Major Drug Bust in Massachusetts

Juan E. Nunez, 37, of New York City, Jose Morales, 43, of Haverstraw, NY, and Alfredo D. Lopez, 33, of Van Nuys, Calif., were each charged with drug trafficking and conspiracy to violate drug laws at their arraignments at Lynn District Court on Friday, according to a spokeswoman for the Essex District Attorney.
Investigators believe the three men are part of a large drug trafficking network with ties to Mexico that distributes large amounts of heroin and meth to Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
