Arab American of The Year 2013 On NPR, Asks Sen. Bernie Sanders If He Is Israeli. Hehe.

NPR host Diane Rehm declared during an interview with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) that he had dual Israeli-American citizenship Wednesday before Sanders set her straight, adding he was “offended” by the comment.
Sanders, who is Jewish, is pursuing the Democratic presidential nomination.
“Senator, you have dual citizenship with Israel,” she said.
“Well, no, I do not have dual citizenship with Israel,” Sanders replied. “I’m an American. I don’t know where that question came from. I am an American citizen, and I have visited Israel on a couple of occasions. No, I’m an American citizen, period.”
Rehm apologized, but said she had seen a “list” that indicated Sanders was, and then she asked Sanders whether he knew if there were members of Congress who had dual citizenship themselves.
“I honestly don’t know, but I have read that on the Internet,” Sanders said. “You know, my dad came to this country from Poland at the age of 17 without a nickel in his pocket. He loved this country. I am, you know, I got offended a little bit by that comment, and I know it’s been on the Internet. I am obviously an American citizen and I do not have any dual citizenship.”

Rehm’s biography page notes she was named Arab American of the Year in 2013 by ACCESS “in celebration of her rich Arab heritage.
Rehm gave a statement to Jewish Journal this afternoon about the incident, saying she was sorry for making a mistake but “glad to play a role in putting this rumor to rest.” She also said she’d read about his supposed dual citizenship in a Facebook comment.

His Harvard Law school Professor lawyer explained it was an inadvertent mistake. Amazing how much credibility is placed in social media. A Jewish activist in Pakistan was savagely beaten by a Muslim mob Wednesday - and then arrested and roughed up again by police.
Fishel Benkhald - who is leading a one-man campaign to preserve the old Jewish cemetery in Pakistan's largest city, Karachi - has been a vocal activist for minority rights in the country, which is overwhelmingly Sunni Muslim and where minorities such as Christians, Hindus and non-Sunni Muslims are routinely persecuted.
Speaking to Arutz Sheva Thursday, Benkhald - the son of a Muslim father and a Jewish mother, but who identifies as Jewish - told how he had agreed to a face-to-face debate with a Muslim Pakistani man after a discussion on the topic of minority rights on Twitter.

"I went there alone but he was with his friends, we started the debate in a normal discussion manner but soon it got heated up and cursing started."
At that point, a "mob" began to gather around him "and two of the guys who were with him started manhandling me - I should have left at that time.
"They started punching me and when I fell they started kicking my head. Someone also tried to snatch away my mobile."
Benkhald managed to tape part of the altercation, including the the assault. Arutz Sheva has opted not to include it due to the explicit and violent nature of parts.
At that point police arrived, but instead of arresting his attackers, they detained Benkhald.

Sheldon Silver has perverted the courts as well as the Capitol.
His law firm, Weitz & Luxenberg, gets its asbestos cases — and paydays — moved more quickly than those of other attorneys, and reaps a fortune from favorable rulings by friendly judges, charge lawyers and tort-reform advocates.
Silver’s East Village firm handles more than half the cases in a special section of Manhattan Supreme Court called NYCAL (New York City Asbestos Litigation). So dominant is the firm, the court’s Web site refers to cases as “Weitz” or “non-Weitz.”
The chief asbestos judge, Sherry Klein Heitler — also Manhattan’s chief civil judge — has handled dozens of Weitz & Luxenberg cases.

As one of the state’s most powerful Democrats, Silver also strongly influences his party’s nomination of candidates for judgeships in Manhattan and elsewhere. Heitler and Madden are both Democrats, and both first ran for the bench during Silver’s tenure as speaker.
“He has a hand in judicial appointments, and judges know not to bite the hand that feeds them,” said Mark Behrens, a DC attorney who advocates for asbestos-litigation reform for defendants.
To top all that, Silver persuaded former Gov. David Paterson in 2009 to appoint Jonathan Lippman, his boyhood chum from the Lower East Side, as the state’s highest jurist, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, Village Voice reporter Wayne Barrett wrote at the time. Silver had boosted Lippman’s career for years. He was the court’s chief administrative judge from 1996 to 2007.

Silver’s fall, on what are expected to be corruption charges related to undisclosed payments from a law firm, comes as the Lower East Side old boys network he ruled continues to self-immolate.
Silver was a member of a tight-knit coterie of Jewish political operators who came up together in the co-op developments on Grand Street. Many had working class roots, belonged to the Bialystoker Synagogue on Willett Street, and developed power together through the same few Jewish institutions.
Now, that Lower East Side crew is falling to pieces. William Rapfogel, Silver’s close ally, is in state prison after pleading guilty to embezzling millions a executive director of the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty. Silver was a key benefactor of the Met Council, and William Rapfogel’s wife Judy is Silver’s chief of staff. Heshy Jacob, the traditional third member of Rapfogel and Silver’s Lower East Side power troika, was traveling in Israel and said he was unaware of Silver’s arrest when reached via telephone.

During Friday prayer in the Al Nusra mosque in Berlin on July 11, Danish imam Abu Bilal Ismail urged listeners to kill Zionist Jews, Die Welt reports.
In a Youtube video clip of the sermon to which English subtitles have been added, the imam is filmed lashing out at Israelis and eventually saying that all Jews should be killed.
"Count them and kill them to the very last one. Don't spare a single one of them. Make them suffer terribily," the subtitles read.

When BT asked Ismail, he rejected that he had encouraged killing all Jews.
"I don't think all Jews must die. Only the Jews that have killed people in Gaza. I have asked God to destroy the Jews that kill us. It's not all Jews, because I know Jews that are good to us. I never meant all Jews."

The Jewish leader of a Brooklyn community center says he was beaten by pro-Palestinian demonstrators in front of his children after a Brooklyn Nets game against Israeli champions Maccabi Tel Aviv at the Barclay’s Center.
Leonard Petlakh, 42, director of the Kings Bay Y, said protestors shouting “Free Palestine” and “Your people are murderers,” accosted him as he left the game in downtown Brooklyn. One of them struck Petlakh in the face, he said.

The opera portrays this murder as justified, not only because of Palestinian grievances against Israel, but also by the alleged evil and exploitative actions of Jews against others around the world.
In the opera, the terrorists are presented as heroic freedom fighters, who have been forced by Jewish and Zionist oppression to take extreme actions – and what could be more extreme (and brave!) than pushing a wheelchair-bound senior citizen overboard?

Raphael Levy was burned at the stake in 1670 after being accused of killing a three-year-old Christian and using their blood for religious rituals.

Nazi Doctors Apologize For Human Experiments On Jewish Subjects

Seventy years after the fact of depraved experiments using Jewish human subjects Nazi doctors apologize. Huh? How many decades will it take US doctors who used vulnerable American citizens for abusive experiments? The Nazis and the US doctors all use the defense that the benefit to society outweighs the harm to individuals. That is all well and good as long as you are not one of the human subjects. See, e.g., Michael D'Antonio's book, State Boys Rebellion. It is unlikely that any US citizens or government agencies will ever address such abuses. The 2006 book, Mind Wars by Jonathan D. Moreno says, "I believe those who think they have been victimized by government mind control experiments are misguided. Yet there are thousands of such persons. Many associate their ideas with conspiracy theories. I have worked for two presidential commissions and have been a member of several government advisory committees. During periods set aside for public comments in those meetings and in private conversations, I have heard many of these people provide seemingly lucid testimony about scenarios I find fantastic. Some of them are courageous and resolute in the struggle they perceive as having been foisted upon them; others are distraught and terrified of what horrors the next day may bring." 


 If there were presidential commissions when the Nazi doctors were conducting their experiments the members of those commissions would say what Moreno says. People like Moreno are chosen because they are unwilling to recognize how depraved some researchers are. They will not allow any thoughts that US doctors could be as depraved as the Nazi doctors. For Moreno US doctors and researchers have had their genes cleansed of mendacity, greed, and sadism. But even if someone who is aware of the criminal abuses of medical researchers was mistakenly chosen to be on any of those commissions, they are only advisory commissions. They have no power to do anything not even to subpoena witnesses and to take sworn testimony. They are an element of show business to make it appear that none of the abuses occur in the US, and if they did this is how they would be exposed. But see how Moreno ignored what the people tell him. He is the extremely superior kind of bureaucrat. Sadly that is why the criminal researchers can get away with their abuses over and over again and again.
