White American Scapegoats, Privileged Lives

The two large American criminal political and economic organizations that were at war from about 1960 to 1974, who I call the Kennedy Cult and the California crime Syndicate designated me their scapegoat. Whatever each of them did to the other, and to other individuals and groups, they both blame me and punish me multiple times, for what they did. It is one more perspective on the 45 years of criminal abuses by them on me, which continue today in March 2016.

Watching the Chicago street theater on Fox News as leftist groups shut down a Trump rally, I got to thinking that even Fox follows the liberal rules. They interviewed a lefty grandma outraged about fascism; they interviewed a middle-aged African American woman outraged about Trump coming into her neighborhood. We got to see African Americans disrupting the Trump event after the cancellation. But we never got to hear from a Trump supporter. And the next day Ted Cruz blamed Trump for the violence, and Hillary Clinton grated on about “divisive” rhetoric.
And then it occurred to me. There is one thing you are not allowed to do in America today, and that is cater to the tribalism of the white working class. You must cater to black racism; you must cater to feminist cant.

lawyer Michael A. Cooper, Jr., writing about “Trump's America, where working-class whites are dying from despair." He says the problem is that both parties have abandoned them:
As productivity climbed, working-class Americans wanted their wages to rise also. Instead, Republicans gave them tax cuts for the rich while liberal Democrats called them racists and bigots.

The reason for white working class despair is that they have been designated as the sacrificial victim for the racist, sexist, bigoted sins of America, and nobody has been allowed to speak up for them. Until Donald Trump.
But why the white working class? Its ancestors were starving on the land and working in sweatshops in Europe when all the sins of America were committed. How can they be to blame?
Let us turn to René Girard and his Violence and the Sacred. On his theory humans have learned to end escalating violence between factions by sacrificing a victim, a scapegoat. All of the hate and the rage of a divided community is diverted from hating each other and onto the newly selected victim. Somehow, at the civil rights revolution of the Sixties, the white working class got selected as sacrificial victim. Thus the necessity of Archie Bunker, racist, sexist, and bigot, that Norman Lear wanted to teach us all to hate.
But once the white working class had been selected as sacrificial victim to cleanse the nation of its racial sins, it is obvious that every so often a wooden stake would have to be driven through its corpse to make sure it could never be brought back to life. It could not be permitted for anyone to say that right-wing militias are embarrassing but marginal, or that the remnant of the KKK is anything less than a demonic threat that every Republican politician must condemn without equivocation. The sacrificial victim must stay dead and buried.
Then Donald Trump pulled the stake out of its heart.

why the Trump phenomenon is anathema not just to liberals, but to many conservatives. If working class white issues were admitted back into the public square, then the sacrificed victim would be brought back to life, and who knows where it might end?
Now you know what liberal activism is for, and race studies and gender studies and diversity and political correctness. They are there to apply muscle for the ruling class, to make sure that the Verdict of the Sixties is never reversed. Black Lives Matter and MoveOn.org and the Friday night lefty coalition are all rushing forward to drive the wooden stake back in.

Scapegoat - One More Team Leaves The Field

Another period of intense, severe, relentless, harassment from a delightful Communist moron just ended. There are a lot of them in this country contrary to the cluelessness of journalists. He repeated the pattern previously conducted by dozens if not scores of morons before him. In 1990 the Cambridge police employed by the California syndicate conducted a super deluxe frame-up against me. They were joined by next door Somerville police and the Harvard University campus police. The object was to put me in jail. They began with daily harassment where I lived disturbing my sleep every half hour. Lack of sleep does wonders for the brain. Some researchers say that sleep deprivation is worse than taking hallucinogens. It has a more destructive effect on the brain. Rational thought goes away. After several weeks of that harassment I chased an Asian man from my building. It turned out that he worked for the Somerville police. The landlord verified that he was in the Cambridge building without permission. After I chased him from the building I went to the police station. But as soon as I was out of my building he appeared in a car taunting me. He'd back up to where I was then drive away quickly. I walked to the Cambridge police station which was on Western Avenue in Central Square. 

The police arrested me reportedly under direction of the police chief or commissioner whatever his title was then. Black Cambridge police kept me awake all night preparing me for court. The next day at the courthouse it kept getting more bizarre, like Kafka's The Trial on steroids. A more detailed account of the entire incident must wait for another time. 

The police held me for 78 days contrary to law for a competency evaluation. When I was released I learned the Somerville police employee told the Cambridge police that I hit him with a baseball bat. I did not have a bat, but details do not matter for a frame-up. One at a time, seven lawyers were assigned to represent me. I fired six of them because they refused to put on any defense. I learned later that they were paid to not put on a defense. At the second of three trials the final attorney assigned told me that the judge told him, "If you get on the stand and testify about what happened to you, the judge will stop the trial, call the psychiatrists and have you committed to a hospital." So much for the right to defend oneself free from coercion, from a judge no less. 

There is a lot more to this story. The lesson here is that because that incident remains on the police computer files which are effectively open to the public, everyone and anyone can find that report and try to recreate the situation. That's in addition to those who shun me because of the computer files. Police perspective is, they never do these things. Television networks broadcast each week stories of miscarriages of justice. Innocent men and women are convicted, while guilty men and women go free. Even when a man who was convicted of a crime is later found innocent police and prosecutors refuse to accept the fact that they made a mistake. In my case it was intentional. That happens too. 

In Boston this seems to be a pervasive pattern of abuse. The FBI allowed one of their charming informants to murder 19 people for which he is finally on trial in 2012 after 30 years of the good life. One agent says he murdered 31 people. But the same FBI office also framed four white men for murder. Two died in prison and two were released after 30 years. So it is not surprising that this happened in Massachusetts where the many police agencies are never scrutinized contrary to logic and common sense. 

For 40 years crime families and Communists conducted a brutal campaign of character assassination accusing me of crimes that I did not do and for which I was never formally charged. But they all punished me multiple times for each allegation. There was no notice, no opportunity to defend myself. Just accusations and punishment. I even was unaware of the accusations. They kept bringing in new morons who believe what they are told. It reflects what Stanley Milgram revealed in his book Obedience to Authority. A majority of people (up to 60 percent) will obey what they consider to be legitimate authority even if it means inflicting cruel deadly punishment on others. With police it is exponentially worse. 

Same with crime families who must obey orders from their superiors. So that is what they did. They simply find someone and order them to repeat the allegations including but not limited to the police frame-up. 

For two weeks, four months, three years whatever it takes for them to conduct their abuse, they were unable to have me jailed or hospitalized. Next the police, Communists, crime families, send a woman (sometimes a homosexual) as payment. This is often called human trafficking, using people to pay bills, and for rewards. It shows how depraved the nation is. Some people remain skeptical and are clueless. Others know and refuse to speak out about it. Still others thrive in this environment. 

This is a mechanistic view of humans. They are property, a commodity used for trading, like paper money. There are no human emotions involved. They expect me or any person who was abused for a length of time to be grateful for having access to a woman. But it is only an object to them. There is no relationship or love involved with this transaction. How cruel are these people? Does this explain all of the corrupt counterproductive policies and actions of cities, states, and US government agencies? Is that why corporations are being plundered and the plunderers rewarded? Does it explain the heinous crimes committed by mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, neighbors? 

In his new book (2011), Betrayal, Robert Fitzpatrick with Jon Land, reports that he spent many years growing up in an orphanage. He described how there was no love there. Discipline, abuse and competition, but no love. The basics were provided, but little in the area of positive human relationships. While reading that I realized how fortunate I was growing up. I was smothered with love. Not only at home but outside among friends and people I went to school with, and played with. I knew what love was at an early age. I also realized that my life over the last 42 years lacked love. It was all about abuse. I lived like a hunted animal for all those years. I did not realize that until I was reading this new book about James Bulger, the Boston FBI informant who is now on trial for 19 homicides. It is people like Bulger that controlled my life for 40 years. I am lucky I know the difference. The author Fitzpatrick was the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Boston FBI office. He knew about Bulger and the corruption. But he describes how hard it was to rid the bureau of Bulger, because so many agents and US Attorneys were opposed to stopping the criminal enterprise run by Bulger. It is an easy read. For those unaware of these events it will help you understand what government is like in Massachusetts.

And so. Another one (team of sociopaths) bites the dust. Each time they bring in younger and younger people. The latest team was in their mid to late twenties. It was a primarily Chinese American team, with the necessary token black American to protect against accusations of racism. I'm aware of how smart most Chinese students are, and of how smart Harvard students are in general. But one thing many of them lack is common sense. Integrity too. So no matter how smart they are, they conducted a brutal campaign inflicting harm without any justification, even though they believed they were acting in the name of good. The police and crime families now use twenty-year-olds to harass a 69-year-old man they say is disabled. Isn't that special?

Trying to explain in my mind how people can be so depraved, in the latest period of abuses, Chinese American citizens in the US may share an autocratic form of governance. Many hyphen Americans from other countries do not understand or support extending to others the Constitutional protections that they enjoy. It is something that the founders of the nation, the writers of the Constitution, knew well. China is still a Communist nation. They do not allow the notion of free speech, the right to defend oneself, due process in general. The Obama-Holder racialist administration does not support the Constitution. So it is noticeable that the coordinator(s) of the abuse (I'm persuaded that it is a high ranking Harvard University administrator, funded by some organization, maybe taxpayer money) intentionally chooses people who will obey, who bring a hatred of older white men. One thing many citizens of Chinese descent share is respect for elders. I do not know if this has changed. It is certainly not the case with most Americans who throw away their relatives as soon as they become a burden. I once met a woman who told me that when she gets old no one will care about or for her. If she did not have money she would likely be abused and abandoned. I wondered what made her think that if people get money for taking care of her they will not abuse her and maybe steal her money too?

Without missing a beat the day after the Chinese-American team ended their mission, another delightful criminal appeared in the apartment above mine to continue harassing me and disturbing my sleep. Let me guess. It is Friday. It must be a Midwesterner working for the Outfit in Chicago.

Scapegoat - D.A. Abuses

Monday March 12, 2012. About 9:00 AM. I heard a loud knocking on the apartment door above mine where a Harvard student with UN affiliations is the primary tenant. After a pause (I was unable to hear the conversations) I heard a loud stomping of a foot. I suspected a change of command in that apartment. Some new sociopaths were taking charge of primary harassment at my premises. It happens frequently. Someone comes for a day or a few hours, sometimes for a few weeks or longer. I was unable to see who it was but I knew it was a male.

Two days later the student remains absent but the apartment is occupied by a two man team. One is a homosexual police employee, one a Communist. When I do errands they use associates for harassment and try to provoke me. At night they apply intense relentless harassment, disturbing my sleep hourly sometimes after only 30 minutes. It is how new recruits act every time. They are diligent in applying their abuses they are hired to perform on a 69-year-old man who the police say has a disability. These are brave courageous men attacking an elderly man who survived 40 years of similar harassment from six crime families, FBI informants, and Communists in mostly three states.

While doing errands, the teams harassing me in the apartment are not always the same as the teams harassing me when I am out. But lately they are the same. At one stop I purchased five items. The clerk was on an emotional high as he excitedly charged me for six. I was silent. He looked at me then he said "Oh I charged you for too many." This is a regular occurrence from police thugs who try to provoke me. They expect me to get excited. It has happened so many times I am surprised when I do not get over charged. This is due to their "knowing" that I have a disability. They show their depravity trying to provoke a person they perceive is disabled. Later I discovered that he also overcharged me for one item which was on sale.

Next I went to a coffee shop to read a book without distractions. As soon as I sat down a man sat at the next table. He pretended to be interested in his iPad. I suspected he was bait, from the latest team who "know" I am a homosexual too. I'm reading a hard cover book. Here is a young man with an iPad. Should I want one? After about 90 minutes I left.

Stopped at a store for one item. On the way out I saw a small dog tied to the bench near the entrance. She was barking at everyone who passed. I realized she was terrified. Running is a dog's first line of defense. When they are tied they cannot run and get frightened. I stopped to talk to the dog. She stopped barking. I petted her and sat down. She sat next to my foot and was quiet. She was still upset and kept looking for whoever "brung" her to this dance. But at least she stopped barking and stopped scaring people. I sat for about 15 minutes until her owner appeared. The young lady explained she was taking care of the dog for her friend. The dog was happy to see her nonetheless feeling safe with her. I left and went home.

As soon as I arrived one of the new team members arrived and threatened me, "You're going to jail." OK. What did I not do now? Why are these goons following me and trying to provoke me because I did not react as they desired, especially because they "know all about me." I realized this must be a team from the Suffolk County District Attorney's office. Two days ago I made a comment that there was a charming hirsute police criminal who worked for the Suffolk DA as an informant. He told me on two different occasions "We know all about you." The second time he added, "You used to work for the CIA." I wondered what else he "knew."

This is the kind of misguided ignorant, hateful and hostile, paranoid, omniscient, police criminals I've been surrounded by for about 40 years. It was suggested that he works for the Midwestern outfit, the crime family based in Chicago. This verifies my belief that all crime families have associates in all law enforcement agencies, local, state and US. That is what allowed the deluxe police frame-up in 1990 by the California syndicate who paid local police, lawyers and judges for the operation.

Today teenagers shoot each other, babies and women. The Suffolk DA's office uses their resources to harass me. I do not live in Suffolk County. Under what priority are these police resources being employed to harass me, not just to keep me under surveillance? Some suggest it is all about control.

Scapegoat - Not Innocent Bystanders

Saturday March 3, 2012. Delightful man from Somerville MA gambling ring came to visit and made threats, "We have to hit you." Not the first time he came to harass me making threats. I suspect it won't be the last. Criminals have a way of being ubiquitous, while friends come and go. It is now more than 40 years of criminals (public and private) harassing me, provoking me, ridiculing me, humiliating me, and keeping me under surveillance while they assassinate my character. They do not know when to stop. It is in their nature as sociopaths. I am a living example of what Stanley Milgram described in his experiments about obedience to authority. That would include the authority of crime families. For others, police or the FBI is their authority. Parents, researchers and professors are authority figures. For this man his authority figure is a gambling ring in Somerville MA. On Saturday night I saw another one of the bookies from that gambling ring leaving my building as I returned home. Do they have an office in my building? On Monday March 5, 2012 the charming and always delightful Lisa Wang, Harvard student and United Nations volunteer, reportedly made more threats on their behalf. "They're going to shoot you." Thanks for the warning. Will they be using your apartment to watch me too?

For 42 years one or another of the following kept me under surveillance: FBI, CIA, local and state police (7 states), up to 9 different crime families, and Communists, now called progressives. Not all at once, but on occasion they fell over each other trying to get to me to harass me. In New York City I worked as a systems programmer for large main frame IBM computers. I worked as a systems analyst and programmer for Univac computers too. I was a prominent student at Columbia University, chairman of a group of 35 elected students who represented 21 schools of the University. We met with the Trustees after the student protests in 1968-69.

In 1973 government psychiatrists working at Harvard University drugged me for 80 consecutive days without my consent. They thought I was a spy. They broadcast character assassination to cover their crime. They had three scenarios of plausibledeniability. They said (1) "He had a nervous breakdown."; (2 ) "He is a drug addict."; and (3) "Some young people put PCP [whatever that is] into marijuana." Spinning the facts depending upon who they were lying to.

The FBI and useful idiots scared me then used me to fight organized crime for 15 years. They never compensated me. The FBI like crime families use women to pay their bills, even though (or especially because) the FBI is run by homosexuals. It is the largest taxpayer funded human trafficking organization in the world. Over the years the character assassination did not end. It increased.

New elements stirred up racial animosity, police animosity, whatever they could think of, they used to stir up hatred against me. Crime families were paid to conduct this abuse. Communists did it for free. After 40 years of brutal harassment, slander, police and psychiatric abuses, local police criminals (criminals protected by police), like gambling rings continue their high tech abuses. They disturb my sleep, tamper with my telephone, US mail, and computer communications. At least one state and one US felony are violated by these criminals, every day, 24/7/356. But Massachusetts government, like the FBI, is run by homosexual criminals. The City government of Cambridge too. It may be they run the administration at Harvard University.

With all of that fire power directed at me, are there any decent, law abiding people left in this country? Many people obey police criminals unaware that they are working for crime families. Columbia University graduates, administrators, are aware of the abuse and do nothing. I spent 15 years speaking before, writing to and about the Cambridge City Council and Harvard University. I made videos of city meetings for broadcast online when the city did not make them. I notified the Harvard administration about law violations on their property providing photo images as evidence. They know what is going on. Harvard is the landlord of the premises where I live. They permit and participate in the criminal abuse attacking me in my home, and tampering with my communications.

Cambridge officials alternate with next door Somerville officials harassing me, threatening me and assaulting me. Somerville has a well-deserved reputation for being thoroughly corrupt. Cambridge has a better image. Two cities and two prominent universities. Isn't it ironic that the current President has degrees from both of these institutions? He and his Attorney General (law degree from Columbia) refuse to enforce laws in a race neutral manner. They refuse to enforce civil rights laws if the violator is black and the victim is white. Hello? Is anyone paying attention? The US government is being used for payback of white people for the sins of their ancestors. White people are denied equal treatment in hiring, university admissions, and government grants due to Affirmative Action. Is it only Harvard and the City of Cambridge who are in denial that black people are as greedy as white people? Black people who suffered no harm are being compensated. White people who did no wrong are being punished. The current progressive ideologues have turned the notion of jurisprudence on its head. Equal means unequal in some circumstances.

For 25 years or more I complained to city, state and US officials about these criminal abuses. I spent five years in state and US courts seeking relief, petitioning the Supreme Court of the US for a Writ of Certiorari.

Three US judges and the Clerk of the Supreme Court resigned after I filed complaints about misconduct. The courts were used for surveillance and for harassment too. Those delightful FBI cheerleaders said I was homeless in Boston when I was litigating these cases. Taxpayer funded agencies refused to stop the abuses. I complained to the FBI and to the US Attorney without relief. One lawyer explained to me that when the government harasses you they take an hour of your life. If you write a complaint and send it to agencies seeking relief it takes two more hours of your life. The government gets three hours of harassment for the price of one. It became counterproductive to complain. Learning to live being harassed by criminal morons took a lot of discipline. But it saves me a lot of time.

It allowed me to read books and articles about how dangerous and corrupt the FBI is in Boston. I learned about how a group of criminals ran the Boston FBI allowing their informant employees to murder 19 civilians and to corrupt unknown numbers of local and state police and politicians. US attorneys in Boston did nothing to stop the FBI abuses. Some of the murder victims pleaded with the US attorney to protect them. Government lawyer thugs refused. Some of the criminal government lawyers are now judges. I read about how the FBI used an informant in a state court trial knowing he was lying under oath to convict four white men of murder. Two of the men died in prison. Two were released after 30 years. The USDC in Boston awarded the families $101 million, which the compassionate-truth-and-justice- seeking Department of Justice refused to pay and appealed.

There is no will among government officials or taxpayers to clean up the cesspool of Massachusetts government pollution. There are five law schools in Boston and several schools of government. What does that say about the morals of the academic world? They are only interested in getting taxpayer grants. They go along to get along. They just want to get in on the action stealing taxpayer funds.

When I was still complaining about criminal abuses, one man left a voice mail message saying he was a police officer from Medford MA. He told me to stop complaining about criminal psychologists who were harassing me. Another man left a message saying he was a state police officer. He warned me to stop complaining to state agencies or he would have me arrested. A spokesman for the Boston Police told me to stop calling them, when I inquired about four suspicious deaths in Boston.

The police say, "He's mentally ill." How is that not a violation of state and US privacy laws, whether true or not? But they prevent me from seeking help no less getting any from taxpayer funded agencies whose mission is to protect disabled persons from abuses. This allows them to continue their criminal abuse because no one listens to persons they think are disabled. I called the MA state police headquarters. I asked one officer why the state police ignore complaints about crime from people they think are disabled. He told me "Because you cannot rely on what they say." I said, "That implies that normal people do not lie." That was about all we spoke about.

The FBI has a long history of ignoring complaints from persons with disabilities. In 1963 in the months leading up to the assassination of President JFK, several men across the country reported to the FBI that there was a plot to kill the President. In every case the FBI agents ignored them believing they all had a history of disability.Gary Lee Samson called the esteemed Boston office of the FBI July 23, 2011, to surrender, announcing he was wanted for murder. An FBI agent hung up the phone. The agent, who was disciplined, claimed it was inadvertent. Plausibledeniability? It is just as likely that he believed that the caller was disabled. Hmmm. Who would call the FBI to turn himself in? He must have a disability. Aha!

One element of these many years of abuse is a woman who I dated for three months when I was in law school. She is a white lesbian married to a black homosexual FBI informant. For the last 30 years they kept me under surveillance and continued getting paid by the FBI to "protect me." Saying they were my friends, they told everyone I knew and everyone I met that I was a retired drug dealer. That did wonders for my social life, my political life, and my economic life. It was a way for the FBI to keep me isolated. The woman was a useful idiot for the FBI.

Under the Code of Mass Regulations one area of jurisdiction for legal protections from taxpayer funded elder services agencies is when a person had a past relationship with the abuser. It applies to that woman and her husband. When I sought help from the elder services agency in Cambridge and Somerville, they said to me, "Can you prove that you are not mentally ill?" Huh? What difference does that make? If a person has a disability (according to state and US statutes, if a person perceives another as having a disability, that is a legal disability), then it is OK to harass him? That appears to be the thinking among taxpayer funded human services agencies.

At the Cambridge Council on Aging which allegedly helps older people with difficulties, one charming employee said to me before I explained why I went there, "We don't have any problems with the police." Is this an example of the police state? Do police rule over civilians in Cambridge contrary to the rule of law? The District Attorney has an elder abuse unit. When I made contact with their assistant DA, the delightful woman explained to me that there were a lot of murders and they are too busy to deal with any crimes less than homicide. Huh?

Under Massachusetts law when a person over 60 years of age meets with a medical professional the professional is required to ask the elder person, "Do you feel safe at home?" They don't all do that, but they are required by law to do so. When the answer is "No," they ask if you want to speak with someone. Then they call or make an appointment with a social worker. The social worker speaks with the person who does not feel safe and inquires why. When I explained that police criminals are harassing me disturbing my sleep and threatening me every day they look at me. Some of them explain that they are only "looking for domestic abuse." Others say we can only address abuse by caregivers, spouses, housemates, persons with a relationship to the abused person. That is the law which applies to persons with disabilities and elder persons. There is no requirement to follow up the situation if the abuse comes from police criminals, strangers as in my case. That's an accurate example of how bureaucracy works. "It's not my job."

Two cities, two universities, city and state police, District Attorney, elected officials, FBI, US attorney, and about one dozen taxpayer funded human services agencies were and are aware of this criminal abuse. They allow it to continue. Growing up in New York City and New Jersey, the first 28 years of my life I was surrounded by loving sensitive ordinary human beings. Since I came to Massachusetts to go to law school, I've been surrounded by hostile and hateful police criminals, psychopaths and sociopaths who relate to others using violence. I never would have believed that so many disgusting people even existed.

Scapegoat - Diversity of Police Criminals

Tuesday February 28, 2012 one day after posting comment about black racist police harassment since Christmas 2011. Without missing a beat police changed the ethnicity of the primary assailants from black racist homosexuals to Chinese, Chinese American Communists and Asian crime family associates. As the black racists did, these Asian racists attack a white male 69-year-old (that they say is disabled) trying to provoke him to permit an arrest or hospitalization. Here is proof that there is no difference between races. They are all capable of depravity as a group attacking over many days, weeks, years, an older white male, to retaliate for past abuses of white supremacists. Black racists exposed my position as Grand Kleagle of Cambridge. Cambridge will have to hold a new special election costing the taxpayer extra money, typical of Cambridge voters. Now Asian criminals have exposed my leadership role of the anti Chinese and Asian Society. Good thing we have a hierarchy of leaders to take charge.

The Chinese and Asian criminals use the same high tech weapons used by their black racist predecessors. They conduct the same tactics using young women as bait. Was it Albert Einstein the man who flunked math, who observed that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity? Does this principle apply to these criminal police employees? What is their obsession with me after 42 years of FBI, police, crime family, and Communist abuses in mostly three states? Are these brave young men and women who target me in my superior powerful position after 42 years of character assassination? With my thousands of soldiers to fight back against the police power of Massachusetts crime families and their police, FBI, public officials and university associates, no wonder they fear me. It is why they deploy hundreds of their employees each day to harass me, to ridicule me, to humiliate me, to provoke me and to threaten me. They repeated two days ago an old threat, "They (landlord Harvard) are going to throw you out of here."

Massachusetts state law prohibits possession of electrical weapons used to alarm, to harm, to inflict pain, and to kill. It is a felony. The penalties were increased after my bill submitted to the state legislature in 2001. My bill was tossed. But within two years someone else passed an amendment which increased penalties. But that does not stop Harvard and Cambridge police who protect their use. Local police and campus police pretend they do not know what they are. In that case they are negligently trained. Police say people who complain about their use are mentally ill. That allows police and their criminal informants to use these illegal firearms to harass, to inflict pain, to harass, and to try to kill their targets like a 69-year-old white male that they say has a disability. Everyone in Cambridge knows that all white males are criminals. That is why homosexuals, women and black people attack them, unless they submit. That is what Islam means "to submit to God." And that is what these three special interest groups believe they are. White men must be eliminated from the gene pools, now.

The US Code prohibits exposing humans to radiation. That is what electrical weapons emit, electromagnetic radiation. The penalties under US law are $2 million fines and prison for each exposure. But again like the state statutes, laws are optional in Massachusetts. Only the little people must obey them. Harvard and government officials (is there a difference?) may or may not obey them. If the laws are inconvenient as the homicide laws were for the Boston FBI for 20 years they may be ignored at the discretion of the investigating officer or agent.

The abuse at my residence is coordinated by a high ranking Harvard administrator. I know this because I've been complaining to the General Counsel's office at Harvard since before Margaret Marshal was General Counsel. Then to Anne Taylor and recently to Robert Iuliano. They ignore my complaints, obviously because they know who is behind them. Initially it was an illegal experiment using humans subjects. If this was exposed formally Harvard would lose hundreds of millions in US taxpayer grants over many years. But again see above about law enforcement in Cambridge. On Thursday February 23, 2012 Harvard announced (see Harvard Crimson article, link below) via Mr. Iuliano that they would submit a brief in support of continuing to allow the university to employ Affirmative Action programs to legally discriminate against white people.

That explains why Harvard will not enforce any laws against black people when the victim is white. That would admit that all people were entitled to protection under the laws equally. That is not allowed at Harvard, where race based law enforcement is the rule.

The esteemed US Attorney General makes that official US law enforcement policy now. No prosecutions of black violators when the victim is white. (See J. Christian Adams, new book Injustice) It is only fair! Harvard supports the notion voiced by their prominent graduate John Kennedy, "Life is not fair." If you want fairness go to Russia. There everyone is put in jail not just white people. Harvard will continue to discriminate against white males not only in admissions, but also in how they address criminal abuses on their property.

This is all simply explained in historical context. For 15 years the FBI used me to fight organized crime with no compensation. Then they abandoned me and encouraged the same crime families to retaliate for the next 25 years. That is ongoing now with the assistance of Harvard campus police. One FBI agent said to me in or about 2002, "What have you done for us lately?" Another said, "He'll come around." The FBI knows what goes on and explained, "We are not in the protection business." Huh? Is this because the crime families run the FBI? Or because the FBI runs the crime families? Character assassination increases every day when I post comments about what they do. The reason the FBI did not pay me as they did others e.g., hitmen in Boston and New York, is that I did not kill anyone. They do not fear me. Sammy Gravano admitted killing 19 people. John Martarano confessed in court to killing 20 people in Boston. He served about 7 months for each murder. When he was released from prison the US Attorney made sure he got $20,000 to start his new life. Gravano got a new identity, home and money. In Arizona he started a drug cartel for him and his son. I just wanted to go to law school and the FBI destroyed my life using informants and crime families. From 1973 to 1979 the FBI's profile of me was a black, homosexual, Jew from New York. In 1979 it changed to being a white supremacist, racist, homosexual, Italian Communist. I cannot explain it. Ask the FBI. What has not changed is allowing local police and crime families to harass me and to provoke me trying to have me arrested as they did in 1990.

Police priorities changed since they were innocent officials who tried to help people. Now their mission is to control people and to make money. Government mechanisms are used by criminals to steal taxpayer money. They change laws when necessary and exploit loopholes they create to steal not millions but billions and trillions at a time (see e.g., repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act). Obama administration does not even try to hide what they do. They know there is no law enforcement apparatus that can hold them accountable. Obama openly states that he will ignore Congress and do what he wants to do no matter what the constitution says.

Local police and the FBI make agreements with public officials. We do not scrutinize each other. You have your area of earning, and we have ours. If a public official or a private person wants someone arrested they pay for the service. There are all kinds of specialists today. In 1990 local police provided deluxe arrest services for me. It paid for local criminals working for police to conduct constant harassment disturbing my sleep every day and provoking violence. It included paying seven assigned defense lawyers to not put on a defense. It arranged for judges who threatened me if I testified they would stop the trial and call psychiatrists to have me put in a hospital. It paid to have the arrest kept on the public police files for 22 years instead of it being deleted after a year, as per the agreement at a third trial when I represented myself because the judge refused to appoint another attorney. There were extra services as well. Watch for future article about more details of the arrest.

Few citizens are aware of how abusive the police and the courts are. "Most men lead lives of quiet desperation." (Henry David Thoreau) Others fear speaking or doing anything to attract attention. Still others just want to get in on the action.

Scapegoat - Smartest Man in The Room

Ah, Sunday the Christian day of rest. But alas there is no rest for the weary older white male in Cambridge where police are driven to harass, to ridicule, to insult, to try to arrest, to humiliate, to provoke, to test, to character assassinate, and more. For 40 years nine crime families and Communists from six states took turns (sometimes they were falling over each other) attacking this one one white male.

In a recent comment I revealed that one Harvard University campus cop (a black racist homosexual) was particularly abusive for two years or more. University administrators were unable or unwilling to stop his criminal abuses. The next day more black police appeared with psychologists. As I explained previously, in Cambridge MA, Harvard and government officials (are they separate?) are in denial that black people are human. They say they are super humans, having had their genes cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism. For two days these additional black racist psychologists ran psychological testing and evaluations looking for mental illness. They were violating state and US laws but likely were unaware of it. Few psychologists and fewer psychiatrists know the laws which regulate their actions. They believe they are "the smartest man in the room" and that laws are optional. Laws are for the little people. Not for superior omniscient beings.

Performing psychological testing and evaluations without consent is a violation of state privacy laws and the US HIPAA laws. What's a few law violations between black racists when their goal is to rid the world of white supremacist racists? How did they know I was the Grand Kleagle of Cambridge? In the name of good, they can do anything. They use the police power of the state and the FBI to do their holy labors attacking this white male.

They were unable to expose any racist acts (legal or illegal) and were unable to frame this white male for the misguided notions in their depraved paranoid brains. But that did not stop them. Once again on Sunday (February 26, 2012) they were active as I did errands. First the Cambridge police with several patrol cars kept me under strict surveillance as I walked along the streets. No shame, no fear of being exposed harassing a man that they say is disabled. No fear because they "know" what they do is "right." It does not matter to them if it is illegal, because, (drumroll please) in Cambridge laws are optional for the lawless government.

When I did not provide any reason for them to arrest me they went on their way and I mine. I took the bus into Boston then changed for the Green Line trolley to Coolidge Corner. The Brookline police were already on the job. There were dozens of young women as bait, which is the boring repeating pattern of police abuses. Crime families and Communists use the same tactics. Why? More later. When I did not go for the young women bait they tried a young man. These geniuses think (not knowing me although I've been in Cambridge on and off for 42 years), "He must be a homosexual like us." He did not go for the young women, and anyway the police files say he is a Communist homosexual.

Are these police and psychologists depraved? Do they need some behavior modification if not medication? In what circumstance would a 69-year-old man try to have a relationship with a 22-year-old woman picking her up on the street? Do they think I am Woody Allen? Do they think I am going to attack these women on the bus or the trolley? At least one of these charming paranoid smartest-man-in-the-room, and superior beings is a young black male with what is best described as a Mohawk hair do. It is the second time I noticed him as part of a black racist team conducting this kind of criminal surveillance and provocations. But alas these are superior humans we are dealing with here. They always do what's "right." They always know "best." This one wasn't even born when the FBI began its criminal abuses in 1968. So what? Harvard psychologist Daniel Kahneman, wrote Thinking, Fast and Slow. He says whatever is in a person's brain, is what the person thinks is all there is to know, whether consciously or not. They act on what knowledge they have and do not consider what Donald Rumsfeld called the "unknown unknowns."

There is no way to open a mind. Mohawk man and his team of black racist associates will think what they think no matter what. It is easier to open a rock than a mind. That is why Communists took control of the public schools so many years ago. They know that once they get their propaganda into young minds it is almost impossible to get rid of it. At least two generations of young minds have poor skills reading, writing, thinking, and doing math. But they are all caught up on being diverse and not hurting feelings.

Communist psychologists created a nation of mindless zombies with no history and no perspective on what they do and think. You can see the results in the daily news. Young people kill each other, parents kill their children, strangers kill young babies and young women, and women kill men. Recently police are shooting each other. Sometimes for as little as $5. Injured men and women lie in the streets while citizens walk by them and let them lay there in this age of cell phones. Two teen girls have a knockdown drag out fist fight. 20 of their peers watch and video tape it. Gangs attack individuals in the streets and others walk by and stay out of it. Police encourage this behavior by keeping the public uninformed about who is committing these crimes in order not to hurt the feelings of the suspects.

If you read the comments under the news articles you can see the anger of innocent taxpayers who urge killing the suspects as soon as they are arrested. They cheer for predators in prisons to take revenge for the victims. This is the result of what the public schools brought to the nation. It is only just beginning as the public becomes more dissatisfied and people begin to take justice into their own hands to protect themselves and their loved ones. Police are being trained not to fight crime but to control people. In Cambridge a US taxpayer grant was received to train police in military strategy. The US Congress repealed the Posse Comitatus Act.

For survival it is necessary to be aware of the depraved minds that are watching if you are ever in this situation where misguided minds are given power over you. You must not offend these bozos for they can arrest you and take your freedom due to their paranoia and depraved opinions of civilians. If I speak to any of these women they would arrest me for harassing women. So I remain silent and pretend I do not notice them. How else to remain free when there are so many misguided police and psychologists roaming the streets with the power to take your freedom and your dignity. There is no end to this abuse. They have anti social minds. If only they would look in the mirror they might see how sick they are.

Scapegoat - Harvard's 375th Anniversary

It is appropriate that as Harvard celebrates its 375th anniversary two of their delightful Black racist homosexual FBI employees diligently continue a 40-year program of criminal abuses of a white male now 69 years of age. Thank you Harvard for verifying my opinion based on limited information, of the greatest University ever, and the richest too, $32 billion in October 2011.

It must make the hearts of Harvard leaders proud to know how Harvard has changed over its 375 years. It began as an institution to educate ministers of religion. The public spirited Harvard obtained a tax exemption and a charter as a non profit corporation. 375 years after its founding Harvard now accumulates capital and land, and runs candidates for office. Investment strategies are priorities. But also they employ campus police and students to harass unpopular persons. They especially like to target elder white persons with disabilities. The university is in denial of black racism and encourages black racists to lead the attacks. When the victims complain black racists, with help from Harvard faculty and campus police stir up racial animosity toward their victims. I'm a 16-year tenant of Harvard's for profit real estate division. Before I moved into their premises, I was a strong supporter of Harvard even in their development projects in the City of Cambridge. They were a non profit education institution, I would argue. But when I became their tenant I learned how awful they are. They openly lie at city hearings before boards and commissions. There is no penalty for lying to the City, unlike when testifying before Congress or in Court. Harvard employs some charming individuals for their army of public relations experts.

I made a video about hearings for one project I followed from the beginning for the petition for permits to build a monstrosity two-building complex. I was running the camera. But I digress. Over the years Harvard employed behaviorist psychologists and student psychiatrists for treatment without consent. Evaluations without consent and criminal experimentation without consent. These activities violate state and US laws. But in Cambridge and MA laws are optional. After 15 years of petitioning local, state and US officials, 5 years of hosting and producing a live local cable access TV show, writing bills for the state legisiature, speaking before and writing to the City Council for 15 years, I realized that the city, state and US officials in MA are hopelessly corrupt.

In 1995 US District Court (Massachusetts) Judge Mark Wolf granted a defense motion ordering the FBI to reveal their informants. That began 20 years of exposing egregious criminal abuses of the FBI office in Boston. In 2011 one informant was captured after being a fugitive for 16 years living in upscale Santa Monica CA. He is currently on trial for 19 homicides while he was an FBI informant.

That exposed widespread corruption of the FBI, the local police, and the state police in MA. A special prosecutor brought in from CT was effective in making one agent the scapegoat. John Connolly special agent was convicted of murder and is in a Florida prison. One other FBI agent from Boston was indicted for murder but died in prison awaiting trial. No police officers or politicians were charged with any related crimes. The US Attorney dismissed racketeering charges. Perhaps that would be too embarassing to elected officials and police agencies. The official story is that only two criminals ran the rackets in Massachusetts. Since they are gone there is no organized crime. But also no Communists exist either.

That is when I began writing about the brutality of the FBI in my life. How they used me to fight organized crime for 15 years without paying me. Their profile then was that I was a queer, Black Jew from New York. In 1988 they abandoned me and encouraged and participated in retaliation from several crime families. Four FBI informants were especially prominent in this criminal abuse. A woman I dated for three months when I was a student in law school is married to a man who says he knew me when I was a student. Because of political activity in 1968 at Columbia I became known to the FBI and the CIA. They began and never stopped keeping me under surveillance. That guy was working for the FBI then. He is a Black racist homosexual. The woman was a White lesbian and a Soviet agent when I dated her. I did not know she was an agent or that she was a lesbian at the time. She fooled me well. They both play on human sympathy then exploit well-intentioned people. Their new profile was that I was a white racist, and a retired drug dealer. How nice of them. Who needs enemies with "friends" like them? Think about it. Even if it was true why would they (friends?) tell everyone?

Harassment by a person with whom one had a prior relationship is included in the category of persons that gives jurisdiction under state laws to taxpayer funded elder abuse hot line employees to act. But when I complained several times to the local offices of the elder abuse hot line they ignored me and asked me if I could prove I was not mentally ill! I love how psychiatry is used to ignore crime victims in Massachusetts. The FBI and police say I am mentally ill. But what if that is true? It does not negate constitutional rights. It does not give permission to criminals who work for the FBI to steal money, to harass and to threaten persons with disabilities. But that is what these charming FBI criminals did for more than 30 years in three states. "He's mentally ill! It is OK to harass him, to humiliate him, to ridicule him and to steal his money." I mean, like, totally he is asking for it.

Harvard began their criminal enterprise of harassment with greedy sadistic psychologists and psychiatrists to abuse, to steal and to discredit their critics. During a ten year period, psychologists employed by a group of organized crime families conducted a project employing "the double bind." The object was to drive me insane. In New Jersey in the 1980s there was a standing offer of $50,000 to whoever could do that to me. For five years they used state and US Courts after locking me out of my residence, with my rent paid. They are still trying. Police and their criminal informants in the Boston FBI join in. They use sociopaths who belong in jail, but are kept free by doing the crimes of the FBI and the police. They include but are not limited to gambling rings, drug rings and police criminals who were forced into the Witness Security program the successor to the FBI informant program. They are protected by the FBI and the US Marshals. They conduct crimes and they are not held accountable.
