Labor Day Lawyers and Landlords September 7, 2015

Labor Day 2015 arrived with no expectations from me that it would be any different than any other day of the year. I was right. Except it was worse. For the past 45 years various crime families, police agencies, FBI informants, Communists and assorted psychopaths, including but not limited to Harvard University campus police, and building superintendents, took turns conducting a brutal relentless campaign of harassment, insults, provocations, druggings (poisoning under state felony statute), ridicule, humiliation and character assassination. During the past 20 years much of it took place on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College.

My hundreds, if not thousands of complaints to police, the FBI, the District Attorney, the Attorney General, the US Attorney, Harvard University administrators, and numerous human services agencies were ignored. All the previous Labor Days were the same. One of the many psychopaths who currently harass me is a black homosexual police employee and a Boston FBI informant. What makes Boston FBI informants special is that office is notorious for employing murderers, drug dealers, rapists, and child molesters as informants. One was the crime boss of Massachusetts. The crime boss's brother was President of the Massachusetts State Senate, and later president of the University of Massachusetts. He retired with a state pension of almost $200,000 per year. Many state employees try to imitate this retiree.

The black homosexual police employee and FBI informant was a landlord of mine for a few weeks. When I saw him talking with the crime boss of Massachusetts I immediately moved out. I learned later that the landlord was working for not only the police and the FBI but also for a gang of lawyers who are behind the many years of harassment I experienced. Who is better situated than lawyers to hire police, FBI informants, psychiatrists, police informants and assorted court employees to thwart my efforts to obtain relief from the harassment. Most lawyers are high ranking members of the Favor Bank.

Every few weeks, maybe once a month the black homosexual police and FBI employee would appear where I lived and make threats "You can't talk." Originally I wondered why. Then I realized it was he who couldn't talk. He was a police employee abusing his power in state and US government on behalf of criminals. If I talked he would be in trouble. But I often mentioned him on my blog, and no one ever tried to stop his infrequent visits. Well he appeared on Labor Day 2015 and again made his usual threats. That indicates he is still worried.

The only Boston FBI agent, John Connolly, who was held accountable for his role as handler of the crime boss, was convicted of murder in a Florida state court. One other agent died awaiting trial for his role in a homicide. No other Boston agents were ever penalized for their gross intentional negligence and malfeasance. There is no will in the US government to clean up the FB I and the Department of Justice.

That supports my belief that just because the crime boss was jailed and three of his close advisors also went to jail, did not mean the crime family evaporated. In fact the first time I mentioned it in my blog, a few of them came by and gave me awful looks. It appears that they do have many people convinced that the organization disappeared when the boss went to jail. That is nonsense.

That was my special Labor Day 2015 treat. Being harassed by a repeating visitor making threats. As I continued being a target of 45 years of criminal abuses, thousands of refugees are swarming into European nations from the Middle East, and into the United States from Mexico, China and other countries. It is unknown how many of them are terrorists, or criminals masquerading as victims. It shows how misguided the government priorities of the United States is. They permit 45 years of abuse of a law abiding citizen and ignore violent crimes by illegal immigrants into the country. Can it get any more depraved than this? I guess it can. Let's watch.

And so it does. A charming and delightful young woman Harvard University campus police employee joined the abuse team the day after Labor Day. She joined some black police employees who ridicule and humiliate me because they say, “He’s crazy.” For them being crazy entitles harassing, provoking, insulting a person because, well because he’s vulnerable and who listens to people with legal disabilities anyway. Huh? And further only black people are victims and need the respect and love of everyone else.

Don't know enough about this young lady. But my reaction is that she may have felt humiliated by this young man. Maybe he did consider her a hillbilly, and beneath him. It may be the same class difference (real or imagined) as between Travis Alexander and Jodi Arias. Many people have poor or low self esteem. The testimony in the Arias trial showed that she was devoted to Travis and wanted to marry him. He seemed to be treating her as his sex slave which she was willing to be. She just wanted to marry the guy. When  he expressed his disdain for her, she lost it and killed him. 

That is not to say she was justified in killing him. Nor was Jayna in this murder either. Just that it may explain why it happened, and that there is no method for bringing that into the trial. Classism is seldom discussed or mentioned when it comes to bias and discrimination. If these men had expressed their dislike for the women for being black or lesbians they might have been able to use that bias, hate speech, as justification for murder. "He insulted me. He called me a N-word." "He called me a hillbilly." and "He called me a cripple." do not work as easily.

The night that Ryan Poston was shot dead by his on-again, off-again girlfriend he was supposed to meet a former Miss Ohio 2012 beauty queen for a date, an Ohio court heard on Thursday.
Audrey Bolte, who also finished runner-up in Miss USA, told prosecutors she was looking forward to seeing Poston, 29, at a bar to play pool and drink on October 12, 2012, but he failed to arrive.
That was because Shayna Hubers had shot him six times at home - during which she allegedly 'cackled' with glee claimed a cellmate of the accused, who claims the 24-year-old confessed to her while behind bars.

Prosecutors allege that Hubers shot Poston because she was furious he was trying to break up with her.
Hubers, who was 21 at the time, denies murdering her lawyer boyfriend and claims she shot him in self-defense.
Her trial began on Monday and during that time, Hubers has been held at the Campbell County jail in Newport.
Her romer cellmate testified to the court that Hubers joked about the shooting and said she was going to get off all charges.
'Did she ever laugh?' Commonwealth's Attorney Michelle Snodgrass asked Cecily Miller according to Cincinnati.com.
'Oh, yes.'
'About what?'
'About shooting him in the face and giving him the nose job he always wanted,' said Miller. 'That's what bothered me – she cackled.'

Also on the stand was Vernon West, who lived in the condo below Poston with his wife Doris.
They testified they returned home at around 8.30pm and heard a woman crying on a balcony above.
West said that she returned inside the home at around 8.50pm and then he heard two pops that at first he thought were fireworks and then four more and then a thud.
'The first two shots, I thought might have been fireworks,' Vernon West testified according to Cincinnati.com.
'But a few seconds later, I heard four shots, and I knew that wasn't fireworks.'
Vernon West also said that they did not hear a physical fight or arguing before the shots.
Hubers, who was 21 at the time, claimed she was acting in self-defense because the young attorney was shoving and hitting her, but during an interview with police she was quoted as telling a detective she gave Posten 'the nose job he wanted.'
On the first day of testimony Tuesday, jurors were shown a video of the defendant's interview with police following the slaying.
'He was screaming at me at the top of his lungs after he had thrown me around the room,' the woman told a detective sitting across from her, reported Cincinnati.com.
'I shot him enough times to kill him,' she said, 'so that he wouldn't suffer... He was laying there, twitching and making noises, and I shot him in the head.
'I was watching him die. it was painful to watch him die and to know that I had done that,' reported WCPO.
Hubers then described her late boyfriend of one year as 'vain' about his looks.
'I shot him right here,' she said in the video as she pointed to her nose. 'I gave him his nose job he wanted.'

'He said, 'You're just a hillbilly from Kentucky.' And I am. I guess the hillbilly came out in me, and I took up for myself,' she told police in the recording played in court.

Hubers graduated from Lexington's Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in 2009.
In the fall of 2010, she made the Dean's List at the University of Kentucky as a sophomore psychology major. Zevely said she is close with her parents, and her mother spent the day with her in Northern Kentucky prior to the shooting.

A senior Obama administration official recently described the Israeli prime minister as “chickenshit,” according to Jeffrey Goldberg of The Atlantic.

The list also includes descriptions such as "recalcitrant, myopic, reactionary, obtuse, blustering, pompous, and 'Aspergery,' " according to Goldberg.

“The good thing about Netanyahu is that he’s scared to launch wars,” the official told Netanyahu, explaining the meaning behind calling the leader of an ally a “chickenshit.”

Control Freaks Run Government, Take Lessons From Psychiatrists

Here is unsolicited testimony from award winning syndicated writer, author, and corruption fighter Michelle Malkin. For several years I explain to anyone who asks that a range of organizations including but not limited to police, FBI informants, and associates of crime families harass me with the objective of controlling me. They are assisted by psychologists and psychiatrists, professional control freaks. They try to have me arrested using women as bait and other nefarious means. They provoke me disturbing my sleep every one or two hours, and cause my computer to crash every one or two minutes. They insult, ridicule, and humiliate me. Digboston, formerly called Weekly Dig, is a weekly print and online newspaper in Boston. The writers and editors are mostly young, idealistic and extremist leftist in nature. Often appearing are simplistic and factually wrong opinions about how the real world works. They have entertaining regular features which are often personal in nature. In the May 7-14, 2014 edition, the "Oh Cruel World" (unknown if this is written as a real experience or a fantasy. Unable to find a link. These are solicited as anonymous gripes.) feature [page 3], was addressed to "Dear White People." [There is a new film by the same name.] The anonymous writer gives permission to "white people" "to use the words 'black,' 'Asian,' and 'Latino' when describing people." We are grateful.

He laments having to ask callers to his restaurant, who "ask about something they might have left behind, [. . .] to distinguish [their server] along racial lines." He adds "you people need to grow the f**k up and get comfortable around new words. And when I say 'you people,' I mean white folks."

Isn't that gracious of this morally superior person who does not identify himself or herself along any "racial lines." Is it possible that he is not white? Gasp! So let's understand what "white folks" are supposed to do. If "white folks" express themselves freely identifying others as members of groups "along racial lines" as Mr. Donald Sterling, owner of the Los Angeles Clippers did, look what happened to him? He is over 80 years old. Was that an example of bullying an elder citizen? Is it elder abuse? Multi millionaire thug athletes and celebrities attack this elder citizen who paid scores of black men multi millions per year then call him a racist. And Digboston publishes ridicule of people who do not identify others as members of ethnic groups? Is "white" a race? Is "Latino" a race?

The police commissioner in a New Hampshire town, was forced to resign because he expressed a reference to the President "along racial lines." Is that approved by this columnist? Did someone did not get his memo?

Or the thousands of others who expressed their identifications of others "along racial lines." They were brutally and relentlessly attacked for what they said. Even though it is and was protected speech. The speech and thought police destroyed thousands of lives due to their superior knowledge of what is recommended acceptable speech. Cannot determine who shows less touch with reality. The writer of this column? Or the many FBI informants e.g., Al Sharpton, who attack "white people" on behalf of the FBI.

Ridiculing and humiliating "white people" for not expressing hate speech, for not identifying individuals as members of groups, wastes precious ink and paper for the sadistic enjoyment of a sacred victim, who enjoys immunity for expressing his racial animosity. He shows a lack of respect for "white people," who do not want to be attacked by black racists, the homosexual lobby, and man-hating feminists. In short he indicates a total lack of sensitivity toward people unlike himself.

This man spent 20 years in US prisons for selling drugs. Now senior citizens celebrate his present life teaching exercise. He is not unique as a former drug dealer who is now a celebrity. But after not selling drugs and not spending time in prisons local police, crime families, Harvard University campus cops and Communists take turns for 40 years harassing me, threatening me, humiliating me, ridiculing me and broadcasting character assassination. They were caught by two Boston police officers working a paid detail nearby as their victim was getting on a  bus. Local Criminal Harassment

One day after posting this observation about criminal abuses by two local politicians, a charming and delightful local psychiatrist conducted an evaluation pretending to be an immigrant from the Middle East. It is how liberal politicians in Cambridge operate. If a citizen dares to criticize the spineless morally flexible politicians and their misguided policies they declare the citizen mentally ill. After enough repetitive accusations the local omniscient and morally superior class of psychiatrists take action to evaluate the person with oppositional disorder, those who cannot accept obedience to authority. See e.g., Stanley Milgram's book,  Obedience to Authority. Conducting an evaluation without consent is a violation of state and US laws. But psychiatrists like the liberal criminal politicians in Cambridge have no obligation to comply with laws. Psychiatrists seldom know or care about laws that regulate their dangerous behavior. They are never held accountable for the violence inducing drugs they force others to take which cause violence and mass murder. They are able with the vigorous assistance of journalists to blame the victim of their abuses. If the drugs don't do the job, making their target violent,  the psychiatrists begin harassment and provocations in order to accomplish their goal, inciting violence. See how irrational this person acts. He thinks we are harassing him and provoking him. They do not mention, ridicule, humiliation, threats and insults. They ignore the state Civil Rights statute which makes it a felony to intimidate a person in the free exercise of a Constitutionally protected right. Criticizing politicians is a guaranteed Right. Using psychiatry to intimidate the citizen is a felony. But the law is enforced by criminal associates of the same criminal politicians. It is how they run government in Cambridge, Massachusetts, host city of Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University. Two thugs employed by city politicians joined the newest delightful Harvard University campus police employee woman who coordinates the daily harassment and sleep deprivation at my premises. One tried to caused me to have a heart attack as threatened earlier in the new year. Attempted murder? No problem. Don't worry about it. All taken care of. If you are elected, you are protected. District Attorney is just too busy evaluating the government critics. 

Day after posting my report titled "Continuing Character Assassination" January 13, 2013, there was a change of command of the criminals who conduct the daily harassment at my premises, owned and operated by the Presdient and Fellows of Harvard College. Harvard's policy is to allow criminals easy access to their targets especially those tenants who do not obey Harvard administrators and those who dare to criticize Holy Harvard policies. It shows how dynamic criminals are, easily adapting to new conditions more rapidly than any government agency could ever do. 

New years bring new beginnings to people. But not for me. For the first two weeks of January 2013, including three days in New York City a group of black homosexual members of the Kennedy Cult were the primary assailants, conducting a brutal campaign of sleep deprivation, even at a New York Hilton Hotel. Some might think they were led by Cambridge City Councilor Ken Reeves, a prominent  black homosexual government official. He's the longest serving City Councilor with a degree from Harvard College and a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He is from Detroit, Michigan. Any one who knows Councilor Reeves knows he is gentle, sensitive, empathetic, sympathetic, morally responsible, public spirited and altruistic. Reeves could never target a vulnerable person for harassment. I admire Mr. Reeves. He is just not that kind of person.

For many years Councilor Reeves reportedly participated in a campaign to ridicule me and to humiliate me using psychiatry and persons with disabilities. During the five years I volunteered at the local cable TV station Reeves supporters conducted the worst of the harassment for all five years. When I spoke at City Council meetings when Reeves ran the meetings he would interrupt me and try to stop my expression. He is an unequal opportunity abuser of rights of citizens. He only abuses those he does not like. It is not believable that this elected official would be a part of a campaign to conduct character assassination of a person who he perceives as disabled. Mr. Reeves would never do anything hateful to a vulnerable human. He is a victim living off the taxpayer teat since 1990. 

The Councilor is a vigorous supporter of the interests of senior citizens and takes personal credit for having the city wide senior center built. He speaks for rich and poor homosexuals, for rich and poor black people. He speaks for rich and, well, for Harvard University, his alma mater too. Councilor Reeves hit the jackpot at Harvard. He now lives in a mansion which is worth more than $1 million. He does not speak for rich or poor heterosexual white men. 

His supporters made regular threats to kill, to arrest and to put me in hospitals. They are charming kindly and considerate abusers of power in the land of optional laws. In a different state law abiding citizens would not be abused by local thugs and police employees. Criminals would be held accountable for their abuses of power, preying on vulnerable citizens. But in Cambridge MA black homosexuals are allowed to live above and beyond laws. 

While he served as City Councilor and as State Senator, local lawyer (Providence College and Suffolk Law School) Anthony Galluccio shares the sensitivities of Councilor Reeves. Galluccio would never target for ridicule and for humiliation a person he considered disabled. Neither Reeves nor Galluccio would use their power to denigrate a vulnerable citizen. Like Reeves, Galluccio apparently believes the FBI lies about me that "He's a retired drug dealer." Still I admire Mr. Galluccio.

On January 13 as I observed the change of harassment command, the new psychopaths uttered the same threats as the previous group of black homosexuals: "You will be hit." using crime family jargon as they disturbed my sleep. Even though Galluccio might see me as a disabled person who used to sell drugs, he would never humiliate me or ridicule me for that. He is too considerate. One thing I learned over many years of being harassed by useful idiots who acted on governmenet lies, it is impossible to change a mind. It is easier to open a rock than a mind. There is no way that either Reeves or Galluccio as members of the Kennedy Cult would believe anything other than what their leaders tell them to believe. 

The Kennedy Cult remains in charge of daily criminal harassment at my home with the approval of The President and Fellows of Harvard College. They are only the latest in a series of political and business organizations, and police agencies who took turns criminally harassing me and denying to me the basic rights of an American citizen. Each day the primary, on site assailants, violate at least four felony state statutes, at least one US felony and perhaps some misdemeanors. But it is an Optional Law Area, Harvard University property in Massachusetts, where inconvenient laws can be ignored. As an Attorney General once said, "In Massachusetts technically it is not illegal to be illegal."

That is obviously true from my experience. This is the political organization that adopted me in 1968, then allowed seven crime families to take turns retaliating after they used me to fight organized crime and did not pay me. Now the adoptive family leads the criminal abuse. 

The woman I dated for three months when I was in law school turned out to be a lesbian. She was employed by the former Soviet Union and now works for the Kennedy Cult supporting Obama. She is married to a black homosexual employed by the FBI. They claim to be my friends and tell everyone I meet and knew, "He's a retired drug dealer." They likely broadcast more details, but I am unaware of what else they say.

Who needs enemies when I had a biracial couple to defend me when the FBI stirred up racial animosity? They were there to say "We're his friends." It is a pattern developed by the founder of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover. He was described as the arsonist and the fireman. He would create problems to force the victims to seek help from the FBI. It is a way to get control of a person who the FBI needs to control. 

Alas, on January 14, 2013 the charming and always delightful young lady protected by the Harvard University campus cops returned to her adjacent apartment to resume her mission harassing me, stalking me. Before she left she informed me about her relationship with me saying "I own you." Her first announcement this time is "You'll never see them again." without explaining who "them" is. This one is reportedly employed by the Southern crime family based in Atlanta. The profile they broadcast includes: "He is homeless, mentally ill, and a high school dropout." It is hard to keep the players straight without a program. I am in negotiations with the  company which publishes the basketball programs for the Brooklyn Nets.

with unknown men, to young women in their homes without compensation. No one was watching this delightful young man while he performed his services. No police, no crime families, no Communists, no FBI informants, no campus cops. Alas across the river in tolerant Cambridge MA host city of Harvard  University and MIT, local police, campus cops, Communists, crime families and assorted police and FBI informants take turns harassing, conducting 24/7 surveillance, insulting, provoking, threatening, humiliating and ridiculing a 70-year-old white male that they say has a severe disability. It is what some would call superior priorities conducted by those high minded academics at Harvard University and the equality driven city government in Cambridge. Oh, you say, there is no equal protection of the laws? Disappointing isn't it? It indicates that there is a cognitive disconnect between those who are paid to provide public safety and the taxpayers who pay for it. Taxpayers are not getting what they pay and pay for. They are getting robbed. Too many taxpayer funded police agencies are focused on harassing vulnerable citizens (because they can), keeping them from enjoying the guaranteed rights and privileges, as the criminals who run the government do.
