William Lisano is one of the better known clerk magistrates in Middlesex County. He was charged with domestic assault Sunday night, accused of pushing, slapping and menacing his terrified wife with a lamp.
Lisano, clerk magistrate of Lowell District Court for over two decades, was quietly arraigned yesterday in Woburn District Court.
That’s newsworthy.
Yet there wasn’t a single member of the media in the courtroom.

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan pledged to be keenly focused on domestic violence. But her office failed to alert the press to this unusual domestic violence arraignment of a court official, where his bail was set at $500.

Lisano’s wife told the cops he’d been abusing her for more than 20 years and he told her no one would ever believe her because he had “the power.”
When officers arrived, they said she was “trembling with fear.” She said Lisano, 74, kept telling her to move out. She told the cops Lisano swore at her, pushed her, slapped her arm and raised a lamp over his head. Lisano, who the cops described as “about three times the size” of his wife, told her it would ruin his career if she called 911.
But she did.
“He has told me he would ‘kill me,’” she wrote when applying for a restraining order.

Allegations surfaced back in 1993 when Lisano was nominated by then-Gov. William Weld. Lisano’s wife had filed for divorce three times and claimed her husband had beaten her. But she recanted.
David Meier, Lisano’s attorney, said, “The charges filed today have absolutely nothing to do with his official duties.

In a letter published by the Cambridge (Massachusetts) Chronicle (link below), a non academic weakly, a former Executive Assistant of the Mayor  of Cambridge wrote calling me "a gutless wonder." The Mayor he worked (works?) for is the latest in a long line of family members who served as Mayor of Cambridge. The City Council Chambers are named for the family. The courthouse is named for another member of the family. The Mayor he served is now the Clerk Magistrate of the Superior Court of the district. Currently seven crime families take turns harassing me, keeping me under 24/7 surveillance, threatening me, provoking me, humiliating me, ridiculing me and broadcasting non stop character assassination. The California syndicate leads the harassment for 40 years in three states. They are joined by groups now from Worcester, MA; Somerville, MA; St. Louis, MO, and some other local psychopaths who like to harass vulnerable citizens. They are a depraved group. But keep in mind that this criminal abuse is conducted on and near Harvard University property, and in Cambridge, MA, with the knowledge of Harvard officials, city, state and US law enforcement and elected officials in Massachusetts. So it is not just the psychopaths who do the actual harassment who are depraved. The upstanding academics, police and politicians who stand by and allow it to continue are at least as depraved and doubly hypocritical. But that is the situation in Massachusetts in 2012. This is after the FBI used me to fight organized crime and did not pay me one cent for 15 years in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. What the FBI did do is steal my personal journals and sell copies to crime families and local police who used them  for humiliation and for ridicule. The women I dated and mentioned were culled from the journals and are married to crime family associates and to FBI informants. Isn't that special of the FBI? Since 1988 the FBI in Boston played the role of passive bystander. One agent said to me, "What have you done for us lately?" Another said of me, "He'll come around." But mostly they laughed at me, while stirring up racial animosity for 30 years in  three states.  Today seven crime families take turns trying to have me arrested or put into a hospital every day. They currently use black racists who hate white men. The enablers include but are not limited to the FBI as well as local police, the state police, the District Attorney, the Attorney General, and those darling Harvard University campus cops, who love to insult me and to humiliate me. When black people are offended, they hurl racism accusations. This man charges "gutless wonder" at those he dislikes. When I was a teen, calling a male colleague a girl was the worst accusation. Today that is hate speech. For this politician, it is calling someone gutless. He thinks I am a public figure. That is defamation, specifically, it is libel. While politicians in Cambridge bully vulnerable elder citizens, the City and state appropriate taxpayer funds to stop students bullying other students. They set an example for the students using their official positions to bully civilians. Isn't that special?

The newest editor of the paper which published the libel, is unable to distinguish between First Amendment protected speech criticizing the government, and defamation of a private citizen. The former editor now Managing Editor was one of the worst censors in the 40 years I've read that paper. He arbitrarily deleted any comments which conflicted with his love of Harvard and the local government. It is and was truly amazing how low the level of integrity of journalism has fallen in this city and in this state.

Court Clerk Revealed Planned Arrests to Crime Families

As I've said many times after my 5-year landlord tenant case in the Third Circuit 1983-1988, the court clerks can do more harm than judges. When I petitioned the Supreme Court of the US, that Court Clerk did not file my papers as required by US Code and Court Rules. After I filed a complaint with Chief Justice Reinquist, that clerk resigned and was replaced. I have no evidence that my complaint precipitated that change. In Cambridge MA District State Court one criminal court clerk sold signed search warrants to drug dealers who would use them to enter wealthy citizens' homes.

The source told agents that he was told about the Armenian Power arrests by a codefendant who said that he obtained the information from his cousin “Hovik,” who “is married to a female working in the Federal Clerk’s office in Los Angeles.”
The cooperator said that he was told the court clerk had previously provided secret information about federal charges filed against members of a Mexican crime crew known as the 38th Street Gang.

Judge Threatens Clerk Over Pledge and Prayer

"As county clerk, Nichols keeps the minutes of the proceedings of the Commissioners Court, which are held before an audience and begin with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. While Nichols was away attending a county clerk training conference on June 13, the Commissioners Court voted to remove the invocation from the minutes of a previous meeting. Why? Nichols said that County Judge Sterling Lacy told her that he “didn’t want some group like the ACLU to come in and sue.” They removed the Pledge of Allegiance from the minutes also.

According to Red Flame Wire, last Monday Lacy tried to spin the removal of the Pledge and the prayer from the minutes to lessen his own responsibility for their removal, whereupon Nichols got angry and interrupted, telling him: “But you’re lying.” And he was. “It was Lacy,” says Red Flame Wire, “and three other members of the court who voted to remove the Pledge and Prayer from the records from a June 13th meeting in which Nichols was out of town. Nichols refused to do so. There is one problem for Lacy, it was caught on tape.”
