Two hotheads assaulted an NYPD traffic agent who issued the pair a summons for parking at a Bronx fire hydrant, police said.
The brutes were caught on video surveillance moments before the smackdown on West Burnside and Davidson avenues at 4:40 p.m. Monday in University Heights, according to cops.
They can be seen power-walking up to the fleeing agent, who moments before slapped the orange slab onto the gray 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, police said.
The men punched him before they got into the illegally parked sedan and fled north on Davidson Avenue, officials said.
