Monday Morning Conspiracy Theories - Mind Control , Miriam Carey, and Aaron Alexis

Here is a disturbing bit of conspiracy theory. http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/58379 Columnist and talk show host Erik Rush intimates that the recent trouble in D.C. (the auto assault by Miriam Carey) may not be so innocent, and may have some connection with the rampage of Aaron Alexis at the Navy Yard.
Rush makes the case;
"So - what do you think are the odds that within a few weeks of each other, two 34-year-old black people from Brooklyn, New York, with nothing in common so far as is known, begin acting out in the same U.S. city in such a manifestly dangerous manner after claiming to have been exposed to vague, arcane technology that they wind up having to be put down like animals by the local constabulary?"

"The rapid, pat assessments that were made with regard to Ms. Carey’s condition, history, and possible motivation for the attack were too… well, rapid and pat. These assessments, reported as having come from "sources,” also give rise to questions about the narrative with regard to the condition, history, and possible motivation of Aaron Alexis. Were these accounts of mental incapacity mere cover stories, crafted over time in advance, in order to validate the antisocial behavior that was to occur later, by design?
It would not be the first time it was suggested that our government or this administration engaged in PsyOps, sophisticated psychological manipulation techniques calculated to impel an individual toward a predetermined action.
Prior to his meltdown, Aaron Alexis told a Rhode Island policeman that he was being followed by people who were using some sort of technology to disorient and torment him. According to some reports, Miriam Carey believed that President Obama was electronically monitoring her Connecticut home in order to "broadcast her life on television.”
Other reports stated that she said he was communicating with her "via radio waves.” Well, which was it? "

But the U.S. and academia has been working on mind control for a long time. The Unabomber - Ted Kaczynski - participated in a research program studying mind controlling techniques while he was at Harvard (in return for financial aid). While the science isn't there yet, it will be soon. But there are possibilities that could well have been developed in secret that could work now. For instance, subsonics, subliminal manipulation, or extremely low frequency magnetic fields could be used to manipulate the brain.
First sound. The effects of music on mood are well known, and armies have used the fife and drum to get soldiers ready for battle for centuries. Classical music is often employed to make people relax, put their brainwave patterns into an alpha state. But sound can go beyond that, and if it is broadcast in a very directed way may well be able to trigger more specific emotions, which can then trigger thoughts. Sound is powerful; often schizophrenics avoid talking, because the vibrations caused by speech trigger the onset of voices. In fact, there is an alternate theory of how neural impulses work that suggests they are largely sonic in nature. Solitons are electo-chemical signals (as they are also in the standard neural theory) but also sound waves. This explains some mysteries in biology. You can SEE a nerve impulse move through a neuron, which makes no sense if it is solely an electro-chemical impulse. Also, it explains why painkillers work; they change the accustical properties inside the neurons, "shorting out" the impulse. The standard theory has no explanation for the workings of painkillers.
So the effects of music would make sense if the theory of Solitons is correct. And a carefully crafted subsonic signal could perhaps disrupt the brainwave patterns of a victim. Changes in neural activity as a result of such transmission could well be used for mind control.
Advertisers have used subliminal manipulation for decades. There is a famous example of Coke ads appearing on repeating frames in a movie, flashing too fast to be seen. Everyone wanted to buy Cokes, and sales shot through the roof. We know this technique has been used in the past.
EMF transmissions are an even more direct way to affect the brain. Remember, the brain operates as a giant conductor and is subject to the influences of magnetic fields. Radios and television work on magnetic resonance; a signal beamed at a receiver causes resonance inside the receiver and the signal then is reproduced, so you can hear Rush Limbaugh on your little portable radio as he sounds in the studio. The same principle could theoretically be applied to thoughts. Beam a neural impulse you want to introduce into a person's mind and viola! It is actually more complicated than that, and the impulse would logically be weak. Electronics used to use vacuum tubes and now use transistors and microchips to boost the signal. But there could be ways to finess it. And there definitely are ways to do simpler things. Perhaps not broadcasting specific instructions to a person, but you could perhaps change their mood, make them crazy. Something as simple as an endless headache could work.
Then too, I experienced something twice that could theoretically be used for mind control. I had an old-fashioned filling in a tooth, and twice picked up commercial radio broadcasts on it. It shocked me to no end to hear a commercial inside of my head! The second time it was a cheery "Y98 FM!" sung at the top of the hour. It was only a momentary thing in both cases, but it shows that it IS possible to pick up radio transmissions inside of your skull (if the circumstances are right).
Could "sleepers" have special implants put in them without their knowlege? Then radio transmissions could be broadcast demanding certain actions. Schizophrenics often commit terrible crimes to silence the voices; would not a normal person do likewise?
As I say, this is all pretty far-fetched but not impossible. In military terms one does not assess the intentions of an enemy but their capabilities, and our government certainly has a number of capabilities at their disposal. So, I am not willing to go so far as to say there was a government conspiracy here, but there are some interesting coincidence. And if not now, at some point mind control will be a part of our daily lives. The most thorough slavery in history is coming for us all.

No one would have ever believed beforehand that the President might conspire with his Department of Justice and other agencies to funnel weapons to Mexican drug lords in order to precipitate a panic over America’s rampant “gun culture” – but indeed, this occurred. Nor would Americans have thought that the President would clandestinely provide arms to the same Muslim fanatics who attacked us in 2001, then order an attack on the compound facilitating such action when it became a liability. No one would have believed that Obama would allow American personnel to perish at that compound in order to preserve his power.
Yet it is more or less apparent that he did all of those things and more. In fact, he is now supplying the same Muslim fanatics in Syria with weaponry overtly, having simply declared that he has the legal right to do so. If that is not definitive of a tyrant – and one who would employ any means necessary in order to attain his objectives – then what is?
In the eyes of most Americans, the idea that Obama could or would perpetrate such evil or participate in such abject criminality remains as likely as the president being a shape-shifting reptilian overlord from another dimension. We can thank the press for this of course, as well as the Democrat congressional leadership and hundreds of cretinous journalists who continue to idolize this clumsy, two-bit hustler just because he’s black. None of that negates, nor will it ever negate the fact that Obama is a traitor and a criminal, regardless of whether he had a hand in the tragic events of
September 16 and October 3 of this year, and whether or not it is ever revealed.
