Police Should Compensate Citizens

Police want citizens to volunteer to help them do their job. When will police help citizens expose police abuses, false charges and convictions? Boston FBI and Police have a long history of framing (if not killing) unpopular citizens and destroying their lives. Citizens should be compensated for their help. Police should be required to exchange information for what they get.
