Three Shot Dead In Tulsa OK, Obama and Holder Continue Racist Enforcement of Laws

How many more allegedly racially motivated murders, beatings must occur before Obama and Holder begin to enforce laws in race neutral manner according to the US Constitution? The longer they proceed with their racist administration of government the more likely there will be more shootings like these. Contrary to statistics the shooting suspects are not black.
