Technology for Criminals Too
NYPD spokesman says, "We are taking advantage of the technology."
(REUVEN BLAU, "'E-TIPS' WILL TAKE A BYTE OUT OF CRIME,"
New York Post, October 19, 2008) Criminals use technology too. They
are years ahead of the police and government, with no constitution to

a warrant, an unlawful entry (See US v Kyllo). How do the police
defend and protect citizens against that weapon? Directed energy
weapons (See Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 140, Sec. 131 J,
http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/140-131j.htm
are used all over the world by spies and organized crime. How do the
police protect citizens from that?
