Arkansas University Campus Police Investigating Hate Speech
If they do not know who made the comment, how do they know toward whom it was directed? How can speech be made into a crime when expressing an opinion? This must be a very safe campus, if that is all the campus cops have to do. Lucky for them there are no rapes on campus as at other colleges.

Officers from the University of Arkansas Police Department are searching for clues they hope will lead them to the man who they believe committed a hate crime on campus over the weekend.Police said they got the call just before the 3 a.m. Sunday.
