Josh Ernest, White House PR Flack
White House claims that 99 percent of world supports Iran nuke deal is just one instance of pervasive deception and propaganda used by politicians. In Massachusetts one TV talk show host a former Cambridge City Councilor frequently says, "Everybody knows" this or that. and "Most people support" this or that. I used to ask him how he knew that. He did not stop using those misguided phrases. As long as they are allowed to make these nonsensical claims they will continue to do so. Is the problem dumbed down politicians and journalists, or do they think they are speaking to a dumbed down population?
