Corrupt Police Breed Crime

When violent crime increases in a community there is only one place to look -- at the police. Historically high crime varies directly with corruption of police. NYPD is a highly professional department. New York City has one of lowest rates of crime in the country in spite of its size. For those who only look at Ivy League Colleges compare Columbia with Harvard.
