Fake Labor Statistics
Not even Mark Twain would be fooled by the Labor Department's statistics. They are official guesses and imaginary jobs that the Labor Department thinks were created. Each year they deduct hundreds of thousands from their guesses to bring the numbers down to reality. Spring is a notorious time for exaggeration. See John Crudele's columns on these figures in the New York Post.
