State Department Releases Documents Signed By Hillary Clinton's Aides About Classified National Security Emails

Former state employee Brian Pagliano also asserted his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination before the House Benghazi committee.

[From article]
Senior Hillary Clinton aide Jake Sullivan and former tech support staffer Brian Pagliano each signed agreements with the government pledging not to disclose classified information, according to government documents released Thursday by Republicans.
Both men signed the nondisclosure statements swearing to protect 'marked or unmarked classified information, including email communications,' according to documents released by the Republican National Committee.
The document each of them signed is called a form 312, which requires federal employees to swear, under potential criminal penalty, that they won't mishandle classified information.
Sullivan is a senior campaign advisor who served as Clinton's direct (sic) of policy planning at State, and who sent more than 200 emails that weren't marked classified at the time but were later found to be classified following an agency review.
That review occurred after revelations Clinton maintained her own home email server rather than conducting business on a State.gov account.
The matter is currently under investigation by the FBI.
Pagliano was an IT staffer for Clinton's 2008 campaign, and helped to set up her server at her home in Chappaqua, New York.

Jake Sullivan, a top foreign policy advisor to Clinton at her campaign, left, with Hillary Clinton

Pagliano invoked his 5th Amendment right not to testify in a lawsuit by Judicial Watch related to the email scandal.
"Mr. Pagliano will invoke his right under the Fifth Amendment and decline to testify at the deposition" scheduled for June 6, attorneys Mark MacDougall and Connor Mullin wrote in a court filing.
The documents state that the signers have received 'security indoctrination' about proper handling of classified information.
Spreading such information could cause 'damager or irreparable injury' to the U.S. government, according to the language included in the document.
Pagliano is also seeking to prohibit an 'audiovisual recording' of his deposition, citing constitutional arguments and the risk of 'absue.'
Clinton's longtime aide Cheryl Mills recently gave a deposition and was able to prevent release of a video recording, although a transcript was released.
The RNC got the documents through a FOIA request from the State Department. They released them hours before Clinton delivered a slashing foreign policy address in San Diego where she ripped Donald Trump as 'dangerously incoherent' and said he was unequipped to be near the nation's nuclear codes.
'These documents show that the conspiracy to conceal Hillary Clinton's emails from the public involved many top aides casting aside their sworn obligations to protect classified information in the interest of her political ambition,' said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus.
'Hillary Clinton endangered our national security and created a culture where top staffers went rogue, silenced career officials and hid a reckless email scheme that placed her political ambitions above all else,' he added. 'These records show that like Clinton, her closest aides did not meet their responsibilities to protect classified information regardless of whether it was marked.'
The document release was just the latest instance of the email scandal intruding on Clinton's campaign schedule. Throughout the past year, the State Department has released troves of internal documents from those Clinton handed over to the agency after she left her post in 2013.

Bad sign: Republicans release signed documents from Clinton aides dragged into email scandal pledging to protect 'marked and unmarked' classified information
Campaign aide and former state official Jake Sullivan signed document pledging to protect classified info 'including email communications'
So did tech aide Brian Pagliano, whose lawyers say he plans to take the Fifth rather than answer questions in a Judicial Watch lawsuit
The papers were standard for such federal employees, but Republicans released them Thursday in what looks like a bid to undercut Hillary Clinton on the day of a major foreign policy speech where she blasted Donald Trump

Ex-FBI Agent in Boston Charged With Perjury, Obstruction

Robert Fitzpatrick, Former Special Agent of the FBI

[From article]
Federal prosecutors say an ex-FBI agent lied to burnish his image when he said he found the rifle used to kill Martin Luther King Jr. during his testimony at James “Whitey” Bulger’s trial.
Robert Fitzpatrick, who was arrested last year and charged with a dozen counts of perjury and obstruction of justice, was an FBI agent from 1965 to 1986. In filings yesterday in U.S. District Court in Boston, federal prosecutors attempted to debunk Fitzpatrick’s statement that he was the first agent on scene of the 1968 Memphis, Tenn., assassination and found the rifle.
“During his two days of sworn testimony at the Bulger trial, Fitzpatrick lied repeatedly,” the filing states.

Were there as many fibs in his book?

“Much of his false testimony related to Fitzpatrick’s role in the Bulger saga; however, he also made several false statements about his career in the FBI in order to enhance his own credibility on the key issue of Bulger’s defense — FBI corruption and government misconduct,” the filing says. “One of the ways in which Fitzpatrick attempted to enhance his credibility was by falsely claiming he found the Ray rifle and he pursued James Earl Ray at the crime scene.”
Fitzpatrick is charged with six counts of perjury and six counts of obstruction of justice for his July 2013 testimony during Bulger’s trial. The FBI said Fitzpatrick’s name does not appear on any of the documents that relate to the rifle’s discovery, or on its chain of evidence. Fitzpatrick’s lawyer, Robert. M. Goldstein, did not reply to a call or email for comment. Federal prosecutors said many of the eyewitnesses there that day are now dead.

Homosexual Who Lobbied Hard To Be Jury Forman for Vanderbilt Rape Case, Causes Mistrial Due to Failure To Reveal He Was Raped

Former Vanderbilt University football players Brandon Banks, Cory Batey, Jaborian ‘Tip’ McKenzie, and Brandon Vandenburg, are accused in the July 2013 gang rape of a female classmate.
[From article]
The judge in the Vanderbilt University rape case has declared a mistrial, tossing out the verdict for football players Brandon Vandenburg and Cory Batey, who were previously convicted on multiple counts of aggravated rape.
Judge Monte Watkins handed down the ruling Tuesday, which entitles the men to a new trial, in an eight-page written order obtained by ABC News, because the jury foreman failed to disclose that he was once the victim of statutory rape, according to the order.
[. . .]
Vandenburg and Batey were previously found guilty of four counts of aggravated rape, one count of attempted aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery. Vandenburg was also found guilty of tampering with evidence and unlawful photography after prosecutors claimed he recorded a sexual assault of a female classmate on his phone and shared it with friends.
Prosecutors said the victim, a 21-year-old former neuroscience major and dance team member at the university, was drunk and passed out during the alleged 2013 attack.

Ex-Agent In Charge of Boston FBI Office Charged With Perjury, Obstruction

After reading his book, I was suspicious of this guy. He seemed to apologize for not being able to expose the criminal conduct of the Boston  FBI.

[From article]
Fitzie was a defense witness for Whitey Bulger in 2013. And now Fitzie has been charged with lying about, well, almost everything he said under oath.
At trial, he was disemboweled by prosecutor Brian Kelly. It was the funniest couple of days of the trial. Talk about shooting fish in a barrel. To a battle of wits, Fitzie came unarmed.
One of his claims, for which he may now join Whitey in Club Fed, was that he arrested Mafia boss Jerry Angiulo.
[. . .]
By his second day of testimony, Fitzpatrick was falling back on the amnesia defense. Like Whitey’s brother Billy, to the best of his recollection he did not recall. Or as Fitzie sputtered to Kelly of his previous day’s testimony: “You’re asking me to recall something that I may not recall.”
Kelly: “Are you on medication or anything?”
Fitzpatrick: “I am on medication, yes.”
Kelly: “Does it affect your memory?”
Fitzpatrick: “I don’t believe so, but I’m on medication.”

[From article]
A former FBI agent has been charged with multiple counts of perjury in connection with his testimony in the 2013 trial of gangster and mass murderer James “Whitey” Bulger.
Robert Fitzpatrick, 75, of Rhode Island, “did corruptly endeavor to influence, obstruct, and impede the due administration of justice in that he knowingly made a false and misleading declaration ... before a federal court in the District of Massachusetts, with intent to obstruct and impede the Bulger trial,” a federal indictment alleges.
Fitzpatrick, who was led into court with his wrists handcuffed behind his back, pleaded not guilty this afternoon to six counts of perjury and six counts of obstruction of justice.
“Mr. Fitzpatrick adamantly maintains his innocence and looks forward to challenging the government’s accusations as soon as possible,” his attorney Robert Goldstein told reporters.
Fitzpatrick, a retired assistant special agent in charge of the FBI office in Boston, turned himself into U.S. Marshals this morning after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
According to the indictment, Fitzpatrick — author of “Betrayal, Whitey Bulger and the FBI Agent Who Fought To Bring Him Down” — has long “falsely held himself out as a whistleblower who tried to end the FBI’s relationship with Bulger.”
In fact, according to prosecutors, during the course of Bulger’s trial, Fitzpatrick made “false material declarations designed to aid Bulger’s defense.”
[. . .]
Fitzpatrick served in the Boston office from 1980-1986, supervising the Organized Crime Squad. From approximately 1975 through 1990, Bulger was an informant for the squad, in cahoots with FBI agent John Connolly, who is currently in prison in Florida.
Fitzgerald told jurors during his testimony he was brought to Boston in 1981 to plug intelligence leaks in the office he said were “causing a lot of investigations to go south.” He also testified he did not believe Bulger was a secret top-echelon informant for the FBI.
Bulger was indicted for racketeering and other crimes in 1995, and fled. While on the lam, he was indicted for 19 murders. He remained at large until 2011, when he was brought back to Boston for his historic trial.

Grand Jury Recommends Indicting Pennsylvania Attorney General

Attorney General Kathleen Kane recites the Pledge of Allegiance while attending the state House of Representatives' swearing-in in Harrisburg on Tuesday, January 6, 2015.

[From article]
The special prosecutor and grand jury investigating allegations that Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane leaked secret information to a newspaper have found evidence of wrongdoing and recommended that she be criminally charged, according to numerous people familiar with the decision.
The panel concluded that Kane violated grand-jury secrecy rules by leaking investigative material in a bid to embarrass political enemies, sources said.
Some of those familiar with the grand jury presentment say it recommended charges that included perjury and contempt of court.
The statewide grand jury, sitting in Norristown, has turned over its findings to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman, who must decide whether to affirm its findings and arrest Kane, the state's top law enforcement official.
[. . .]
Kane has acknowledged that she knew some material from her office was given to the newspaper, but said the material she approved for release was not grand jury information. Her allies have suggested that her staff may have erred by providing additional prohibited information without her knowledge.

Unelected Valerie Jarrett, Who Some Say Runs the White House is All Over Eric Holder's Fast and Furious Cover-up

Eric Holder at Columbia University

[From article]
Practically lost in the 1,000-plus pages of records is an index that shows Jarrett was brought in to manage the fact that Holder lied to Congress after the story about the disastrous gun-running operation broke in the media. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) ran the once-secret program that allowed guns from the U.S. to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels. Instead, federal law enforcement officers lost track of hundreds of weapons which have been used in an unknown number of crimes, including the murder of a U.S. Border Patrol agent in Arizona.
The files received by JW include three electronic mails between Holder and Jarrett and one from former U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke to Jarrett. The e-mails with Holder are all from October 4, 2011, a significant date because, on the evening of October 3rd, Sheryl Attkisson (then at CBS news) released documents showing that Holder had been sent a briefing paper on Operation Fast and Furious on June 5, 2010. The paper was from the director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, Michael Walther.
This directly contradicted Holder’s May 3, 2011 testimony to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, during which he stated that he, “probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.” The October 4, 2011 date may also be significant because it came shortly after the August 30, 2011 resignation of U.S. Attorney for Arizona Dennis Burke and reassignment of acting ATF director Kenneth Melson to the position of “senior forensics advisor” at DOJ.

Liberia To Prosecute Man Who Brought Ebola To US

[From article]
Liberian authorities say they plan to prosecute the man infected with Ebola who brought the disease to the United States, saying he lied on his airport health questionnaire.
With an Ebola crisis raging in West Africa, passengers leaving Liberia are being screened for fever and are asked if they have had contact with anyone infected.
On the questionnaire obtained by The Associated Press, Thomas Eric Duncan answered 'no' to those questions.
Neighbors say Duncan had helped a sick pregnant woman who later died of the disease. Her illness at the time was believed to be pregnancy-related.

CA Democratic State Senator Jailed for Perjury

CA Democratic State Senator Roderick Wright

[From article]
Democratic State Senator Roderick Wright was sentenced on Friday to 90 days in jail, three years of probation, and 1,500 hours of community service after being convicted on federal perjury and voting fraud charges in January. Wright is also banned for life from holding public office.
While running to represent California's 25th State Senate district in 2008, Wright lied about his residence to qualify for the ballot, according to the Desert Sun. He claimed he lived in an Inglewood apartment complex within the 25th District, but prosecutors were able to show that Wright's true residence was a Baldwin Hills home outside the district.

Banana Party King Explains His Actions In Court

[From article]
The hard-partying Hoey, 46, admitted in Manhattan federal court that he delayed getting emergency assistance for the late Kimberly Calo after she went into convulsions while sniffing his potent coke in April 2009 — as he first tried to clean up the bloody, drug-filled crime scene at his $700-a-night suite at The Kitano.
Apparently, Hoey didn’t learn his lesson. He confessed to Manhattan federal Judge Kevin Castel that he continued to fuel wild drug parties even after she died — supplying between 3.5 and 5 kilograms of coke to sex partners and other pals between 2005 and 2010.
“It was for social use — not in exchange for money” — for drug parties “mostly in Manhattan and Long Island,” the balding banana king said.

Hoey, owner of the Long Island Banana Corp., also admitted forcing the other gal involved in the three-way hotel orgy, ex-mistress Nicole Zobkiw, to lie to a grand jury about his role in the 41-year-old Calo’s death. Zobkiw was convicted for lying to a grand jury last year but has yet to be sentenced.
Hoey’s current girlfriend, Alison Bretherick, who was not involved in the drug case, was on hand to show her support — even after a Manhattan Supreme Court jury in May 2013 found him guilty of beating her bloody.

Author Of Patriot Act Says NSA Violates Law, DNI Should Be Prosecuted

[From article]
Rep. James Sensenbrenner Jr., the original author of the Patriot Act, says Director of National Intelligence James Clapper should be prosecuted for lying to Congress.
"Lying to Congress is a federal offense, and Clapper ought to be fired and prosecuted for it," the Wisconsin Republican said in an interview with The Hill.
He said the Justice Department should prosecute Clapper for giving false testimony during a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing in March.
During that hearing, Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) asked Clapper whether the National Security Agency (NSA) collects data on millions of Americans. Clapper insisted that the NSA does not — or at least does "not wittingly" — collect information on Americans in bulk.
[. . .]
Sensenbrenner claims that the NSA is overstepping the law and violating the Constitution.

Learning From John Martorano at The Bulger Trial

Massachusetts Role Models

John Martorano, served 12 years for killing 20 people. Got $20,000 from taxpayers when released from  jail. $250,000 for film rights; another $250,000 if a film is made; $80,000 from a book about him, as partners with the author Howie Carr. In Massachusetts, crime pays very well.

Cambridge native John Martorano testified at the Boston trial of James Bulger, who is charged with 19 homicides. Martorano, who admitted 20 murders for Bulger, said that Boston Special FBI Agent John Connolly, friend of US House Speaker John McCormack from Boston, was expected to write false reports about a homicide in Fort Lauderdale FL.

Massachusetts Governor Speaks No Evil, Sees No Evil and Hears No Evil

Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, Harvard College, Harvard Law School, BFF of President Barack Obama.

James Bulger, on trial for 19 homicides while working as a Boston FBI informant.

Massachusetts State Legislature Hears No Evil, Sees No Evil, and Speaks No Evil

Here's my question. Is it only John Connolly who prepared fake reports? Or only Boston FBI agents and police who did that?

John Connolly, Special Agent of The Boston FBI, convicted of homicide. Inmate in Florida state prison.

Civilians are expected to believe that when Bulger became a fugitive in 1995, all the gambling rings and drug dealers in Massachusetts disappeared. All of the police and FBI agents who took money and assisted Bulger's crime family became upstanding and honest law enforcement officers, and all is well in the Bay State. Ah-hem!

Steve Flemmi, partner of James Bulger admitted to 20 homicides pleaded the Fifth Amendment about others.

I know Harvard University campus cops write false reports.

I know police regularly testify under oath telling lies. Lawyers also commit perjury without fear. James Rosen reported in his biography, The Strong Man about John Mitchell and how White House lawyers freely lied under oath before the Watergate Special Prosecutor, Congressional Committees and US Courts.

Kevin Weeks, partner of James Bulger. Helped bury the bodies.

Cambridge City Hall Hears No Evil, Sees No Evil and Speaks No Evil

Most revealing from this prosecution of James Bulger is that we are expected to believe that only four guys, Bulger, Flemmi, Weeks and Martorano, made up the criminal population of Massachusetts. Only one FBI agent was corrupt. Hello?

William "Billy" Bulger. Brother of James. Former Massachusetts State Senate President, President of the University of Massachusetts and friend of US House Speaker John McCormack.

No local police officers have been prosecuted. No state police officers. One state police officer killed himself after he stopped James Bulger trying to take $100,000 out of the country at Logan airport. The next day the trooper was transferred allegedly after James Bulger's brother Billy intervened to discipline him.

Harvard Law School, Hears No Evil, Sees No Evil and Speaks No Evil

The entire faculties of five law schools in Boston, the entire faculties of government schools, political science departments, the Massachusetts state legislature, the governor, the city councils, city managers,  and mayors of the 351 cities and towns of Massachusetts are all clueless about this? Do you believe that? The Attorney General of Massachusetts focuses on bullying of high school students by other students. Universities and governments celebrate diversity and multiculturalism. But the Bulger-FBI operation over 25 years was partly an effort at ethnic cleansing. The FBI was working with the Irish-American crime family that controls Massachusetts, to eliminate the Italian-American families. It appears that diversity like tolerance is limited to selective groups only. The charming lesbian who works for Harvard University campus cops, stalks me, tampers with my computer, harasses me every day, and threatens me, "They will kill you."

Murder Suspect Wants Taxpayer Funded College To Be A Teacher

Heres a few more charming individuals who were free to sell drugs, to smoke crack, and to murder a young lady in Boston. No one was watching any of them. But local police, crime families (often FBI and police informants ), conduct 24/7 surveillance harassment, character assassination, provocations, sleep deprivation for 42 years watching me. After reading Robert Fitzpatrick's (with Jon Land) new book, Betrayal, it is clear that the people who harass me are police criminals who work for crime families. They do not care about corruption and abuse of police powers. It is all about control and money. Fitzpatrick wrote memos as an FBI Special Agent. He was ignored about high level corruption within the Boston FBI. It was not limited to and is still not limited to the informants and the agents of the bureau. US Attorneys participated and condoned the criminal abuses of the Bulger crime family. The highest levels of the FBI refused to act. Indeed Fitzpatrick himself was charged with misconduct by a Boston FBI Special Agent In Charge. He was exonerated after many years. But he was not believed until 30 years after the fact during civil trials for wrongful deaths by the FBI. Even then the judges were unable to comprehend the extent of the corruption of the federal law enforcement apparatus. I am not an FBI agent. I'm just an ordinary citizen that used to believe in the rule of law. Lawyers, police and the FBI cured me of that misconception. But they now allow crime families and police criminals to conduct relentless abuse. I am now 69.  This began when I was a 25-year-old student at Columbia University in New York City,  and continued when I was a student at Boston University School of Law. Talk about misguided priorities? This is one glaring example which the happy people refuse to see.
