"Perception" Led to Shooting, Suicide

This DA says no prosecutable crime was discovered after an intense investigation. So it did not matter whether the officer who was shot, was actually having an affair with the wife of the suicide officer. That ignores a potential for paranoid cops running around shooting others based on "perception." The same DA allows his deputies to reveal medical records in court contrary to law of persons with disabilities accused of crime. Misguided Massachusetts government employees are unable to make up credible stories to cover up their incompetence.
