Humpty Dumpty: Government Can Do What It Wants

Surprised that free-spirited Michele McPhee is a traditionalist regarding government agencies. If the courts can legislate, and the MA Attorney General lobbies the US Congress on behalf of homosexual privileges instead of addressing crime in the Commonwealth, why not encourage the BRA to do environmental work? It all makes sense as Humpty Dumpty would exclaim.
