Cambridge City Council Wants to Fund Program Eliminated by US Government

Here is a classic example of why it is impossible to end taxpayer funded programs which have outlived their usefulness. Cambridge City Council may be extreme regarding irrational behavior wasting taxpayer funds, but the same pattern can be found in almost all governments in the US. From Bell CA, and its $787,000 City Manager to the US handing out taxpayer money for imaginary reasons.
