NJ Gentleman, With 23 License Suspensions, Drives at 74 mph, Killing Two Teens

No one was watching or harassing this gentleman, keeping him free to take time from his busy schedule to drive with out a license killing two teenagers. While police, and FBI employees in Cambridge, MA on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, conduct a brutal 24/7 surveillance and harassment campaign, insulting, ridiculing, humiliating, provoking a 70-year-old white male who complains about being harassed for no reason. Are these targets and priorities generated by computer models?

Eric Patterson, 23, of Jersey City had tallied a long list of motor vehicle violations and had racked up 23 license suspensions. He had last driven legally in September 2014. Law enforcement officials on Monday said he may have been traveling at 74 mph on the 25-mph roadway just before the deadly crash occurred.
Noel Herrera of Cliffside Park and his best friend, Bryan Rodriguez of Union City, both 17, were killed Saturday night when they were hit by the silver 2004 Infiniti G35 that Patterson was driving, Hudson County Sheriff Frank X. Schillari said. The car, traveling north “at a high rate of speed,”

Patterson’s license has been suspended since 2014, according to his driving record, provided by the state Motor Vehicle Commission.
His record lists 14 violations, including one for speeding, two for careless driving and one for either the driver or passenger drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. He has 23 suspensions, among them two for operating a vehicle during a suspension and one driving without insurance. His most recent violation was in February 2015, for failing to have a license, registration or insurance, said Mairin Bellack, the director of communications for the Motor Vehicle Commission.

The speed camera crackdown in school zones has snared 200 city-owned vehicles — and the employees caught driving them will have to pony up the $50 fines themselves, a new analysis revealed Tuesday.
The number – based on data from mid-January to the end of May – is a fraction of the 41,000 tickets issued during that period, WNYC reported.
And only five of the authorized 140 cameras were operating at that time.
Another 15 were turned on in June, when 48,517 tickets were issued, and the remaining 120 cameras are expected to be operating by the end of 2014.

New Jersey State Police Ticketing:
Here’s the latest NJ State Police Initiative (Radio Station NJ 101.5 confirmed this info).

Starting July 28, New Jersey will launch a 30-day speeding ticket frenzy.
The state estimates that 9 million dollars will generated in speeding tickets.
One million dollars will go to pay state troopers over-time.

The will be 50 state troopers on duty at all times patrolling the 9 main intersections and highways as follows:

I-295 North and South,
I-95 Jersey Turnpike North and South,
I-80 East and West,
I-287 North and South,
I-78 East and West,
I-195 East and West,
I-280 East and West,
Route 130 – North and South,
Garden State Parkway – North and South.

5 MPH above the limit can justify a ticket and every state trooper is supposed to pull a car over and write a ticket every to 20 minutes.

They have issued 30 brand new unmarked Crown Victoria cruisers and are bringing in all of their part-timers on full time you work in NJ, NY, DE or CT, you will probably be on one of this highways.
So, please be on guard and drive safely!

Starting August 15, the price of a violation to show your driver’s license, registration or insurance card at the time you are stopped, increased from $44.00 to $173.00 (Keep these documents in your car). And the fine for not having all three documents is $519.00!

The fine for hand-held cell phone use while driving will be going up to $180.00.
