Spending Other People's Money
During a serious economic crisis Cambridge spends $179,000 for an art installation on the new Police Station. Instead of sharing the money among low income artists the money for this boondoggle went to an MIT professor who is well paid by his taxpayer subsidized institution. [video embedded]
