Lawyer Claims Client's Mental Illness Caused Him to Kill Wife
According to his lawyer, "Michael Kenny has a long history of mental illness and addiction and he certainly never intended to murder his wife Denise Kenny who was his life line to the world." Take drugs, act irrationally for a few months, then you're not responsible.
