Judge Gets Help from DA

Curious that a state court judge gets assistance from the Victim' Advocate after he is harassed by a civilian. Is it possible that there was wrongdoing by the judge in the specific divorce case? One New York judge was taking money from lawyers to favor their clients. But when police harass an elder citizen for 30 years the District Attorney's office withholds assistance and uses psychiatry to discredit the civilian victim. Is the explanation that as the MA AG reminds all, "In Massachusetts, technically it is not illegal to be illegal?"
