The 20-year-old stunner — the daughter of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Hadid Foster — put her tony Soho apartment up for sale just days after alleged obsessed fan Marcell Porter, 35, was arrested June 29 for stalking her, sources said.
“She was scared,” a law enforcement source said.
“He’s very delusional. He was muttering to himself in the precinct. He was saying stuff like, ‘She’s going to need me. She needs me.’
“He’d wait for her outside her building for long stretches of time. He was milling around the area near the building.”
The source added that while Porter was in custody, he told investigators, “When are you going to release me? I have an appointment with her! I have to pick her up at the airport!”

“I LOVE U. I KNOW EVERYTHING NOW. WAIT FOR ME SOULMATE,” he wrote, according to a criminal complaint, adding another time, “WHY CAN’T YOU CALL ME? I WILL TALK TO U IN PERSON ASAP. I LOVE YOU ONCE AGAIN.”

Meanwhile, Porter has been arrested by the NYPD three previous times, including for fare-beating, shoplifting and trespassing at a Chelsea church that cares for the homeless.
