Making Up Convenient Facts
Goodwin refers to "Loughner's documented mental disorder," with no evidence. Is he citing Sheriff Dupnik's statements? If Goodwin has knowledge of the medical records of the accused shooter, how did he get them? In violation of state and US privacy laws? While lamenting hyperbole of the Secretary of State he does what he criticizes her for doing.
