Crminal Justice System Abuses Persons with Disabilities
The legal system continues to use psychiatry as a mitigation of criminal liability. That suggests that mental illness is a cause of crime. If that is the case why not lock up all persons accused of mental illness, which is created by consensus? The same lawyers say that his medications were changed shortly before the crime. He also suggests that medication is the cause of crime. The drug industry fears this because it raises questions of the dangerousness of psychiatric drugs. Nonetheless the criminal justice system continues to be exploited by lawyers who demonize persons accused of mental illness and denies to them access to the courts contrary to law.
