Dr. Kiersten Rickenbach Cerveny connected with HBO producer Marc Henry Johnson, who is married, in February 2009. She married fellow dermatologist Andrew Cerveny about 10 months later.

Police sources said Johnson had been having marital problems recently.
His wife, Yale-educated lawyer Marlisa Vinciguerra, accused him of kicking her inside their Laight Street apartment April 5, sources said.
The NYPD filed an official domestic incident report, but Johnson wasn’t charged, sources said.
A friend also said that Johnson “certainly traveled in a circle of serious drug users” and had been spotted at coke-fueled showbiz parties.

Pretty dermatologist Kiersten Rickenbach Cerveny, 38, a mother of three, is believed to have suffered a fatal cocaine overdose while partying with Marc Henry Johnson in the wee hours Sunday morning, sources said.

Cops were looking for Holder, 60, who disappeared after the incident — and in whose apartment authorities found numerous plastic zipper bags used to package narcotics, sources said. State prison records show he served three stints in prison on drug and weapons charges between 1978 and 1996.
Holder, whose nickname is Pepsi, shares the third-floor apartment with Gerri Dicicco, 69, who introduces him as her husband, neighbors said. During a brief interview with The Post, she denied having ever met or seen Cerveny — who was named America’s Junior Miss in 1995 — and said she didn’t know where Holder was.
A neighbor who walks Dicicco’s dog, a mixed-breed miniature Doberman pinscher named Spike, said that “Gerri is pissed off.”
“She says she was sleeping when this was going on,” the neighbor said. “She told me she couldn’t believe he was doing this while she was sleeping.“She also told me she doesn’t believe he was selling drugs. She said, ‘If he’s a drug dealer, why don’t I have better shoes?’ ”

Police sources said Cerveny’s last night began at around 6:30 p.m. Saturday, when she met a bunch of friends at a downtown hotel, after which she went bar-hopping and met up with Johnson at a tavern on the Lower East Side. The two took a cab to Holder’s apartment and arrived at around 4:25 a.m., sources said.
Johnson, a Baltimore native, is married to Yale-educated lawyer Marlisa Vinciguerra. Neither she nor her husband returned calls for comment, but a longtime pal of Johnson’s, Willie Fields, called the situation “shocking.”
“I’ve known him always as a straight-laced, top-notch guy,” Fields said.
“It seemed like he really loved his wife and was still really in love with her. They looked to be very, very happy.”

The death of a high-flying doctor who was 'doing cocaine' and drinking before her body was found in the doorway of a Manhattan apartment is not being treated as a homicide, according to a report.
Kiersten Cerveny, a mother of three young children and a distinguished dermatologist, was found sprawled across the entrance of a five-story apartment building in Chelsea at 8.30am on Sunday morning.
Two men, including a HBO producer, who were partying with her in the hours before her death called 911 when she started 'turning blue'.
They were captured on surveillance cameras dragging her body into the vestibule before fleeing the scene, causing suspicion.
But sources have told the New York Daily News they are unlikely to face any charges, suggesting no criminal activity took place.
Results of a preliminary investigation suggest her death was 'consistent with cocaine use', they reported.
The source also told the Daily News there were no indications to suggest force was used. Cerveny did have bruising on her neck, but that was believed to have been caused by a medical procedure.
Attempts to revive her failed and police have opened an investigation into her death, but have made no arrests.
Today a resident with close knowledge of what had happened told Daily Mail Online that the doctor had been taking cocaine and drinking with two men in a third-floor apartment in the building before her lifeless body was discovered.
The source, who asked not to be identified, said that another woman, 67, had been asleep in the apartment at the time.
The two men were named by police sources to the New York Post and New York Daily News was Marc Henry Johnson, an HBO producer, 51, and James 'Pepsi' Holder, 60. Johnson was questioned by police while Holder was being sought on Monday.

Cerveny, a married mother of three, had met up with the producer, Marc Henry Johnson, 51, who is also married, on the Lower East Side and they went to the Chelsea apartment together.
Cerveny used cocaine at some point before her death, according to law enforcement sources.

Johnson — who’s currently producing a pilot for an HBO series on the porn industry — was questioned by the cops and released. Cops are still seeking a second man, taxi driver James Holder, an ex-con who was also partying with them and is suspected of being Johnson’s drug supplier, sources said.
The building’s superintendent told The Post that cops showed him security footage of a man carrying an unconscious woman down stairs of the five-floor walkup.
The super said he directed police to apartment 3B.

Kiersten Rickenbach Cerveny, 38, a dermatologist from Manhasset, was found with bruising around her neck, her body sprawled across the front entry to a five-floor walk-up on West 16th Street around 8:30 a.m., sources said.
Cerveny, a onetime pageant queen from New Jersey, lived with her husband, Andrew, and their three young children in a million-dollar home.
But she also hid a dark secret, a law-enforcement source said.
[. . .]
She bar-crawled around the Lower East Side, drinking heavily and getting high, possibly on coke, sources said, noting that detectives got details of the wild night out from the pals she was with.
Cerveny was missing her underwear when found — and her panties were later discovered stashed in her purse, sources said.

Investigators were questioning a man who lives in the building and is believed to have been with Cerveny before she died, a police source said. They also were searching his apartment.
A man described by sources as “upset” called 911 to report an unresponsive woman and was still at the building waiting for help when an ambulance arrived, sources said.

Cerveny had a high-flying career, attending Duke and Tulane’s School of Medicine, before moving to Manhattan and then Nassau County to work as a dermatologist.
