Street Violence in Paris After Soccer Matches. Woman Tourist Beaten By Mob

Drunken English fans were also captured hurling bottles at police and other fans during the violent clashes in the Old Port district of Marseille earlier this month.

[From article]
A young woman screamed helplessly as she was set upon by a violent gang in the centre of tourist Paris today.
She was repeatedly punched and kicked in the head and upper body as around 15 mainly men surrounded her, knocking her to the ground.
The terrifying attack, which was captured on video, took place within sight of Notre Dame Cathedral, and less than half-a-mile from the Louvre museum.
Police were nowhere to be seen, as the savagery continued until the early hours of this morning, with others reporting muggings and gratuitous assaults.
Another video obtained by Mail Online shows a man who was knocked unconscious by another gang staggering away from the scene of the crime with a head wound.[. . .]
‘Gangs of youths had the freedom of the streets to attack and steal from anyone they wanted. Paris is no longer a safe tourist city – it’s like a warzone.’
It all took place during the 35th annual ‘Fete de la Musique’ (Music Party), an event that is meant to be celebration of the arts, with hundreds of thousands taking to the street.
Anne Hidalgo, the Socialist mayor of Paris, and President Francois Hollande are among those who regularly show off the event as a ‘celebration of Paris life’.
Manuel Valls, the Prime Minister, even said this year’s Party was ‘the best response to terrorism’, arguing that people should go out and enjoy themselves, in defiance of threats of violence.
But the attack on the woman – who has not been identified – paints a very different picture.
She was with a group of friends who attended a rap gig on a street close to Rue de Rivoli, the equivalent of London’s Oxford Street in Paris.

A gang of Marseille youths launched an unprovoked attack on England supporters earlier this month. A chair was thrown through the air as violence overshadow England's opening match of the Euro 2016 tournament.

A crowd of some 1,000 people congregated outside a Caribbean restaurant, where giant speakers and a small stage were set up.
But trouble started almost immediately, when a man was set upon by a gang early in the evening, and knocked unconscious.
Video shows him being helped up by other members of the crowd, before he staggers away with a head wound.
The ugly atmosphere grew, as revelers openly smoked cannabis, and drank bottles of beer from nearby supermarkets.
There is a police station close next to Les Halles shopping centre, next door to where the attacks happened, but not a single officer appeared to deal with the trouble.[. . .]
Police at the Les Halles station today said they ‘knew absolutely nothing’ about the gang attack, and urged ‘witnesses to come forward’.
The mob violence is particularly embarrassing for Mr Hollande and Ms Hidalgo, who have pledged to make Paris a safe city again, following the attack by Islamic State suicide bombers brandishing Kalashnikovs.
Many of their attacks took place in exactly the same kind of streets as where the violence happened last night and this morning.

Mob Rule Ascending In The United States

[From article]
But the flag should remain -- especially right now.
This is precisely the opposite of the fashionable view, of course. It holds that especially right now, in this time of pain, sorrow and efforts at reconciliation (by some), it’s an ideal time to dispense with the flag. I say otherwise, but not mainly because the flag is viewed by millions as a symbol of Southern heritage, of state’s rights or of defiance against an increasingly despotic federal government. The real reason is simple. Is removing the flag really a good idea?
If so, it’ll also be a good idea a year from now.
What currently exists is an emotionally charged environment, and, as a rule, that’s the worst possible time to make decisions. A fit of emotion caused the ancient Athenians to condemn philosopher Socrates and force him to drink the hemlock; they regretted the decision almost immediately afterwards and erected a statue in his honor. But that’s the way of the mob — it’s an emotional entity whose feelings change with the wind
[. . .]
“conservatives” side with Barack Obama, who said that the flag “belongs in a museum.” This is hardly convincing from a man who also apparently believes the American Constitution belongs in a museum.
It’s not that the mob is always wrong, mind you. It’s that, governed not by reason but emotion, its verdicts are hit-or-miss propositions. This is why we eschew mob justice in our legal system and have trials commencing well after a crime’s commission;
[. . .]
What’s wrought by lying and convincing blacks they’re under assault (when most interracial crime is black-on-white)?
[. . .]
Roof himself, I’d be willing to bet, was raised by liberals. How do I know? It’s simple profiling: traditionalists don’t generally give their kids non-traditional names, such as “Dylann” (was there a two-for-one deal on n’s that day?) or “Storm,” Roof’s middle name. They’re also not going to be a pot-bellied 52-year-old man with multiple tattoos and nipple rings, like Roof’s father. The clincher is that we haven’t heard a peep about the Roof family’s political leanings, even though you can bet the media have investigated. You can also bet that if the Roofs were conservatives, we would have heard about it -- ad nauseam.

Mob Rule and The Minimum Wage

[From article]
There is nothing democratic about mob rule. It means that some people's votes are to be overruled by other people's disruptions, harassments and threats.
The latest examples are the mobs in the streets in cities across the country, demanding that employers pay a minimum wage of $15 an hour, or else that the government makes them do so by law. Some of the more gullible observers think the issue is whether what some people are making now is "a living wage." This misconstrues the whole point of hiring someone to do work. Those who are being hired are paid for the value of the work they do.
[. . .]
In 1948, the year I left home, the unemployment rate among black 16-year-olds and 17-year-olds was 9.4 percent, slightly lower than that for white kids the same ages, which was 10.2 percent.
Over the decades since then, we have gotten used to unemployment rates among black teenagers being over 30 percent, 40 percent or in some years even 50 percent. Such is the price of political "compassion."
Whatever the good intentions behind minimum wage laws, what matters are the actual consequences. Many people have ideological, financial or political incentives to obfuscate the consequences.[. . .]
Minimum wage rates that are higher than what most low-skilled and inexperienced workers are worth simply price those workers out of the job markets, leaving more work for union members. All the unions have to do is camouflage what is happening by using rhetoric about "a living wage," or "social justice" or whatever else will impress the gullible.

Blacks Online Call for Killing George Zimmerman

Shall we celebrate the racial animosity stirred up by Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Eric Holder and Obama? Or are White people deserving of racial hatred by government, media and religious officials? Obama will do anything to enrage his base. Multiple attacks by black gangs on white individuals is an increasing pattern of violence. Local black police thugs at Harvard University already threatened me just for posting these stories on my blog. Shows you how open minded the limousine liberals are in Cambridge MA, a one party corrupt town run by criminals. Add to that denial by Harvard Cambridge and Massachusetts officials that black people can be racists makes it a location ripe for racial violence. Of course when it is government or Harvard official thugs who commit crimes, it is not recorded and never prosecuted. That explains the low crime rate in official statistics.

Coulter On Democratic Mob Mentality

[From article]
"In addition to libeling innocent men in the Tawana Brawley hoax, ginning up angry mobs outside the Central Park jogger's rapists' trial, whipping up mobs after a car accident in Brooklyn's Crown Heights neighborhood killed a black child and a rabbinical student was stabbed to death, Sharpton famously incited an anti-Semitic pogrom against a Jewish-owned clothing store in Harlem, saying, "We will not stand by and allow them to move this brother so that some white interloper can expand his business."
Someone who was listening to Sharpton later decided to storm the store and start shooting, wounding several employees, and setting a fire that killed seven people.
[. . .]
he became famous, ran for president as a Democrat and Al Gore kissed his ring, after these events.
In January of this year, Sharpton was repeatedly rolled out as the expert commentator on civil discourse -- on NBC's "Meet the Press," NPR, CNN and MSNBC. As MSNBC's Ed Schultz said in introducing him, "Al Sharpton is on a crusade against hate speech on talk radio."

Internet Dehumanizes

"The Internet favors the mob over the individual, and group efforts like Wikipedia are prized, even as they peel away personality and perspective. Uncredited bits of information — article excerpts, photos, video, etc. — are stripped of their humanity by being stripped of their context.
[. . .]
The result of all this, says Lanier, is that “when you ask people not to be people, they revert to bad, mob-like behaviors,” noting how vicious anonymous commenters even have driven some to suicide."

Homosexuals Promote Mob Rule

Glad to see that the homosexual lobby is focused on the country’s best interest. While the financial system crumbles, the homosexual lobby focuses laser-like on same sex marriage and fights the will of the people in three states. The efforts to thwart voters by exploiting sympathetic courts and judges shows how devoted they are to the constitutional process and the public good.
When McCain-Palin supporters take to the streets to demonstrate around Harvard University, Barbara Streisand’s home and Bill Ayers’ home, will the homosexual lobby support that mob as well? If mob rule is preferred let all interest groups protest the outcome of voting. States can save millions by eliminating the ballot box, which always gets it wrong when homosexuals are involved.
