Government, Media Silence Dissent and Criticism

[From article]
in a recent explosive exchange between Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, and FBI head Robert Mueller. Gohmert asked Mueller if the FBI had monitored the terror mosque in Boston that had been attended by Boston Marathon jihad bombers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Gohmert wanted to know if the terror mosque where the jihad bombers received spiritual guidance had been monitored after warnings that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a dangerous jihadist came from not one but two foreign governments. Mueller’s answer was no, the mosque hadn’t been monitored, but FBI agents had engaged in outreach there – which to me was the money quote of the entire session, proving yet again that Muslim outreach is a deceptive distraction to advance taqiyya and disarm law enforcement and the body politic. Outreach equals submission.

It’s out of control. One can only liken it to the driverless stagecoach traveling at warp speed toward the edge of the cliff, while the passengers are drinking tea in the back, oblivious to everything. That is America.

FBI Show Business As Usual; Corruption Reigns

The two articles (Harvey Silverglate, "Whitey Bulger and the Feds," page 10, and David Boeri, "Hollow Justice," Page 11, Boston Phoenix, October 5, 2011) explain that John Durham, the special prosecutor brought in to "clean up" the Boston FBI cesspool, was a company man and did his job of convicting one man. Silverglate raises the obvious question about the dedication of the current US Attorney to convict Bulger. Boeri questions the usual lack of diligence of the FBI director to clean house.

It is nonsense and irrational to think (1) that only one FBI agent was able to corrupt local and state police officers and many politicians who remain silent to this day; and (2) that Bulger and Flemmi ran the rackets in Boston alone. Hundreds of associates remain active operating the same dirty businesses that Bulger and the FBI ran and protected. Clueless taxpayers are mislead by politicians, police and journalists who promote a fantasy reality.

Without bright lights on all the government mechanisms in MA, criminals will continue to control the state. Institutional wholesale theft, abuses of the criminal justice system and homicides will go unpunished. Only defense attorney Anthony Cardinale who made the original motion before Judge Wolf recognized and exposed the abuses of the FBI informant program. Cardinale says the upper echelon informant program was shut down.

But the same criminal abuses continue among the Witness Security program. Criminals with changed names and protected by the FBI and the US Marshals run criminal enterprises with no accountability. FBI agents and their criminal witnesses target vulnerable civilians. The focus of Bulger and the Boston FBI was to eliminate Italian crime families to allow Bulger and his Irish acolytes to control the Boston rackets.

The upper levels of the FBI and the Dept. of Justice are no less corrupt. How many US Attorneys in the 1980s are now judges and high level FBI supervisors in DC? The cesspool will never be cleaned up without a citizen commission with subpoena power. Why is Harvard Law School, The Harvard School of Government and the other four law schools in Boston and the other government schools silent about this abomination of thorough government pollution?

Ken Burns says Fiorello LaGuardia knew it would take 250,000 officers to police the 250,000 officers needed to stop illegal alcohol in New York City. According to the same PBS feature, Boston had hardly any crime during Prohibition. There was no mention of the major Boston bootlegger, Joseph P. Kennedy father of the President and US senators. Hello? Anybody home?

Protesters Disrupt FBI Speech

Protesters Disrupt FBI Speech

FBI Director Mueller said. "We [strike a balance between safety and
informing the public] with substantial input and oversight from Congress,
privacy groups, and the ACLU. We should not be protected from scrutiny. (MALCOM
A. GLENN, "Protesters Disrupt Mueller's IOP Speech," Harvard Crimson, April 27,
2007)
How does the FBI explain the silence from elected officials regarding the
murder frame-up of four men in Mass, the 32 murders by FBI informants in New
York and 19 in Boston?
If the FBI works with the ACLU, and the police work with the ACLU what does
that say about the independence of the ACLU? If state and US legislatures, local
officials and journalists refuse to criticize the FBI about their serious
abuses, what good do congenial disagreements with their policies do to maintain
any
freedoms?
Under what system of constitutional law enforcement does the FBI provoke
and harass suspects? Why are there no state protections from FBI abuses?

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director Robert S. Mueller was interrupted
by protestors last night, during a speech at the Institute of Politics John F.
Kennedy Jr. Forum.

Mueller, who was set to speak before a full crowd managed by tight security
detail, had just begun his prepared remarks when the first protestor interrupted
with screams from the second floor.
