Courts Continue Egregious Abuses of Rights of Disabled Persons

Without being convicted of a crime, this defendant is forced to submit to psychiatric treatment. Without explanation it appears that the state is committing felony battery doing this without consent. It is possible that the reporter has no clue about what he is writing, but this report indicates serious abuses of the man due to the institutional unlawful bias toward persons accused of mental illness. There are few if any lawyers who will resist psychiatric treatment. The psychiatrists may accuse the lawyer of having oppositional disorder if he challenges the psychiatrist. Radio reports reveal some of his treatment. Under what interpretation of the HIPAA laws have this man's medical records become public documents?
