Bad Policy, No Common Sense Creates Problems

This problem was created by politicians who allowed the psychiatric industry to make prisoners into mental patients. Blurring that line the government places professionals in jeopardy. Regarding knowing a "patient's" history there also is a merging of two separate procedures. Under CORI laws an arrest remains open to the public even if it is dismissed. It is misguided public policy SOP for Massachusetts toward persons arrested. Knowing how the Boston FBI loves to frame white men it becomes an issue for abuse of white men. Medical records are protected under state and US privacy laws. But when it comes to persons accused of mental illness laws are ignored. The problem is the irrational policy making prisoners into patients. Current state policies are misguided. Add to that, typical MA bureaucrats with no common sense and you create dangerous situations enabling homicide.
