Councilor Cheung says, "this resolution asks the City Manager to increase the city’s municipal procurement from locally owned businesses to 10 percent." But when the City Council gave a gift book to the City Manager they purchased it from Border's Book Store online. Too bad there are no bookstores in Cambridge. Ahem!
