John Stossel reports on Pigford Scandals. US Dept. of Agricultuer was accused of discrimination against black farmers. Each farmer was entitled to $50,000 compensation. But thousands of black people claimed to be farmers for trying to farm. Their lawyer who reportedly earned $40 to 50 Million for his lawsuit.
