US Government Surveillance Abuses

ACLU targets violations of FISA laws. That's Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. I'm an American citizen. The FBI used me to fight organized crime for 15 years and did not pay me one cent. For 22 years local police and crime families conducted a terror campaign against me with FBI approval. Local police keep me under 24 hour surveillance and harass me every day. If the US Government is doing this to me, why is the ACLU concerned about what they do to Foreign Agents? Does the FBI believe that I am a foreign agent to justify what they do and did?
