Government Clueless Helpless Fighting Cyber Wars
Ralph Peters reveals the inability of government to fight cyber attacks. But local police are as clueless and helpless fighting abuses of technology too. Even when as in MA there are laws making such abuses criminal felonies. Police remain untrained to use the laws that the legislature passed.
