"Based on current legal precedent, private universities can refuse to recognize graduate student unions, [. . .] The National Labor Relations Board ruled in 2004 that graduate students are primarily students and that any work they do is part of their degree program." So what. Supreme Court ruled White House appointments to NLRB were illegal. They still make decisions. What's the point if laws are selectively enforced? Were campaign contributions made to city councilors to encourage this shocking courageous vote?
