Just finished reading this exciting book. Some say the film Scarface starring Al Pacino as a Cuban drug dealer in Miami is about Jose Vigoa, the subject of the book. But the film omits his training as a Russian special forces officer, his command in Afghanistan and Angola, and more importantly his attacks on Las Vegas casinos. He is currently in prison in northern Nevada.
