Prosecutor Bully, With Big Gun (assault weapons?)
That is what prosecutors do. They threaten and intimidate, trying to scare defendants with or without attorneys to confess and to make them look good winning cases without even going to trial. They are big bullies hiding behind the law. After firing seven attorneys who were paid to not put on a defense 20 years ago a prosecutor told me they had credible witnesses to put me away for 2 years. It was a police frame-up with police employees as witnesses. I had written to two police chiefs complaining about police harassment. It was the Somerville police at the time doing the harassment, and the Cambridge police assisted their brothers by arresting me. I can imagine how others might feel, with abuses of power of prosecutor bullies using their empty threats. The judges permit these abuses because they are interested in maintaining their jobs without accountability. Who will hold judges accountable if they are nice to the prosecutors? One more weak link in corrupt government in Massachusetts. Prosecutors and judges along with police and the FBI make it impossible to get good government, or even good justice under law.
