Who can forget when the Cambridge Water Department would deliver recreational drugs on the taxpayer dime? But, you say, "Cambridge has a Triple A Bond rating." NY and CA Ags investigate the rating agencies. But Cambridge is host city to Harvard and MIT, you say. But they pay no taxes. Public employees should be allowed relief from stress by accessing the interbang for learning and inspiration. Next Union contract for sure. Is it better that they go outside in cold weather for a smoke standing more than 25 feet from the building and catch H1N1? Give me a break.
