The lawyer for the deceased knows his client's BAC because he did not test it. Huh? How can the media report the BAC if the lawyer did not do the test? Eric Holder ordered another test in his office with no one else present. "I will reveal the correct BAC after my test," Holder said. "Only a BAC test by a black man can be trusted. The truth will be known when I reveal it," he added.
