US EPA Exposed As Destructive To Environment

Is there anything unluckier than a razorback sucker? Tough enough to be an endangered species of freshwater fish, but now Obama’s EPA is drowning it in a sea of toxic poison in New Mexico.
Yes, the razorback sucker is on the ropes, along with its finny friend the Colorado pikeminnow. But because Obama’s staggeringly incompetent administration created this disaster themselves, they have little interest in organizing either a cleanup or a posse.
Like drone attacks on civilians in Syria, it’s not an outrage, or even news, unless Republicans can be blamed.
Plus, as George Orwell wrote, “All animals are created equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

This latest idiocy from the Obama regime began when the Environmental Pollution Agency bulldozed into a long-sealed mine. Three million gallons of toxic waste cascaded into the Animas River. It looked like a torrent of Orange Julius, only poisonous.
What were they thinking, you ask? They were thinking: Never let a crisis go to waste. The EPA can now justify its bloated budget and workforce. More jobs for more Beverly Scotts. Can someone say Superfund?

This is a regime that always paints the bleakest picture imaginable, at least if it can blame Americans, Christians or the private sector. The worst economic crisis ever! No Plan B for Iran! Ban coal — it’s our final chance to save the planet! It’s settled science! It’s settled law! At least if we say it is.

Tour Buses Idling, Illegal Parking

These are images of one bus from one company, on two occasions, that runs tours to Cambridge and to Harvard University. It is not the only bus line that parks at the location and annoys residents at the location. On Wednesday April 8, 2015 beginning at about 2:40 PM a tour bus from Cape Destinations, bus number 954, was parked on the north side of Broadway between Quincy and Prescott Streets. Its motor was running causing exhaust fumes to come into nearby apartments. There are 15 residential units facing that segment of Broadway. This is a recurring inconvenience. Drivers may stop to check directions. But these are tour buses parked in a No Stopping Zone, idling (a state law violation), and waiting for their passengers to return. If I call the police dispatcher, by the time an officer arrives the bus leaves. But this time the bus fumes were extremely annoying, and unhealthy. 

I called to the dispatcher at 2:45 PM. He said he would send an officer. I do not know if an officer was dispatched but the bus left at 3:04 PM. Now that the snow has ended there will be more of these buses visiting Harvard and Cambridge. There used to be designated parking places along Mass Avenue from Quincy Street to Harvard Square. Automobile parking meters were replaced in that area. In this case it was the same bus, from the same company on two occasions. It appears to be one clueless and/or lawless driver. There are dozens of tour buses arriving in Cambridge and Harvard each day every day from many other states and Canada. Only this one demands his own staging area.

Farone fails to note that public water supplies remain polluted by prescription drugs for which municipalities do not test. Bottled water is no guarantee of purity. Only distilled water is pure water.

Drinking Water is Polluted


This article reveals some pollutants in water systems. There is no mention of the many psychiatric, prescription and illegal drugs that enter water systems from pills being thrown into water and or eliminated waste from humans. In host city to Harvard University and MIT employees of the Cambridge MA water department were fired and for selling illegal drugs while working. If there is no accountability in such a high profile city what is to be expected from cities with fewer educated vigilant citizens?

The report states "CSX’s long-standing easements [. . .] restrict the land’s use to railroad operations." In Massachusetts on Harvard property laws and contracts are optional. In Cambridge when it came to inconvenient laws they were simply ignored. "Paul Berkeley, president of the Allston Civic Association, [. . .] praised the agreement and said it would be nice to get the 'dirty old railroad out of our neighborhood.'” Will increased truck traffic make for cleaner air and streets? Saying "The acquisitions are expected to improve and expand commuter rail service in and around Boston." ignores transporting freight to northern New England and eastern MA. Harvard increases its real estate empire, continues promoting green solutions in the classroom, while increasing pollution in the real world. Are all Harvard affiliates schizophrenic? Does this explain Obama policies in the White House?
