Mayor Michael Nutter of Philadelphia said the scene was an 'absolute disastrous mess' before adding: 'I've never seen anything like this in my life'
The mass casualty incident required 200 police officers and 120 firefighters on the scene, and all passengers have still not been accounted for
FBI agents arrived on the scene soon after the crash but said there is no indication of terrorism in the derailment
