Ending Youth Violence
This is a PR piece for more taxpayer funds. It is a way to keep people employed without addressing the underlying cause of youth violence. In 1991 a few criminal justice experts recognized that single parent homes was a contributing factor. Liberals who promote this funding refuse to focus. The latest figure is 40 percent of US births are to unmarried women. That is a large source of much of youth violence.
