Convicted sex attackers Khaled El Azibi, Naji El Maarfi and Mohammed Abdalsalam are three Libyan soldiers who carried out the drunken assaults while stationed at Bassingbourn Barracks last October.
After an unbelievably short time in prison they have now been released and transferred to secure immigration units, Cambridgeshire Police said.
They are now believed to be launching an tax-payer funded asylum bid to remain in the UK claiming they ‘risk persecution’ if sent home because their crimes have ‘brought Libya into disrepute’.
The implication is that while they are seemingly too depraved to return to their own country they are somehow welcome on the streets of Britain.
Even David Cameron has demanded the soldiers should not be allowed to stay here – but human rights legislation may yet see the Prime Minister over-ruled.
And even if the bid is ultimately futile the legal process is likely to extend their tax-payer funded stay in the UK for years.
A lawyer for one of their three victims said the feeling was one of “dismay”.
Solicitor Richard Scorer said: "These men were invited here as guests, to this country, to be trained and to provide help for them in their home country.
"They abused that hospitality in the most appalling way imaginable, and the idea that they would then be granted asylum - having committed these crimes - is completely wrong and unacceptable.
"It adds insult to injury for the women concerned.
"It's difficult enough to recover from a situation where you're set upon by a stranger and sexually assaulted.
"But if you have to do that in the knowledge that that person has now come to this country and is trying to build a life here, I think that is very, very, very difficult to deal with, and completely wrong and unacceptable.
"I think it's a breach of their human rights and really we can't allow this to happen."
The cadets were among 300Libyan troops being trained in England to support the newly-formed Libyan government.
They stole bicycles and rode into Cambridge city centre before accosting three teenage women during the early hours of October 26, 2014.
The attacks included trying to kiss a woman without consent and then sexually assaulting her. El Maarfi exposed himself to one of the women.
They each served sentences of between 10 and 12 months before being released from prison.
One of the victims has spoke of her anger at the asylum bid.
The woman, who received a letter yeseterday detailing their applications, said: "Seeing my attackers' faces again has brought what happened flooding back. They subjected me to a horrible, intimidating sexual assault which I will never be able to forget.

I misread his comment "All good partnerships work both ways, and this attribute is true in the rich array of relationships" thinking he promotes bisexual marriages. Gasp! Dr. Young lists some of the partners for CRLS students (see essay). Are all CRLS students theoretical scientific geniuses, and bankers? Who will fix heating units, plumbing, sell and maintain vehicles, cables, be a policeman, a fireman, a politician (gasp!), and the thousands of non theoretical jobs that are needed to support professional endeavors? Dreams and ambition are good motivators. But not everyone is an astrophysicist. Why are unsexy but essential professions omitted from his list? Do no practical apprenticeships exist in Cambridge?

FBI Unable and/or Unwilling To Close Muslims of America Terrorist Training Camps

While the Middle East remains a hotbed for terrorists, we’ve got our own jihad training compounds set up in rural areas across the United States. They are run by an organization called Muslims of America (MOA). Law enforcement describes these compounds as “classically structured terrorist cells.”

In some states there is more than one location. New York’s “Islamburg” (located in the town of Hancock) is the largest operation and serves as the headquarters. The MOA compound in Colorado was the site of a 1989 seizure by federal authorities of firearms, explosive devices, forged documents, military manuals, and data on potential targets. There is no doubt that MOA is a terror organization operating on American soil. It is well documented by the FBI whose records state that MOA has the infrastructure to plan and carry out terror attacks (here, and overseas) and that MOA leaders urge their members to commit jihad against enemies of Islam.

MOA trains men, and women, to become jihadists poised to attack Americans when Gilani gives the order. Toward this end, MOA maintains a stockpile of illegal weapons. Residents are taught that jihad is their life’s purpose and have been indoctrinated to believe Gilani can travel through space and time to spy on them. After recruits are trained here, many are then sent to Pakistan for more paramilitary training.
Compounds are completely insular, with their own stores, mosques, and graveyards, as well as guard posts to intercept visitors. Living conditions are typically poor. Many locations are near lakes where jihadists-in-training shoot weapons across the lake (standing behind the 2nd amendment when confronted about it) in addition to learning other means of attack such as slitting throats and strangulation. All members follow Sharia law and consider themselves to be above local, state and federal authority.

Discipline in the camps is ruthless and is used to exact punishment and intimidate members from leaving. If members break a rule, they may be tied to a tree and beaten. In addition, women are routinely raped and children are physically abused. Girls are denied an education, such as it is.

So how does MOA get away this?
Two former FBI agents (Tim Clemente and John Guandolo) reported on factors that reflect a combination of deception, political correctness, and public policy that inhibits the FBI’s ability to do their job. First, the FBI wants to avoid the appearance that it is scrutinizing Muslim organizations and/or is infringing on religious freedom. Second, MOA sets up religious/charitable causes to mask their illicit activities, intertwining good with bad. This enables them to play the victim card during investigation attempts.

So we’ve got jihad training camps and sleeper cells scattered all across the United States ready to attack. And what are we doing about it? Precious little.
Who among us will be the next to fall victim to Gilani’s directive?

Middle East Terrorists Set Up Training Camps In Mexico Near US Border

ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas, according to Judicial Watch sources that include a Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector.
The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas, targets the New Mexico towns of Columbus and Deming for easy access to the United States, the same knowledgeable sources confirm.
During the course of a joint operation last week, Mexican Army and federal law enforcement officials discovered documents in Arabic and Urdu, as well as “plans” of Fort Bliss – the sprawling military installation that houses the US Army’s 1st Armored Division. Muslim prayer rugs were recovered with the documents during the operation.

These specific areas were targeted for exploitation by ISIS because of their understaffed municipal and county police forces, and the relative safe-havens the areas provide for the unchecked large-scale drug smuggling that was already ongoing.
Mexican intelligence sources report that ISIS intends to exploit the railways and airport facilities in the vicinity of Santa Teresa, NM (a US port-of-entry). The sources also say that ISIS has “spotters” located in the East Potrillo Mountains of New Mexico (largely managed by the Bureau of Land Management) to assist with terrorist border crossing operations. ISIS is conducting reconnaissance of regional universities; the White Sands Missile Range; government facilities in Alamogordo, NM; Ft. Bliss; and the electrical power facilities near Anapra and Chaparral, NM.

Few American Hospitals Equipped To Isolate Ebola Infections

The Ebola crisis is forcing the American healthcare system to consider the previously unthinkable: withholding some medical interventions because they are too dangerous to doctors and nurses and unlikely to help a patient.
U.S. hospitals have over the years come under criticism for undertaking measures that prolong dying rather than improve patients' quality of life.
But the care of the first Ebola patient diagnosed in the United States, who received dialysis and intubation and infected two nurses caring for him, is spurring hospitals and medical associations to develop the first guidelines for what can reasonably be done and what should be withheld.

Their concern is that poorly trained or poorly equipped hospitals that perform invasive procedures will expose staff to bodily fluids of a patient when they are most infectious. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is working with kidney specialists on clinical guidelines for delivering dialysis to Ebola patients. The recommendations could come as early as this week.

Throughout the history of medicine some doctors have declined to treat infectious patients or fled epidemics, said Michigan's Markel. Greek physician and philosopher Galen fled Rome during the bubonic plague 1,800 years ago, doctors deserted European cities stricken by the Black Death of the Middle Ages, and some health workers refused to treat HIV/AIDS patients in the 1980s.
"The idea that a doctor would stick to his post to the last during an epidemic, that's not part of the Hippocratic Oath," Markel said. "If you feel your life is at risk you don't have to stay and provide care."

If a patient goes into cardiac or respiratory arrest, a team would have to don protective gear. Rushing could leave them without proper protection, but a delay could make the procedure ineffective.

The leader of the group told police they were training to “avenge the deaths of their Muslim brothers” before telling police they “would burn in hell”, RTL claimed.
One of the men involved later denied the men were trainee jihadists and insisted they were just taking part in a self-defence class.

A white S.U.V. traveling along a highway adjacent to the base came into the cross hairs in the center of the screen and was tracked as it headed south along the desert road. When the S.U.V. drove out of the picture, the drone began following another car.

“Wait, you guys practice tracking enemies by using civilian cars?” a reporter asked. One Air Force officer responded that this was only a training mission, and then the group was quickly hustled out of the room.
