One Person Can Thwart Integrity of Entire Criminal Justice System
She was faking drug tests. That is how one person thwarted all legal protections of a state's criminal justice drug testing laboratory. Here's my question. How many other parts of a local, state or U.S. government have similar negligent or criminal employees with degrees and who are paid six figure salaries who also do not do their job? How many police officers or court officers or lawyers write fantasy reports which remain in computer systems forever? How many EPA officials, inspectional services officers, city clerks, etc?
