Thermal Imaging Used in Court for Conviction
Thermal imaging technology was used in a MA state court for convicting a man of gun possession. This is the same technology the Supreme Court of the US declared to be an illegal entry without a court order. When used by police it violates the Fourth Amendment. When used by criminals using high tech electrical weapons, as those who target their subjects using thermal imaging it is a criminal trespass. But since many users are police, psychiatrists and organized crime which is associated with both of the above they pretend to be unaware of its use.
