE will decide what to do with them.”

So now we find out the four “Framingham men” charged with grabbing an American woman off the street and then raping her in front of her boyfriend last weekend are in fact illegal aliens from Guatemala.
At least two of these young fellas, as Deval Patrick used to call them, have been deported at least once, but then sneaked back into the country. And did I mention that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirms that the four have multiple OUI arrests among them?
Try not to let this destroy your faith in the open borders, unlimited handouts and endless coddling of illegal aliens that Obama and his ilk are promoting to affect the “fundamental transformation” of the U.S. into a flophouse for the dregs of the Third World.
The dreamers are only here to do the crimes, I mean jobs, that Americans won’t do. They’re living “in the shadows.” Their felonies are “acts of love.”
This latest atrocity by the “undocumented” almost slipped through the cracks. But we got a tip, and I want to thank the person who gave me the heads-up, as well as the ICE agents who made sure that detainers were placed on all four of these valedictorians, as Jeb Bush so charmingly called them.

Federal immigration officials are requesting detainers on four illegal aliens accused of a heinous attack on a Framingham couple in which the woman was raped and her boyfriend was beaten and threatened with death, the Herald has learned.
Two of the illegals had previously been deported to Guatemala, said Immigration and 
Customs Enforcement spokesman Shawn Neudauer.
Elmer Diaz, 19, is charged with rape, assault with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping and threatening to commit a crime. His brother, Ariel Diaz, 24, was charged with unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, indecent assault and battery, kidnapping and witness intimidation.
He was deported to Guatemala in May 2014 after convictions for drunken driving and disorderly conduct, said Neudauer.
Another brother, Adan Diaz, 32, and Marlon Josue Jarquin-Felipe, 27, are both charged with indecent assault and battery and kidnapping. All four suspects are from Guatemala. Jarquin-Felipe was deported back to his homeland in April 2014, according to Neudauer.
Neudauer told the Herald yesterday the agency is “closely monitoring the cases and has placed detainers on all four” illegal immigrants. He added that Ariel Diaz was also arrested this winter on a drunken driving charge. ICE was not notified of that case, he added.
In the Framingham case, the victim’s boyfriend was beaten while his girlfriend was held down on a bed and raped Sunday evening, authorities say.
The still-shaken boyfriend told the Herald yesterday that he and his girlfriend have not yet come to terms with the horrific assault.
“I thought we were going to die. I really did. And I didn’t care if I died as long as I could save her and get her out of there, that’s all I cared about,” said the 
boyfriend, whose name the Herald is withholding.
“I’ve lived (in Framingham) my whole life and I never imagined anything like this could happen just walking down the street,” he said. “The worst part was I felt like I couldn’t do anything.”
According to authorities, he and his girlfriend were out walking and enjoying an unseasonably warm evening when they were approached by a man carrying beer, police said. The man appeared friendly and offered them a drink, then three more men emerged, police said.
One produced a condom and indicated he wanted the man’s girlfriend. One grabbed his girlfriend by the hood of her sweatshirt, dragging her away, while the biggest of the group kept her boyfriend back, police said.
“They brought her into the building on the corner into the apartment,” police said. “They pulled a dresser or table across the door of the room so she could not leave … (They) were trying to climb on her while the others were groping her.”
Her boyfriend managed to force his way into the apartment and was calling 911 when two of the men broke away to handle him, 
police said.
Police said Ariel Diaz head-butted the man several times and then grabbed a large chef’s knife and tried slashing him, but Jarquin-Felipe pushed the knife-wielder back, stopping him from stabbing the man.

The story we shared on this page yesterday about the Marine brutally assaulted by a group of black teens sparked an unbelievable outpouring of outrage that has gone mad viral. As of this writing, the story on our page alone has been shared nearly 43,000 times and garnered nearly 27,000 comments.
In case you missed it, Christopher Marquez — who received the Bronze Star for valor after serving in the Iraq war — was attempting to enjoy a meal at McDonald’s last week when a group of teenage thugs began harassing him, asking him “Do you believe Black Lives Matter?”
After the Marquez attempted to mind his own business and ignore the group, the situation escalated quickly, resulting in the veteran being knocked unconscious from the back and robbed of $400 cash plus the rest of the contents of his wallet, including IDs and credit cards. Marquez told the Daily Caller:
“I believe this was a hate crime, and I was targeted because of my skin color,” Marquez told the Daily Caller. “Too many of these types of attacks have been happening against white people by members of the black community and the majority of the mainstream media refuses to report on it.”
Apparently the police had already been looking for this group after a prior incident.
Hard to argue with the victim’s suggestion that this was a hate crime — that Marquez was targeted because of his skin color.

A former Marine became the target of an alleged assault in a McDonald’s Friday night, as a crowd of youths cornered him and demanded he answer the question, “do you believe black lives matter?” Before knocking him unconscious and robbing him.
Christopher Marquez, a veteran of Iraq and recipient of the Bronze Star for valor, said he was dining at a McDonald’s in northwest D.C. when a group of black teenagers came up to him and allegedly began harassing him about the black lives matter movement. Marquez ignored them which prompted calls and shouts that he was a racist.
Marquez left the establishment after eating, but allegedly sustained a sudden blow to the back of his head outside the McDonald’s, which knocked him unconscious. When he woke up, his pants were ripped and wallet gone, which contained $400 in cash, three credit cards, his VA medical card, school identification, metro card and driver’s license.

DeAnthony Mason, manager of the McDonald’s, reviewed security footage and told Marquez in a phone call Saturday that when he left the restaurant a teen with a white shirt struck him on the side of the head, knocking him unconscious. The other teens then converged on his incapacitated body, taking his belongings. The head blow Marquez sustained left his memory dazed, but Mason’s review of security footage helped him piece together what occurred.
Upon regaining consciousness, Marquez found a cab driver willing to drive him to his apartment across from American University, where he attends school. Workers in the lobby called the police on his behalf, who took him to George Washington Hospital where he was evaluated for several hours. Medical documents obtained by TheDCNF show Marquez was treated for head trauma and an eye contusion.
Credit card transactions reviewed by TheDCNF reveal that the assailants charged over $115 on his various credit cards at a liquor store, Five Guys and Walmart. Mason, the McDonald’s store manager told Marquez that police have been looking for the group of teens for a previous incident.
I believe this was a hate crime and I was targeted because of my skin color,” Marquez told TheDCNF. “Too many of these types of attacks have been happening against white people by members of the black community and the majority of the main stream media refuses to report on it.”

“When I was in the Marine Corps, I served with people from many different backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, and races,” Marquez told TheDCNF. “Like all Marines, I fought for the freedom of all Americans and not just one particular group.”
Marquez was also involved in the infamous fire fight dubbed “Hell House” in Fallujah. He and a fellow Marine, Dane Shaffer, pulled out four Marines who were stuck in a house after an insurgent ambush. A picture taken of them pulling Sgt Maj Brad Kasal out of battle served as the inspiration for a famous war memorial of Iraq located in California, reports The Los Angeles Times. Marquez is pictured on the left side holding Kasal by his right arm.

Husband Beaten On New York City Subway, After Wife Argues With Passenger

Cops say the argument started in Manhattan, when the woman tried to tried to squeeze into a seat next to a man in a reflective vest. The woman told police that he elbowed her and she elbowed him back and the two launched into a tirade that lasted across the river and four stops into the Bronx.
At Jackson Avenue, the argument escalated, with the woman and man chasing each other around the car and the woman holding the car doors for several minutes as she called for help and the other straphangers yelled at her to calm down and get away from the doors so the train could move. Even the woman’s own husband told her to stop her antics.
“Yo, chill,” he said to her.
But it was too late for the 38-year-old husband as the other man decided to take his frustration out on him and promptly laid him out.

New York City police were investigating on Sunday an assault on a man who was pummeled by suspects shouting "ISIS, ISIS," leaving him with bruises on his head and face, authorities said.
The 43-year-old man was attacked while walking with a nine-year-old girl in the Bronx around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, according to the New York City Police Department.
He was punched several times in the head, knocked down and kicked, police said. The victim, whose name was not given, was treated for injuries at a hospital and released.



He had been wearing a shalwar kameez, a traditional South Asian outfit featuring a long tunic, the New York Times reported.

The attack comes amid increasing anxiety in the United States over the threat posed by Islamic State, also known as ISIS, which has claimed responsibility for militant attacks around the world.

Oklahoma Lesbian Couple Arested For Beating 5-year-old Son

A lesbian couple from Oklahoma have been charged with child abuse involving one of the suspects’ 5-year-old son, who police say was struck with a hammer, whipped with a belt and tortured so badly he suffered strokes and seizures.
Rachel Stevens, 28, and her partner Kayla Jones, 25, were booked into the Muskogee County Jail Tuesday on charges of felony child abuse by injury and child neglect.
The case first came to light in early December when Stevens' 5-year-old son was flown to St John Medical Center in Tulsa suffering from seizures and lesions on his face.

Doctors at the hospital contacted police after determining that the child had several broken bones in various stages of healing and appeared malnourished.

While the boy was receiving medical treatment, he suffered two strokes 'due to his trauma,' according to an affidavit cited by Tulsa World. 

Investigators subsequently interviewed the little boy and learned that the child had been tied up, had duct tape placed over his eyes and had been kept in a locked room, the document states.

The toddler also claimed that his mother struck him on the hand with a hammer, and that both she and Jones hit him with a belt all over his body.

According to police, the horrific abuse went on for several months. The little boy said on one occasion, his step-mother kicked him in the groin until he bled.

Police said the suspects, who reportedly have been together for 18 months, shard their Muskogee home with the victim’s twin brother and 7-year-old sister, but they do not believe those children were mistreated.

More than a month later, the 5-year-old remains at the Tulsa hospital getting treated for his injuries.

His two siblings have been taken into the custody of the Department of Human Services. 

Stevens and Jones are both due back in court later this month.

A 17-year-old who was sexually assaulted in her home has died from injuries she suffered in the brutal attack.
De'Naye Washington was sleeping inside her home in Detroit on January 7 when her attacker burst through the window, battered over the head and sexually assaulted her.
The high school senior spent days fighting for her life in hospital, but died yesterday.
Police have named Darian Winfield, 19, as a person of interest in the attack.

De'Naye's aunt, Terri Washington, told Fox 2 Detroit that her niece's death - which is now being treated as murder - was 'senseless'.
'It's crazy and she is just a baby,' Ms Washington said. 'She got hit six times and her brain was swollen so much, there was nothing they could do - they tried everything.'
GeNaye's sister, Shaquetta, added: 'I just want to know why would you do that to her. What did she do to you why would you target her?
'She's so loving just like a big kid we were sitting here playing Uno the day before it happened.'
Police sources told the news station that fingerprints found inside the home link Winfield to the scene.

Darian Winfield suspect allegedly burst through the window, battered over the head and sexually assaulted the dead girl.

He is also accused of breaking into another house on the same street as DeNaye's home on December 30, before allegedly stabbing a 39-year-old woman in the chest with the intent of sexually assaulting her.
James Craig, from Detroit Police Department, said: 'In one incident we know he was armed with what appeared to be a kitchen knife. In the most recent incident, blunt force trauma. We don't know what weapon may have been used.'
Winfield is yet to be charged following DeNaye's murder.
His family claim (sic) he is innocent, with his mother, Anita Pace, telling the Detroit News: 'It's not him. They have the wrong person'.

Federal Judge Susan Dlott wrote the book on racial profiling in 2002.
Last week, she ripped it into one million tiny pieces when three black people broke into her $8 million Cincinnati home and started beating her and her 79-year old husband.
“There’s three black men with guns at our house,” Dlott told a 911 operator after she escaped the home invasion and ran to her neighbor’s house one mile away.
And just in case the operator did not hear her the first time, Dlott said it again: “My husband and the dogs are still there. There are three black men with guns and masks at the house.”

That is the essence of racial profiling.
That is how so many people in Cincinnati and in law journals around the country know Susan Dlott.

The three home invaders who just happened to be black were soon caught. And remain in jail awaiting trial with bail of at least $2.5 million.
That did not sit well with the mother of one of the alleged invaders, who told reporters her son was a good boy who did not normally do stuff like that.

One of the two teens who fled Austria last year to become a “poster girl” for ISIS has been beaten to death after trying to escape the group’s Syrian stronghold of Raqqa, reports say.
A Tunisian woman who had been living with Samra Kesinovic, 18, says the young girl was killed by Islamic State extremists after she tried to flee recently, according to The Local Austria.
Kesinovic and her friend Sabina Selimovic, 15, made headlines in April 2014 when they ran away from their homes in Vienna and shacked up with militants in Syria.
The gal pals had traveled to the war-torn nation with the hope of becoming “jihadi brides” — and they later married two of the ISIS militants upon their arrival.

Two Southie brothers are accused of “walking away laughing” after urinating on and savagely beating a sleeping homeless man they took for an illegal immigrant, with one claiming they were inspired by Donald Trump.
Scott J. Leader, 38, and Steve M. Leader, 30, of Old Colony Avenue were returning home from a Red Sox game after midnight yesterday, when police say they randomly targeted a 58-year-old homeless man as he lay in his sleeping bag near the JFK/UMass T station.
“Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported,” Scott Leader said during booking after bragging that he “tuned (up) that illegal immigrant,” according to a police report.
Police Commissioner William B. Evans said it’s people such as the Leader brothers that give Southie a bad name.

The “vicious, unprovoked” attack, officials say, left the homeless man hospitalized with a broken nose, serious bruising across his torso and other injuries. Cops responding to the scene say they found him “laying on the ground, shaking, his face was soaking wet.”
After urinating on the man, police say witnesses told them the duo took to beating him with a metal pole and were seen “walking away laughing.”
But the Leader brothers’ alleged rampage didn’t end on Columbia Road, police say. They are also accused of “exposing themselves and urinating in the cell, challenging troopers to come into the cells to fight, banging on the cell door, and making threatening and anti-immigration statements.”

Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez, an illegal alien who allegedlybroke into 64-year-old Marilyn Pharis’s home, raped her and savagely beat her with a hammer, had been arrested four times by Santa Maria police in California — and was on probation at the time of his arrest.
Police say Ramirez broke into Pharis’s home on July 24, raped her and beat her with a claw hammer, leaving her for dead before trying to break into another home.

Ramirez pled not guilty on Friday to charges of “attempted murder, first-degree burglary with person present, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual penetration by foreign object and resisting a peace officer,” according to HNGN. He also faces special allegations: “the use of a deadly weapon in a sex offense, causing great bodily injury in a sex offense, assault with a deadly weapon on an elderly person and a violent crime against a vulnerable victim,” according to the Santa Maria Times.
Pharis died eight days later. Ramirez may face additional charges for murder after an autopsy is conducted.
Police say they “don’t care” that Ramirez is an illegal alien, who rather than being detained and deported, was free to rampage through the neighborhood.

New York Gentleman, 20, Assisted By His Mother, Kidnaps, Beats Mother of His Child

The 20-year-old mom, who has not been named, was allegedly tortured by the child’s father, identified as Malachi Blaylock, 20, and Blaylock’s mother, identified as Yolanda Gilreath, 51, for five days straight after she stopped by their Rockville Centre home for a visit, according to police.
After being surprised at the door of the house by Blaylock, who had been staying at his mom’s apartment on Old Mill Court, the child was snatched from the woman’s arms and she was ordered into a bedroom.
The young man then shoved the unidentified victim to the ground and told her she couldn’t leave — yelling at her and punching her in the face and body at the same time, authorities said.
Over the course of the next five days, starting at some point last week, Blaylock beat the woman, stabbed her in the hand with a pair of scissors and threatened her with a gun.
She attempted to flee on numerous occasions, but to no avail. After each failed attempt, Blaylock would simply run her down and restrain her again, police said.
On Wednesday, Gilreath and her son moved the woman and her child to a house in Hempstead, where they continued to hold her against her will. After Blaylock left the apartment around 10 p.m. Friday, the victim was able to call her mother — who rushed over to the home to pick her up and take her to the hospital.

The pair faces charges of first-degree kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child, according to police.
In addition, Blaylock was charged with strangulation, assault, menacing and criminal mischief.

Abedini was assaulted Wednesday June 3 by a fellow inmate at Iran’s Rajai Shahr prison, where he is serving an eight-year sentence for preaching to Iranian Christians, which the Iranian government claims undermined that country’s national security. Abedini has been in captivity since 2012.

Abedini suffered two black eyes among other injuries, according to his American legal representative, the American Center for Law and Justice. Abedini’s reading table was also destroyed by fellow prisoners.

A suspect has been hospitalized in Utah after a 69-year-old woman punched him in the head several times when he forced himself into her car.
Frances Mach arrived at her daughter’s Saratoga Springs home Saturday night about 9:30 p.m. when she said a man jumped into her car and told her to drive, a local CBS affiliate reported.
“He says ‘take me out of here … go!’” Ms. Mach said. “He started to reach for the steering wheel and he smacked me with the other hand and said ‘go!’”
That’s when she decided to fight back.
“I just balled up my fist and I nailed his head about three or four times and told him to get out of my car,” she told CBS. “He couldn’t believe it, I’ll tell you what, because I fought back. He looked about half-scared.”
Ms. Mach said the man got out of the vehicle and ran inside the home. She called the police, who arrived to see flames coming from an upstairs window.

A teenage girl who says she was raped and impregnated by a relative three years ago also was beaten by four other family members to induce an abortion, Dallas police said Wednesday.
Four relatives were arrested Tuesday on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity and a fifth was arrested on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, police said.
Deputy Chief Gil Garza said more charges are possible as the investigation continues.

CPS spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said six other children at the home — a 15-year-old brother, 14-year-old sister and four children belonging to a beating suspect — were taken into custody Tuesday. The Associated Press does not identify victims of sexual assault and in order to protect the victim's identity, has also not identified the family members charged.
According to an affidavit, the girl, who was 14 at the time of the alleged assault in August 2012, didn't come forward until May 22, when another woman who said she was a witness to part of the assault took her to a police station.
The affidavit says family members discovered the girl was pregnant sometime between the months of January and March 2013. At about eight months pregnant, she was given multiple doses of birth control pills, emergency conception pills and cinnamon tablets by one of the suspects in an attempt to abort the baby. The girl told police that because that didn't work, the suspects beat her for six hours and she ended up giving birth to a stillborn child.
