North Korea Has Advanced Weapons Unknown To The U.S.

[From article
South Korea's spy agency said Monday that North Korea was using Russian technology to develop electromagnetic pulse weapons aimed at paralysing military electronic equipment south of the border.
The National Intelligence Service (NIS) said in a report to parliament that the North had purchased Russian electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weaponry to develop its own versions.
EMP weapons are used to damage to electronic equipment. At higher energy levels, an EMP event can cause more widespread damage including to aircraft structures and other objects.

It appears that North Korea has advanced ahead of the United States in discovering and implementing new technology for warfare. It was just last month that a young man brought old fashioned weapons to a Washington DC  Naval facility and shot dead some employees before he was shot dead by local police. He complained about electromagnetic radiation, which the FBI called delusional. Thus the U.S. government has no knowledge of such weapons. It is clear that North Korea leads the world in this new form of technology. Oh, you say. The CIA has worked to develop such weapons for at least 60 years spending millions if not billions of taxpayer funds. And they were unable to discover how they work and to make weapons to use. Maybe the man shot dead by police was attacked by North Koreans in Rhode Island and in Washington DC? Ya think?
