A federal jury on Wednesday found that D.C. police framed an innocent man for a 1981 rape and murder, making the District liable for damages after he was imprisoned for 27 years.
Jurors found that two D.C. homicide detectives fabricated all or part of a confession purportedly made by the wrongly accused Donald E. Gates to a police informant. The detectives also withheld other evidence from Gates before he was convicted in the fatal attack on a 21-year-old Georgetown University student in Rock Creek Park, jurors found.
Gates, now 64, was exonerated in the June 1981 killing and released from prison in 2009 after DNA testing.
Following Wednesday’s verdict, Gates’s attorneys said the detectives’ conduct warranted investigation into their handling of other cases.

“It feels like the God of the King James Bible is real, and he answered my prayers,” Gates, who lives in Knoxville, Tenn., said as he left the courtroom. “Justice is on the way to being fulfilled. . . . It’s one of the happiest days of my life.”

By law, jurors face no limit on how much money they can award Gates in compensatory damages.

This is the same pattern of denial used by the Boston FBI. They allowed "informants" to commit crimes and looked the other way for 30 years. James Bulger and his merry band of sociopaths admitted or were charged with 60 murders. Nationally the FBI admitted 5600 crimes. They do not estimate how many they did not admit. While police employees are framing civilians, Cambridge MA police, Communists and Harvard University campus cops take turns harassing a now 70-year-old white male. They say "He's a racist." and "He's a retired drug dealer." and "He's dead." so that  taxpayer funded human services agencies will not stop the criminal abuses. Local, state and US politicians ignored repeated complaints, because the same police criminals say, "He's mentally ill." The politicians and police believe it is OK to abuse a person with a disability. As long as they say the person is mentally ill, that gives them permission to abuse their power, which they do gleefully. They do not want to target violent criminals, because they may get beat up or shot. They prefer to attack harmless vulnerable civilians, elders and persons with disabilities.  You must admire the priorities of Massachusetts whose economy is dominated by education. The education establishment is dominated by Harvard University. What is the role of Harvard University faculty, staff and researchers in setting public safety priorities for Massachusetts government mechanisms?

MA Public Defenders Ready to Help The Rich and the Famous

The priorities of the Committee For Public Counsel Services indicate they do something beyond providing defense counsel to indigent defendants. Like all bureaucracies the main purpose is to maintain itself and to grow larger. It is curious that when the Cambridge police were hired to arrest me on behalf of a local crime family, the CPCS provided a charming young lady who provided no counsel and laughed at me when I was being questioned. It shows that even among the allegedly public spirited (taxpayer funded) CPCS lawyers, they pick and choose who to help and who to let the government do what it wants to do. 



During that masterpiece of a police frame-up seven lawyers were paid to not put on any defense. One judge threatened that if I testified about what the police did to me, he would stop the trial and have me put into a hospital. Another judge refused to appoint any legitimate defense attorney and forced me to represent myself. So much for paying lawyers with taxpayer funds. 



Why not let defendants appear by themselves. At least they may get a hearing instead of being framed by lawyers and police. The incident occurred five years before Judge Wolf exposed the James Bulger FBI informant abuses, up to 60 homicides protected by the FBI. 17 years later Bulger is finally on trial and gets better representation than I ever did. The Boston FBI used the MA state courts to put four white men (Peter Limone, Joe Salvati, Louis Greco and Henry Tameleo) in prison for a murder they did not commit. This all indicates that the courts are as corrupt as the political system and the legislature in Massachusetts. 



Courts get less scrutiny than the other branches of government and voters remain silent about the pervasive corruption. This goes on openly in a state dominated by education. In state where education is dominated by Harvard University. Five law schools in the Boston area remain silent along with the several government schools, and the many political science departments. What are they teaching in the Massachusetts universities?

Criminalizing Criticism In Cambridge MA

For 30 years the FBI and one organized crime family stirred up racial animosity toward me in two states. Everyone I knew, know, and met was informed, "He's a racist." Harvard University students, faculty and administrators participated in harassing me as a result. One prominent internationally known scholar promoted the idea in a New York Times Op-Ed essay, that racism is a mental illness. It was reported to me that this man directed the Harvard University campus cops to arrest me, which one of them obediently did. Before that arrest I used to attend events at Harvard that were open to the public. At some of them black university officials would sit next to me as a provocation. They believed that "He's a racist." and would not sit next to a black person due to his "racism" and "mental illness." But consider if the misguided notion of racism being a mental illness were true. In any case the proponent believed it was true. What was his response? A privileged scholar at the nation's most prominent university? He ordered a campus cop to arrest a person he believed to be mentally ill. What does that indicate about his ideas toward persons with disabilities? It shows the man has a misguided heinous notion of right and  wrong. He believes it is right to abuse the police powers of the state given to the university as a privilege. He is always right and everyone else is always wrong. He is not unique at Harvard or among limousine liberals who run the City of Cambridge and the state of Massachusetts. Massachusetts state, Cambridge local and Harvard University officials share the misguided and illegal notion of selective enforcement of the laws encouraged by the US President, a Harvard Law School graduate.

At the public events I asked questions of the visiting celebrities and award recipients. Students told me they discussed my questions in class. Two of the prominent journalists I queried responded indicating that they were participating in misleading the public and getting awards for doing so.

In  April 2013 two Cambridge residents, one received a scholarship from the City Council, were accused of placing two bombs at the Boston Marathon killing three, and injuring 250. They went on to shoot dead an MIT officer and injure a Transit cop. In the aftermath one more Cambridge student was arrested for assisting the two accused bombers by hiding evidence. A fourth Cambridge recent college graduate was arrested at the state's largest reservoir at midnight with six others. Four of these young men are from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Singapore.

A man shot dead by the FBI in Florida was a former Cambridge resident who knew the dead suspect of the Boston Marathon bombing. He allegedly was about to sign a statement that he participated in the triple murder of two other Cambridge men in nearby Waltham MA. Keep in mind no one was watching any of these men involved in terror, multiple homicides, drug sales, shooting and killing police, and aiding and abetting after the fact. But police criminals and misguided man hating, and white-man hating graduate students at Harvard University conduct non stop harassment and provocations of a 70-year-old white male citizen.

But local police, Harvard University campus cops, five crime families and Communists take turns for 40 years, keeping a 70-year-old white citizen with a legal disability, under 24/7/365 surveillance. They harass me every day disturbing my sleep every two hours on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College. They threaten me. They ridicule me. One lawyer associated with the Harvard campus cops posted humiliating comments online after I criticized the Harvard campus cops for being negligently trained. It shows how depraved these elitists are. If you disagree with them they designate you mentally ill. But it also shows that they believe it is an acceptable practice to ridicule persons they believe have a mental disability. How much more depraved can humans be? Let me show you what the Cambridge city government and Harvard do.

Forty years of criminal abuses including but not limited to: being drugged by Harvard University psychiatrists in 1973 for 80 consecutive days without consent or a court order; being scared by and used by the FBI to fight crime families in New York and Boston for 15 years, without compensation; the FBI broadcast relentless character assassination including but not limited to "He's a retired drug dealer." They told everyone I was mentally ill, homeless, a high school dropout, a black Communist homosexual Jew from New York. In 1979 the FBI changed one part saying "He's a racist."

In May 2013, after I criticized the misguided Cambridge police and politicians' response to the role of Cambridge (a sanctuary city, welcoming illegal aliens and unwanted terrorists, while harassing white heterosexual male citizens) in the Marathon bombing, and murder of an MIT officer, the Cambridge Police Commissioner reportedly joined in the same pattern of criminal abuses of power. He started as they all do with provocations trying to reproduce the Cambridge police frame-up in 1990. Then the City police were hired by one of the crime families to have me arrested. Ten days after I wrote and hand-delivered letters to the Police chiefs and Internal Affairs departments of the Cambridge and the Somerville police departments the Cambridge police arrested me. It was a complete frame-up with lawyers who were paid to not put on any defense, and a judge who threatened me if I testified he would have me put in a mental hospital and another judge who refused to appoint any more lawyers after I fired seven of them. When it became clear that the Massachusetts court system is unable to address a police frame-up I agreed to a continuance without a finding against my better judgement. After one year the arrest was supposed to be eliminated from the police computer files. But 23 years later it is still there scaring people as the FBI, the city police, and crime families, have done keeping me isolated to allow the criminal abuses by police and crime families. 

At the time I was unaware of the FBI frame-up of four white men for murder, who were sentenced to death in a Massachusetts state court. After the death penalty was repealed in Massachusetts, two of the four men framed by the FBI, Henry Tameleo and Louis Greco died in prison. Two others Joe Salvati and Peter Limone were released after 30 years, and 40 years of legal work. A USDC judge award the men and their families $101 million in damages, paid for by US taxpayers. The FBI agents and the police were not held accountable for their crimes. That was also before I learned about  the Boston FBI and their murderous informants. One, James Bulger awaits trial in June 2013 charged with 19 murders committed while he was an FBI informant. His Boston FBI agent handler is in prison for homicide. Another Boston FBI agent died awaiting trial for homicide. None of the other agents and police were held accountable and remain free to continue abusing innocent law abiding citizens as the FBI did for many years. The corruption continues and I am the target of these criminal police who are allowed to abuse their police powers in Cambridge, Massachusetts and at Harvard.

In May 2013 these police criminals took up a new path, tampering with my home computer. I suspect their goal is to stop me from posting my commentary on current events. It does slow me down, a known objective of the police since 1973. That Harvard campus cop lawyer insisted "No one reads your blog." But one Cambridge cop and one Harvard campus cop reads it every day. The Harvard University campus cops have had a permanent tap on my landline phone for many years. Someone hacks my computer every few days. For some one so unimportant, I get a lot of scrutiny. One Communist homosexual employed by the Kennedy Cult told me in 1983, "If you're not a lawyer, you're nobody." A delightful gambler came up to me in Las Vegas in 2009, and said, "You're not so important any more are you?" I was important enough to him to follow me and to come up to me and say that.  I still don't know who he is. 

It is a US felony to tamper with computer transmissions under the US code. But laws do not stop Cambridge police criminals where laws are optional and inconvenient laws may be ignored. Beginning on May 13, 2013 I recorded seven browser crashes. On May 14, 2103 there were 21. On May 15, 2013 there were nine. On May 16, 2013, there were four. On May 18, 2103 there were six. On May 19, 2013 there were 20. On occasion I logged off and waited. So there were continuous criminal attacks on my home computer not limited to one browser. As the Hindus say, "This too will pass."


It is difficult to keep the crime families separated. They each contribute their own character assassination, but some choose to join in elements of the other crime families and what the FBI broadcasts. It is easy to know when there is a new police official or a crime family associate taking on the primary harassment. They repeat the pattern described below. 

The latest police criminal abuse of power includes use of a psychologist or a psychiatrist. More evidence it is the Police Commissioner who loves psychiatry. Psychologists and psychiatrists begin their evaluations and testing by provoking their targets. Conducting an evaluation without consent is a violation of state and US privacy statutes. But again, in Cambridge? Laws are laughable. After intense provocations fail to get a jailable response, they move on to using young women as bait to see if I will rape them on the buses. If I fail to go for their young women bait and do not rape them on the buses, they send out young men to see if I'll rape them. This is how the police psychologists minds work. It is also how the police minds work. If they are suspicious, or if there "are reports" of a person being naughty the person must be guilty, of something. So they will provoke the person to see if they can create a jailable offense. The police love psychiatry and psychology because under psychiatry the standards for jailing a law abiding citizen lack Due Process protections. And there are no appeals from a diagnosis.
